US-Iran 60-day ceasefire MOU has now officially expired. Although it expired de facto just days after signing, Iran did spell out their requirements and Trump signed knowing very well it is a photo opportunity. It remains quite a staggering sight for a President of what is still called a major country to sign an agreement knowing full well that the ‘understanding’ will not be carried out.

Iran is on a ready status and preparing for more war. They say and expect that kinetic action of some form will continue. The Gulf States and Pakistan are crossing their fingers in a forlorn hope that ‘there is still a small window of opportunity’ for an agreement of some kind to be made. That is in my opinion a forlorn hope. Iran remains in a offensive stance as we continue with a NoWar/NoPeace operant condition for now. In the mean time, the US forces in the region, or rather many kilometers away from the region are reportedly in a sorry state and deteriorating. There is nowhere to rest their heads on land, as they have only destroyed bases, their ships cannot be maintained and fresh food cannot be delivered. For the mighty army, Weevilled Ship’s Biscuits R’Us and the soldiers and some sailors are suicidal and crying for their mothers. The physical space in the world is shrinking for US soldiers and sailors.
