Russia has not stopped firing today – Ports and Vessels.
🔹🔹🔹🔹
Last night, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation carried out a massed strike by high-precision air- and ground-launched weapons as well as strike unmanned aerial vehicles, against defence industry enterprises and logistics centres in Kiev and the Kiev region, and against infrastructure facilities at the Yuzhny Port in Odessa Region used for the delivery and storage of military cargo, petroleum, oil, and lubricants intended to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
💥 The following targets were struck in Kiev:
▫️the Kiev radio-electronics enterprise (Radioniks LLC), which manufactures control systems for the FP-5 Flamingo cruise missile, FP-7 and FP-9 operational-tactical missiles, Neptune-MD guided missiles, and an analogue of the surface-to-air guided missiles of the S-300 air defence missile system (Project Klon). The enterprise is also engaged in the modernisation, technical maintenance and repair of onboard electro-optical targeting systems and airborne radars for MiG-29 aircraft;
▫️the Kiev rocket and space industry enterprise (Spetsoboronmash LLC / Artem State Joint-Stock Holding Company). It produces components of control systems for the FP-5 Flamingo cruise missile, FP-7 and FP-9 operational-tactical missiles, Neptune-MD guided missiles, and an analogue of the surface-to-air guided missiles of the S-300 air defence missile system (Project Klon);
▫️ the Kiev-90 manufacturing enterprise (Meridian named after Korolev LLC), which produces structural elements and components for guidance systems and various assemblies of Neptune-MD guided missiles;
▫️the Oaklayn LLC, Kiev. It manufactures components for long-range unmanned aerial vehicles of the Deep Strike type, produces carbon-fibre parts and batteries for FPV drones of various modifications, and also stores UAVs;
▫️ the Kiev sorting centre (Kiev Innovation Terminal of Novaya Pochta), which is used for the delivery and storage of dual-use products including those intended for the production of UAVs, robotic systems, and electronic warfare equipment.
The following targets were reportedly struck in Kiev Region:

There is no end to Russia’s group and precision strikes:
Last night, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continued to launch group strikes with air-based high-precision weapons and attack drones.
As a result of the strikes:
▫️at the Odessa Port (Sea Commercial Port of Odessa State Enterprise), facilities of the port infrastructure used for the unloading of petroleum, oil, and lubricants, and POL tanks intended to support the AFU were hit.
▫️at the Port of Chernomorsk (Sea Commercial Port of Chernomorsk State Enterprise) of Odessa region, a container ship unloading ammunition was hit;
▫️ a dry cargo ship delivering materiel to the AFU was damaged during sea crossing near Zmeiny island.

The reconstruction of Gaza was violated by Trump’s alleged peace plan
🔹Despite the controversies and claims of the American president about the reconstruction of Gaza in his alleged peace plan, the issue of reconstruction has been left out of this plan.
🔹 The American organization “Peace Council” announced that instead of rebuilding Gaza, the United States plans to build a temporary camp with prefabricated kennels under the administration of the Palestinian Authority.

The Israeli Knesset has voted to dissolve parliament overnight, sending “Israel” into early elections amid deepening internal political divisions and growing pressure on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government.
The move ends the current parliamentary term and sets the stage for elections scheduled for October 27, with Netanyahu facing mounting scrutiny over his government’s handling of the war on Gaza, Lebanon, and Iran, as well as his long-running corruption trials.
Until a new government is formed, the current administration will remain in a caretaker role, with its authority largely limited to managing routine government affairs.

It sounds good, but arrest them first and let them be investigated for war crimes. This is like washing your hands from the real problem. Other countries in the region are being pushed to do the same. I know specifically that there are cries for Thailand to take action.

As a result of the strikes:
▫️ At the Odessa Port (Sea Commercial Port of Odessa State Enterprise), facilities of the port infrastructure used for the unloading of petroleum, oil, and lubricants, and POL tanks intended to support the AFU were hit.
▫️Moreover, two workshops for production and assembly of unmanned aerial vehicles, including the assembly unit of an UJ-22 medium-range UAV (UKRJET Company), were neutralised at the Odessa Port;
▫️A vessel and POL tanks intended to support the AFU were eliminated at the Chernomorsk Port (Sea Commercial Port of Chernomorsk State Enterprise).

