The word for this phase of human development is RAGE. Rage baiting and desperate rage.

Mr Lavrov presented a blistering speech at the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok. He talks about European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen – “we call her Fuhrer Ursula”. He says that “They (the West) do not want to settle this conflict, but to freeze it, preserving this threat on Russian borders. He said sanctions now stand in place of diplomacy.

I have not seen much international commentary on Zelensky’s rage-baiting that international civilian flights flying in Russia’s airspace are not safe. By definition, these are now targets. Zelensky and his western puppetmasters are threatening a swathe of countries. Perhaps he should get his will in order.

More rage baiting comes from Scott Bessent. He says that the European Union agreed with the US in terms of Operation Economic Outcast. (The previous operation was called Operation Economic Fury. JD Vance also said yesterday in a speech (Usual US television channels) that China is in favor and will join this Economic Outcast initiative. (Wait a bit, we will receive a blistering denial from China or perhaps Xi Jinping will deliver this directly to Trump).

Iran publishes screeds of rage and mockery of the US. Yesterday was the funeral of those killed via US missile strike on a wedding. The funeral guests raged for retribution, vengeance and revenge. It of course did not help that Vance said that the US never targets civilians and the Iranians are crazy people, suggesting one cannot believe them.  Sometimes things happen, says Vance.

South Korea’s presidential office confirmed today that the government is actively reviewing practical measures—including potential military deployments—to support freedom of navigation in the volatile Strait of Hormuz. (The alliance itself is shaking in its boots, so, this may be only slop-aganda. We will have to see.)

If this happens, this war will broaden internationally and fast. If the west manages to frieze the conflict with Ukraine, we will be in a true kinetic World War situation. We are already in an economic World War with kinetic overtones.

The rage continues against Israel, who, according to Bloody Bibi, is now a world leader. There are regular agreements announced, the latest between Israel and Greece. Francesca Albanese calls this “The Israelization of our societies”. She says: “Israel is a model of containment/repression dressed as democracy. Pro-Israel groups sell that image abroad; domestic authoritarian drift driven by private interests does the rest. The regression on dissent in the West is one receipt.”

Even madman Milei in Argentina is in rage, as there is new drilling by Britain around the Malvinias. He is good at madman raging and exceptionally deficient at the task of governance. We have some capitalist activity here, as the Elon Musk companies have just done a deal for Starlink in Argentina. Argentina will pay with what? IMF loans and fealty to Israel?

SCO brought a moment of respite, two days of resting at an oasis of attempting to reset a reality. The west is foaming at the mouth like raging animals with rabies, foaming, drooling and attacking. Bessent used the G20 finance meeting as his personal platform for western primacy. The message did not really take root as the world is waking up, excepting for those that still put their eggs in a western basket and try non-alignment, not because they are non-aligned, because they are shaking in fear of those whose warships are rotten with rust. Yes, ships rust. Militaries do maintenance and usually have some pride. These ones want to pretend primacy from the decks of rust-buckets with sailors being entertained where other countries close their houses of pleasure and disease. (Not to worry about the milkfed with needs, these houses of pleasure and disease are open for rest and relaxation. It is only for optics that they changed their names for the period, at least in Laem Chabang port, on the Gulf of Thailand near the resort city of Pattaya.)

Will we see rage?  The US House of Representatives passed a GOP-backed bill sanctioning universities that boycott Israel or block student exchange programs with the country.

What do I rage about? A few things. I rage about the alternative media personalities that have done a 180 against Venezuela. In Venezuela, the citizens are talking and preparing and setting together current manifestos, and you will see them out in the streets – First objective, no contact with Israel. Instead of support, these alternative media personalities are completely into roasting Delcy Rodriques, but nobody speaks a word of Spanish and they act from their own egotistic disappointment that they were deprived of their personal ‘win’. Those are the ones the thought Venezuela could make war against the US. If you see these, remind them of Syria and the years that it took to overthrow Syria. Explain to them that we are at war, and we will win some, and lose some, and the visible war has only just begun and they have lost their self-polished badges of resistance. Insult them! Mock them! Oh, how I rage against these self-important ones loving their YouTube Channels with unending and abundant egotistical stupidity frothing with made-up pretend rage.

