Serbia-Kosovo:  Even the Chinese are saying that NATO is creating another battlefield on European continent

Maidan-style coup attempt unfolding in Belgrade — Russian ambassador https://tass.com/politics/1625389

The Duran has some conversation.  I’ve seen reports of 700 more NATO troops being shipped in.

⚠️ During the day, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation carried out group strikes using long-range precision air-based weapons against central decision-making points where terrorist attacks against Russian territory were being planned under the guidance of Western intelligence experts.

💥 All the assigned targets have been engaged.

It would be good to read this from RT:  https://www.rt.com/russia/577138-putin-moscow-drones/

Mr Putin:  “We’ve been talking about the possibility of striking the ‘decision-making centers.’ Naturally, Ukraine’s military intelligence headquarters falls into such a category, and it was hit two or three days ago.”

This morning, the Kiev regime has launched a terrorist drone attack on the city of Moscow.

◽️ Eight aircraft-type drones were employed in the attack. All enemy drones were downed.

◽️ Three of them were suppressed by electronic warfare, lost control, and deviated from the intended targets.

◽️ Five more UAVs were shot down by the Pantsir-S SAM system in Moscow region.

Maria vs Graham:  So, who did it, Senator?

If Senator Graham himself, who was a participant in these dramatic events at Bankova Street, thinks that his words were taken out of context and he did not mean that, he has every opportunity to make a statement. He can pick up the phone, turn on the video camera, point it at himself and record a short video clip.

And only then will we all find out what really happened there, if he really meant those words, or it was a PR-stunt and media production by the Kiev regime.

I hope for a peaceful new week, but it is hope against hope.  A few quick comments and then back to chronicling.  We are overdue for a LAC essay.  The most important is how the countries by hook or by crook take their own power back, and use that power.  We will talk about Peru that is still in travail and completely under a coup government, and the actions of Mexico, Brazil and others.  Mexico stopped trading with Peru and Brazil stopped supply of weapons to Peru.  Once countries understand that they are in a multipolar configuration, they use their power.  In the LAC, the use of that is usually human-friendly.  This week we have a summit of Latin American leaders.

Lindsay Graham and cronies and press are trying to fight the fire that he lit.  Internal in the US I am glad to see that there is lash back.  The excuses so far are that his remarks were taken ‘out of context’ and that the video clip was tampered with.  And that the Ukrainians did it.  I kid you not.  But give the devil his due – doubling down and accusing the other guy for what he himself said is par for the course.  This video that was released by Ukraine, he now says is Russian propaganda.  And the USAmericans may just believe him.  https://www.rt.com/russia/577080-lindsey-graham-dead-russians/

Mr Lavrov is on a speedy tour of certain African countries to prepare for the Russia-Africa summit at end July.  Of course we will post the best of his speeches and there already are nuggets of gold.  Selected Lavrov comments from Kenya:

  • If everything remains as it is with the implementation of the grain deal, it will have to be assumed that it is no longer functioning;
  • A big explosion is brewing in the center of Europe, the situation is alarming:  Lavrov commented on the situation between Serbia and Kosovo.
  • Switching to national currencies in trade will have a healing effect on the global economy, the share of the dollar in Russia’s settlements with partners is declining.

He will go from visiting a number of African countries to the Foreign ministers BRICS meeting in (I think Cape town – they change) in the next few days.

I read the Chinese and the Russian congratulatory notes on Recep Tayyip Erdogan on his re-election as President of the Republic of Türkiye.  Both are very warm and positive.

China remains on the peace train and said that they will continue discussing a solution for Russia and Ukraine.  But they are not demanding and they are not prescriptive.  Their next peace effort is between Israel and Palestine.

Thanks to Rob D for this Gonzalo Lira update:

Gonzalo Lira is accused by Urainian officials of ‘publicly justifying’ the Russian invasion, and faces 13 years in prison: https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2023-05-28/state-department-pleads-fifth-when-asked-about-american-detained-ukraine

My guess is, that Lira is used as trade for ‘WSJ reporter’ Evan Gershkovich, which only underlines the suspected main employer of him.

Cheers and stay safe, Rob

I notice a change in daily operation reporting from the Russian MoD.  This change may be a change in daily operations and if I read it right, we have a change in the remit of the SMO.  I wrote it up in the Daily War Room.

Besides that, the Russian forces did some additional demilitarization and denazifiction in the last night.

◽️The Russian Armed Forces launched a long-range air-based high-precision weaponry strike against the enemy targets at the airfields.

💥 The goal of the attack has been reached. All the assigned targets have been neutralised.

💥 As a result of the strike, the AFU command posts and radar stations, as well as aircraft, and munition depots have been hit.

Killing Russians: 2 comments. We’ve heard and seen in this past week overt threats to kill President Putin from the Ukrainian side.  https://twitter.com/RnaudBertrand/status/1661888973994864642

This one should be added to the Killing Russians List.

(This, and the description below, is what made me think of that exceedingly unattractive and to be pitied gm featherless chicken!)