The ‘Donroe Doctrine’ continues in Latin America. The U.S. will impose a 25% tariff on most Brazilian imports from July 22, citing unfair trade practices. Brazil called the move unjustified and plans to challenge it through the WTO – which is another organization laid lame by the current hegemonic powers. A separate U.S. investigation could raise total tariffs on some Brazilian goods to 37.5%. This is widely reported. One source is NBC News.
The reason here is not trade but the Brazilian election upcoming in early October. The US meddling has been ongoing with open support for the Bolsonaro family.
RIO DE JANEIRO (CN) — The Trump administration declared Brazil’s two largest criminal organizations, Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC) and Comando Vermelho (CV), as foreign terrorist organizations. Marco Rubio said the two groups have thousands of members and operate criminal networks that extend beyond Brazil’s borders. He said the move is part of the administration’s broader strategy of targeting cartels and transnational criminal organizations across the region.
As the new tariffs have nothing to do with trade, this declaration has nothing to do with crime fighting. What it has to do with is meddling with Brazilian internal criminal law, making a fuss, giving Bolsonaro (Brazilian Senator Flávio Bolsonaro, the son of former President Jair Bolsonaro) a plank to stand on for the election. https://www.courthousenews.com/trump-designates-brazils-largest-criminal-groups-as-terrorist-organizations/
You may remember that the recent re-colonization of Venezuela started exactly like this – there the US had to manufacture a criminal group at the time called Tren De Aragua. In Brazil, a change in policy and rightist government has an added benefit of attempting to force China our of the region as trade partner.

Dmitry Peskov Briefing:
❗️No Prospects For Quick Resumption Of Ukraine Settlement Talks Now: Kremlin
“We see none, but Russia certainly remains open to that path,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
Other statements by the presidential spokesperson:
🟠The identity of Ukraine’s defense minister does not affect the development of the special military operation;
🟠Moscow is interested in who in Kiev can take responsibility and make decisions that would allow for a peaceful settlement;
🟠Kiev is well aware of what those decisions are.
[Note: The Russian stance is becoming serious in terms of who is left in Ukraine that could possibly make legal decisions for what is left in 404]

The Russian MoD reports another group strike, mainly Odessa and Kiev were lit up:
❗️ Last night, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched group strikes with:
▪️ long-range ground-based high-precision weapons against Ukrainian defence industry in Kiev, which are involved in the production and storage of long- and medium-range unmanned aerial vehicles;
▪️ in Odessa region, with high-precision air-based weapons and strike UAVs against infrastructure facilities of the Odessa and Yuzhny ports used to deliver and store military cargo as well as petroleum, oil, and lubricants intended to support the AFU.
📍 The following targets were hit in Kiev:
▪️an industrial enterprise of the PJSC Rapid Logistic Company. It assembles and stores fixed-wing and medium-range unmanned aerial vehicles as well as stores foreign components for their production;
▪️UAV depot of the Kiev-1 Radio Industry Enterprise which assembles and stores long-range fixed-wing strike AN-196 Lyuty drones and Leleka-100 reconnaissance UAVs as well as components for UAVs of various modifications.
📍 In Odessa region, the following targets are engaged:
▪️infrastructure facilities in the ports of Odessa and Yuzhny used for delivery, storage of military cargo, petroleum, oil and lubricants. Five POL tanks tasked with support of the AFU were hit at the Odessa Port.
▪️Moreover, a strike was delivered at a dry cargo ship crossing the sea and moving to the Chernomorsk Port, which delivered cargo to the AFU as well as a speedboat of the special operations forces of the AFU near the island of Zmeiny.

🗣 Key takeaways from statements by Deputy Secretary of the Russian Security Council Yury Kokov in an interview with TASS:
[Note His Main Take-away: Russia’s opponents are attacking civilian infrastructure out of despair, having failed to achieve any results in a military confrontation, Deputy Secretary of the Russian Security Council Yury Kokov told TASS. Also note that whereas before, the Russian rhetoric carefully left the US out of it, they are now routine reporting that the US is part of this war. There are no more careful diplomatic ‘masks’.]
▪️NATO has launched more than 30 military interventions over the past 25 years
▪️Military-industrial corporations have skillfully pulled the EU into NATO’s sphere of influence
▪️NATO and the EU are using international terrorist methods
▪️Kiev’s neo-Nazism was fostered by the intelligence services of the UK, France, and the US
▪️The West has adopted a course of outright terrorism against Russia
▪️Ukrainian long-range drone and missile strikes are only possible with Western support
▪️Kiev has tripled the number of terrorist attacks on Russia over the past six months
▪️Russia’s steady progress toward its objectives is particularly frustrating its opponents