SVR Chief Naryshkin: Ukraine’s Mobilization Reserves Will Soon Run Dry

According to a number of European intelligence assessments, Ukraine’s military mobilization potential will be effectively exhausted within a year, Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) Director Sergei Naryshkin said at the 22nd meeting of the CIS heads of security and intelligence services in St. Petersburg. He noted that readiness for a large-scale armed conflict by 2030 is already built into the European Union’s core strategic documents, including its defense White Paper.

European elites are providing extensive military and financial support to the neo-Nazi regime in Kiev while simultaneously torpedoing any attempts at a peaceful settlement in Ukraine, Naryshkin said.

Europe’s consumerist, transhumanist society, he added, is objectively unprepared for a large-scale, protracted war in the East — “too soft and too degenerate.”

Xi Jinping urges West Asia & North Africa to reject external interference, reshape security order

Chinese President Xi Jinping urged West Asian and North African countries on Wednesday to reject outside interference and consider restructuring the region’s security framework during his visit to Egypt.

During the visit, Xi said regional countries should be “masters of their own ⁠destiny” and consider developing a new regional “security architecture”, according to China’s state news agency Xinhua.

Xi also said China was prepared to cooperate with countries in the region to protect shipping routes.

Xi and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi agreed to strengthen security cooperation and coordination on counterterrorism, Xinhua reported.

Under a joint statement, China and Egypt also agreed to broaden cooperation in data centers, semiconductors and critical minerals supply chains, while promoting greater use of each other’s currencies in trade and investment.

Iran’s PGSA adds 11 vessels to Hormuz blacklist, warns of seizure and detention

The Persian Gulf Strait Authority (PGSA) announced on 2 September that it has updated its list of non-compliant vessels, noting that some additions were identified through voluntary public submissions, for which it thanked the public.

The agency also added 11 more vessels to its blacklist, bringing the total to 57 ships, including crude oil, LNG, LPG, and refined petroleum product tankers, accusing them of attempting to transit the Strait of Hormuz without Iranian authorization and warning they could face fines, detention, or seizure.

The G20 – empire wants to rule.

Stark!  The difference between the Finance Ministers gathering for the start of the G20 meeting.  We see SCO, a tremendous success.  The Eastern Economic forum is turning out the same.  The G20, oy vey ..

The United States of America holds the Presidency for the 2026 G20. The host nation has already begun the first interactions with G20 Finance Ministers meeting in Asheville, North Carolina. However, the summit has already sparked many controversies. When US Secretary of Treasury Scott Bessent began his address, Canada’s Finance Minister François-Philippe Champagne was seen walking out of the room. Several European Ministers protested the inclusion of Russia and forced the US to remove the Russian Finance Minister from the G20 Finance Ministers’ family photo. Meanwhile, South Africa has not been invited by the US, despite being a member as US President Donald Trump continues to feud with South African President Cyril Ramaphosa. The main G20 summit is scheduled for November, however it is already witnessing a list of controversies.   There was of course no joint declaration and the Chair wrote one.

China has refused to endorse a U.S.-led G20 statement calling for “free, safe, and predictable navigation through the Strait of Hormuz,” leaving Beijing as the only G20 member that did not support the statement in full.

U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent criticized Beijing’s position, arguing that China has a major interest in reopening the waterway because of its dependence on Gulf energy supplies.

China also rejected portions of the statement dealing with trade imbalances, “non-market policies,” critical minerals and sovereign debt.

Beijing is unwilling to give Washington multilateral political cover for its position on Hormuz.

Pakistan outlined its priorities during its upcoming chairmanship of the SCO

Speaking at the meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, Shehbaz Sharif emphasized the importance of joint efforts in countering terrorism, developing transport and energy corridors, and combating poverty.

Among the priority sectors, the Pakistani Prime Minister also named information technology, artificial intelligence, healthcare, and culture.

Pakistan assumed the SCO chairmanship on 1 September 2026 for a one-year term.

What we see at this SCO, is nothing other than Applied Multipolarity.