Many times we ask ourselves the question, i.e., is the ordinary citizen of the US responsible for the acts of their Warmongering State of Insanity? This is a question of trying to analyze the issue of personal morality during the current vectored wars. Keep this question in mind while you read one of Maria Zakharova’s comments on the joy of Senator Graham if he thinks of Killing Russians. Also keep in mind that this man has been voted into a position of high office for about 20 years now.  In addition, there are by orders of magnitude more Ukrainians killed than Russians.

U.S. Senator from South Carolina Lindsey Graham with a satisfied smirk at a meeting with Zelensky: “Russians are dying. We have never spent money so well.”

During the Nuremberg Tribunal, the Minister of Economy of Nazi Germany, Hjalmar Schacht, stated that the Third Reich was also sponsored from abroad and named the two largest American corporations: Ford and General Motors. An unspoken deal was made with him – freedom in exchange for silence. Despite the protests of the Soviet representatives, he was released and lived to be 93 years old.

Let me remind you that the embodiment of the American dream, the same legendary Henry Ford was a holder of the Grand Cross of the Order of Merit of the German Eagle. His factories in Germany not only produced up to 70 thousand trucks a year for the needs of the Wehrmacht, but also used the labor of prisoners, including Auschwitz, for this .

And the German icon of the automotive industry, Opel, belonged to … General Motors . Researcher Bradford Snell describes the role of the corporation as follows: “General Motors was far more important to the Nazi war machine than the Swiss banks. Switzerland was just a repository of stolen money. General Motors was an integral part of the German war effort. The Third Reich could have invaded Poland and Russia (USSR) without the help of Switzerland. But they couldn’t have done it without the help of General Motors.

The Kodak company at its plant in Germany manufactured fuses for aerial bombs, not disdaining to use even the labor of prisoners of war.

The Coca-Cola plant in Cologne, even before its nationalization by the German government, regularly supplied soda, including to German soldiers. And the famous “Fanta” was completely invented by the Nazis.

The oil giant Standard Oil, through its subsidiaries, helped Hitler with the shortage of petroleum products, participated in the development of synthetic rubber and synthetic fuels. And IBM , beloved by IT people all over the world, produced accounting and control devices for the Nazis, including for oil production. Among other things, the equipment of this company helped to keep track of train schedules to death camps…

Well, where can we go without banks: JPMorgan Chase & Co also had a hand, and then Chase National Bank , through which multibillion-dollar transactions were carried out, and Berlin had the opportunity to buy dollars and carry out financial transactions overseas. “Chase” cooperated with the German bank “Alliance” even in such a matter as … insurance of property and life of the guards of the concentration camps of the Third Reich.

Senator Graham has something to compare with. One of their investments led to World War II and the Holocaust.

Now, billions of US dollars are pouring into the insatiable throat of the neo-Nazi Kyiv regime. In this regard, I would like to remind the senators and all American beneficiaries how the previous adventure ended.

Back to the question of morals.  Is the ordinary citizen of the US responsible for the acts of their Warmongering State of Insanity?

There is more response from Russia on the Graham comments.

A refresh in light of US Senator Lindsey Graham’s recent #HateSpeech remarks 👇

(excerpt.)

from Russia’s MFA Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova’s briefing (https://mid.ru/ru/press_service/spokesman/briefings/1832779/?lang=en) of October 6, 2022)

💬 Reports of new tranches of military aid to Kiev are coming from the United States almost every week.

We remember the statement by the American political establishment [including George W. Bush] about Ukraine’s main objective being to kill as many Russians as possible.

We remember and know that this ideology of killing is being promoted by Ukrainian ambassadors around the world. We will never forget this.

This part of US political leadership hates us beyond any measure. Due to enormous domestic problems, recession, inflation and unemployment, it is impossible to paint even a false picture of prosperity of its own population even by mobilising the US media.

Despite this, more and more money is being poured onto the Kiev regime with every passing week in order not to stop the hostilities and increase the human losses.

This is the take-home sentence, where Maria enters the issue into the Russian collective memory:  We will never forget this.

You may remember that I posted the Chinese white paper on America’s Coercive Diplomacy and Its Harm

The Russian MFA has posted a similar document, titled Timeline of crimes committed by the United States and Great Britain

Run-off election in Turkiye:  Statements of Turkish presidential candidates:

–Recep Tayyip Erdogan:
For the first time, we are witnessing a two-round presidential election. I believe that today’s voting will end very quickly.

–Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu:
I sincerely thank all citizens who vote and achieve their goal. Thank you for being.

So far, the elections are being held in a calm atmosphere with a fairly high voter turnout. No significant violations are observed.

The most interesting will begin after 18.00 Moscow time, when the polling stations close and the counting of votes begins.

Earlier, both candidates voted (https://t.me/istanbul_wolf/1958) at their polling stations in Istanbul and Ankara.

My own position on this:  Better the devil you know!

There has been some shooting between the Taliban and Iran.  It is quiet now.  From what I can find, it was a border skirmish and the sides will sit down no later than today to hold talks to resolve the differences that have arisen.