Connecting electricity grids of Iran, Russia: an important axis of bilateral energy co-op.
Iran’s Energy Minister Abbas Aliabadi and his Russian counterpart Sergey Tsylyov met in Tehran to advance the electricity cooperation roadmap. Key agreements include:
– Grid connection via Azerbaijan (trilateral working group formed)
– Gas turbine technology transfer and localization
– 765 kV transmission lines and grid smartening
– Joint Sirik power plant completion
– Launching a carbon market for climate management
Aliabadi emphasized these are “strategic cooperations,” while Tsylyov announced a joint working group with private sector participation to accelerate implementation. Energy storage development across all scales was also prioritized.

War thread is active. Iran opened the board today. Gharibabadi, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs: There is no longer anything called the Islamabad Memorandum.
Kazem Gharibabadi stated the US not only violated the MoU, but the reimposition of the naval blockade means the MoU has been totally dismantled and that Iran is reciprocally no longer bound by it.
He added that Iran will extend full sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz and that any talks of international law are ludicrous given that such laws were violated in the US-Zionist aggression against the country.

US authorities detain journalist Max Blumenthal and seize devices upon return from Iran
Journalist Max Blumenthal was detained and interrogated by US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) at Dulles International Airport upon his return from Iran. During the encounter, agents searched his belongings and seized his smartphones after the journalist refused to grant them access to the devices. Blumenthal was not arrested during the incident.
Blumenthal described the event as a targeted attempt to suppress his coverage of the region. He stated, “As punishment for my factual journalism, I was subjected to political harassment by the Trump administration upon my return from Iran.”
He characterized the seizure as a calculated maneuver to undermine his work, adding, “The seizure of my devices was a clear act of intimidation aimed at deterring me and others from doing further critical reporting from Iran, which is likely why my interrogators from CPB demanded to know if I would be returning to Tehran to report any time soon.”
The journalist alleged that the pressure stems from his recent reporting from Iran, which included coverage of public reactions to the assassination of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and documentation of various US-Israeli attacks. Claiming the scrutiny was motivated by his recent work, Blumenthal described his interrogators as part of an “Israeli-influenced criminal cartel” that is “clearly threatened by my reporting from Tehran.”

We’ve spoken about the reliability of Pakistan as a mediator. Here it is: (Note, not a word about the attack on Yemen!)
Pakistan condemns recent retaliatory attacks against Saudi Arabia
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has issued a strong condemnation following the retaliatory attacks carried out against Saudi Arabia last night. In a statement posted to social media, the Pakistani leader described the incidents as “reprehensible actions” that violate the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Kingdom.
Sharif warned that such provocations carry the potential to “further undermine regional peace and stability.” Reaffirming Islamabad’s commitment to the Kingdom, he stated, “Pakistan reaffirms its unwavering support for the Kingdom’s security and stands in complete solidarity with the brotherly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at this critical time.”
The Prime Minister concluded by pledging that Pakistan will maintain its focus on supporting “all sincere efforts aimed at promoting peace, stability, security, and mutual understanding across the region.”