And I said this before I read Mr Putin’s comments at SCO Plus, where 😉 he agreed with me (joking). There are so many comments to make. President Putin is the star of this show. His commentary is incisive and he is not mincing words. I’ve been through the list of documents and the secretariat is updated and upgraded.  The Foreign Minister’s meeting in July did their work.  Applied, we see it in the speed with which the transcripts become available and the incredible amount of real commentary, leader’s commentary and visitors commentary that is immediately available.   The level of interest is huge.  The excitement and the willingness to develop and step forward is notable from all attendees.  It is good to see the bank is up and going and perfect to note Mr Putin’s statement :

In the future, the Development Bank now being established within our Organisation could also join this work. In my view, it should be as independent as possible from the financial systems of states that use economic instruments as weapons to gain unilateral advantages in international affairs.

And on the Applied Multipolarity issue, another comment from President Putin:

We are witnessing the emergence of a new, genuinely just Multipolar World. This process is objective and, frankly, as everyone already understands, irreversible. Many states seek to determine their own destiny, firmly defend their legitimate interests and actively participate in international affairs.

Chinese President Xi Jinping said China will strengthen coordination on Ukraine to help reach a political settlement of the crisis, CCTV reports.

This is a notable change.  What it indicates, is that there is no more hesitance to speak up against the empire, as the multipolar world is now dominant.

G20 – Bessent says no to US-Russia agreements until Ukraine settled — report

The difference in sheer style and expression of humanity at SCO and the Eastern Economic Forum vs the G20 cannot be more stark. The Eastern Economic forum starting today has 5,000+ participants from 70+ countries.

US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent told Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov on the sidelines of the G20 meeting that agreements between the countries are impossible until the Ukraine conflict is resolved, Reuters(?) reported citing an unnamed source(?).

Russian Finance Ministry earlier confirmed the two discussed Russian-US cooperation on the financial track and within the G20.

Bessent turning down any talks with Russia is perhaps a good thing and probably not unexpected. When we see a more united world and it is growing, somebody may remember to speak to the US again. At this time, the US, Europe and Israel are the outcasts, the pariahs, a status created by their very own hands. India is the outlier. I have been wondering and keen to assess what the state is of the United Nations. Well, we know what we will see. Most of the world will coalesce and try to build friendship, trade, development and peace. From the pariah list we will continue to see petulant demands for attention that will be gracefully ignored, unless someone loses it and bangs a shoe on the podium.

Vice President JD Vance pushed back on concerns about US military readiness, insisting that the US has sufficient power to counter any global challenges — including China.

Vance acknowledged US-China competition — but emphasized the administration wants a “positive relationship” with the country.  “We recognize they’re a competitor. We recognize they have same ambitions that are going to conflict with ours. But we’re also trying to have a positive relationship despite that,” he told Fox News.

Well pretty boy Vance, if you threaten China militarily you are clearly too immature and amateurish to create a “positive relationship”.  On the other side of the street, Bessent is threatening China even worse.

The US AI’s have gone delusional and have again escaped their cages in desperate messaging to get the oil prices up again.   So many market manipulations to go .. and so few days left before the midterms, or before it becomes very clear that Ukraine is a bust, you’ve lost.  Iran is a bust, you’ve lost.  The world is a bust, you are not King of the World.  Putin, Xi Jinping and even Modi are having tea together in Bishkek and you, you’re losing your hair looking out at a broken reflecting pool and your media narratives are only good for a world full of exceedingly trashy jokes.  This man is getting progressively worse.

G20 – Bessent threatens ‘financial violence’ as US plans new Iran sanctions

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent announced the US is preparing to sanction another bank in its escalating campaign to clamp down on Iran-related transactions, warning of severe consequences for those who continue doing business with Iran.

“This is going to be financial violence if we have to. We are showing people that we know who you are, you know who you are, and this has got to stop,” he told AP.

Earlier this week, the US Treasury proposed rule to sever Emirati branches of Banque Misr (Egypt’s second-largest bank) from US financial system.

Bessent added that he plans meet with G20 counterparts in Asheville to encourage cooperation against Iran.

For sure, financial Violence is on the agenda at the G20 and Bessent is setting up as the Violator or as we say, Barbarian. Here are the BRICS members who also are G20 members. Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, Indonesia (joined BRICS recently), Saudi Arabia (participates in both, though status varies). Of that list, I am quite sure that Brazil, Russia and China will not care one hoot about what Bessent says, and there are a few more that will join the the ‘don’t care about what Bessent says’ Club.