The Russian brothers are working. The whole of that massive front line over the recent weeks is more active than what I’ve ever seen it. Following are only the group strikes.
Last night, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched group strikes with:
-long-range ground-based high-precision weapons at enterprises of the Ukrainian defence industry in the city of Kiev involved in the production of cruise missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles;
-long-range air-based high-precision weapons and unmanned aerial vehicles at port infrastructure facilities in Odessa region used for unloading and storing fuel and lubricants of the AFU.
📍 The following targets were hit in Kiev:
▫️ the State Enterprise ‘Radioizmeritel’ (unit and component manufacturing enterprise of radio electronics), a key supplier of units, details and components of the electronic base for the production of Neptune-MD guided missiles, FP-7, -9 and Grom-2 operational-tactical missiles. The enterprise also produces navigation and landing equipment, as well as SHF components for aviation construction.
▫️the Kiev-79 industrial enterprise (UKR ARMO TECH LLC) is one of the main production sites in Ukraine for the assembly of unmanned aerial vehicles and missiles of various types. The enterprise also handles and stores explosives used in the production of ammunition, acts as a logistics centre for the storage and shipment of military materiel, including armoured vehicles and UAVs.
📍 In Odessa region, the following targets are engaged:
▫️the Port of Yuzhny (the Sea Commercial Port of Yuzhny State Enterprise), its infrastructure used to unload POL materials and seven POL tanks designed to support the AFU.
▫️In addition, a dry cargo ship delivering military materiel was hit in the Port of Yuzhny on the territory of a container terminal at the moment of unloading.
▫️ A tanker was also hit on the way from the Port of Chernomorsk to the Port of Odessa.
🔹🔹🔹🔹
About the ‘Houthis” …
Calling us Houthis is like calling the Iranian people Khomeinis. Wouldn’t it be better to call us Yemenis instead of Houthis?
I wish that were the case, because “Houthi” is the title of the leader of the Yemeni revolution, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, while the entire population participated in the September 21, 2014 revolution. Therefore, you should call us by our true name: Yemenis or Ansar Allah (Supporters of God).
The name “Houthis” is used by our enemies to belittle us and deny our existence as a state, government, people, and army. Therefore, I hope you will not call us by the name our enemies use for us.
https://x.com/Ibrahym22Nagi/status/2076850403296030836
Yemeni Armed Forces is good, or the name of the group which is Ansarullah (from Marwa Osman’s writings), or Ansar Allah as used generally.
A little more: It is widely reported that Saudi Arabia asked Trump’s ‘permission’ before they targeted the Yemeni Sanaa airport while a civilian flight from Iran was getting ready to land. It is now also widely reported that Saudi Arabia is coming back to Ansarullah and begging them not to close the Bab El Mandeb strait. This is discussed in Yemen’s formal channels and many others. Yemen formal military channel reports that they will do whatever they want to but the blockade on Yemen must be broken. There will be more in the war thread in a while.

A few comments. Sovereignista posted much information today. It was a busy day, and I decided to keep posting our normal, non-war content that thuren takes care of, so that we can keep some kind of touchpoint with the non-war world.
I want to highlight a few of my choices. They are all structural.
*Scott Ritter on Daniel Davis – I am, to say the least, not a fan. But this time he is right, and what he explains is something we should all know. There are two streams of propaganda that we are subject to. The first is the drone war on Russia. Scott explains what is happening and how the propaganda works. No, Russia is not losing the war but there are changes as the drone war changes. Drones are fast developing weapons of war.
*The second is Trump on Iran – There are a few comments from Trump in this Daily Chronicles. He lies like we breathe. Tonight’s shooting fight with Iran has started and Trump threatens shooting a nuclear facility .. we will take a look at it tomorrow morning or later tonight, as the dust settles. One more comment from Trump:
Trump announces US will strike Iran with “very strong” attacks tonight, doesn’t rule out eliminating Iranian leadership
A “suitable target” for the strike could be the underground nuclear facility Pickaxe Mountain, the Cheeto-in-Chief (DDGeopolitics) said.
“Tonight we hit them hard, and tomorrow we hit them hard — and there’s nothing they can do about it. They have nothing. They have nothing but big mouths… I’ve gotten to know them, and they’re just crazy,” he told radio host Hugh Hewitt.
“Yes, I can. And we don’t want to talk about it. But we’re certainly watching,” Trump said, commenting on the possibility of eliminating Iran’s leadership.
You will see immediately that the threats are just the same as before the first war on Iran started. But this is a piece of news that is a first – Iranian Military
We targeted an American warship with cruise missiles in response to American missile attacks on Iranian military centers.
*Michael Hudson – a must read as this will let you know in no uncertain terms the ‘Why’ of the current imperial strategy. More interesting is the Iranian play, which is ‘sudden death’. It is a high stakes and dangerous strategy given that our world is fickle, laid lame and fragmented. Iran must keep its friends.
*Brian Berletic – Three comments, a high level overview of Saudi-Arabia’s strikes on Yemen and how it fits in with other wars ongoing and planned. Same old, same old if you get the pattern. Saudi Arabia is turning on Iran and on Yemen. So those that told you that the Saudi’s are interested in a regional security initiative had it wrong. They are interested in what suits them at the moment.
*The Sirius report with their info sheet on Global payment systems landscape. It is a beautiful document, but it does show a fragmented and complex system. Work Brothers! That is a little complicated.
There is also much media on how Pakistan and Qatar is SOL now that the Strait is closed again. They bet on an open strait, made agreement on natural gas business, and lost their bet. Qatar’s infrastructure is non-existent now. Perhaps the strait is double closed tomorrow or perhaps we see ordinary vessels and tankers shot to smithereens.
Dangerous times and a hot moment for a false flag.
The world is fickle, laid lame, fragmented and complex. Yes, I know today’s selection of information is broad and too much, but if you take that in, you will know the planetary score. A Russian posted this comment which is funny, but accurate: “Reading the news of the last few days, one can’t help but wonder whether it was Archduke Franz Ferdinand who passed away on Saturday evening in Washington?”

Trump formally notified Congress that fighting has resumed in Iran, New York Times reports. Trump said that it is ‘defensive’.
🔹🔹🔹🔹
Now only we get to what Trump really wanted. He could not get it with war, he is not getting it with negotiations and now he is trying to get it with statements of hegemonic madness declaring ownership. We are at the stage where the hegemon will break everything, in hope that there will be something to pick up for them afterwards. See Professor Hudson’s article as to Iran’s defense. Epitaph for the MoA between the U.S. and Iran – and for U.S. control of West Asia
President Trump announces the U.S. naval blockade against Iran will be reinstated, and that all other ships must pay a 20% fee to pass the Strait of Hormuz.
Trump announces a blockade against Iran and says all other vessels passing through the Strait of Hormuz must pay a 20% toll.
The Hormuz Strait is OPEN, and will remain OPEN, with or without Iran. We are reinstating the THE IRANIAN BLOCKADE, so named because it is only stopping Iran’s ships or customers from entering or leaving. All other countries will have fair and open use of the Strait.
The U.S.A. will be, from this point forward, known as “THE GUARDIAN OF THE HORMUZ STRAIT,” but as such, and as a matter of FAIRNESS, will be reimbursed, at the rate of 20% on all cargo shipped, for any and all costs necessary to do the job of providing safety and security to this very volatile section of the World. The process and formation will begin immediately. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
Iranian response:
“We will under no circumstances allow the US to interfere in the management of the Strait of Hormuz.”
👉 Spokesperson for the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters: Responsibility for insecurity and the expansion of war lies with the US and those countries that cooperate with it.
🔴 Ebrahim Rezaei, spokesman of the Foreign Policy and National Security Committee of the Iranian Parliament:

Another ceasefire dead.
Saudi Arabia ends ceasefire with Ansarullah. During the funeral, Iran and Ansarullah announced that they broke the seige and blockade on Yemen and transported visitors and mourners to attend the funeral. An Iranian plane was on its way to land at Sana’a International Airport when Saudi jets bombed the airport. The Iranian Mahan Air civilian airplane successfully landed at Al Hodeidah airport despite attacks and threats from Saudis.
Yemeni Armed Forces spokesperson Brigadier General Yahya Saree: “In an unjust and blatant act of aggression, the Saudi adversary carried out several airstrikes targeting Sana’a International Airport.” “The Saudi attack on Sana’a International Airport has brought the de-escalation phase to an end, and it must bear the consequences of its actions.” “We affirm that the Saudi attack will not go unanswered or unpunished.”
🔹🔹🔹🔹
Europe and the US attempts to give life to old dead agreements.
They attempted a discussion on the punitive phases of the dead JPCOA. Russia and China announced that the UNSC has no mandate as the agreement is dead and all timelines have run out.
This similar contingent of Europeans have just tried a similar trick with China. On July 12, the US, the Philippines, Australia, Canada, Estonia, Germany, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, New Zealand, Romania, Slovenia and the UK issued a so-called Joint Statement on the 10th anniversary of the Philippines-China South China Sea Arbitral Tribunal Award. China strongly announced that the so-called “award” is nothing more than an illegal, null and void piece of paper with no binding force. China neither accepts nor recognizes the so-called “award” and opposes and rejects any claims or actions based on it. This award was given by some court with no jurisdiction and tried to tell China who the South China Sea belongs to.
(These people are unproductive teenagers trying to run a planet. I’m convinced their education was criminally spiked with utter tedious inanities).

In response to yet another night of violent US airstrikes on Iran, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) issued five statements overnight and into the morning, detailing a widening retaliatory campaign targeting US military assets across the region.
