Participantabsolutely, dear AHH, i’ve been puzzling the timing of things: michael hudson’s revelations, alastair crooke’s, & now richard werner’s. werner has a substack, paywalled, but there’s been a number of digested versions released on youtube lecturing on the history & role of the deep state as well as the history of things such as petrodollar. on the petro$ youtube he reveals that when france wanted to retrieve its gold it came with battleships. i’d never heard that, & like many simply marvelled that empire had returned de Gaulle’s gold, it certainly never repeated. & empire’s everlasting hate explained.

the ehret arrived in this morning, & i anticipate finding a great deal to mull & explore, once i’ve exhausted the daily news milk run. thank you for linking the war on international law. when i was young i couldn’t fathom evil & spouted things like…’evil, if such a thing exists, is banal, much like oatmeal, ubiquitous, easily digested & smothering us with its damning blandness.’ in old age, i’ve come to believe i what i mistook for banality was its unwavering stupidity. i give thanks several times a day now: thank you, dear God, for making satan stupid, stupid to such a degree it harms itself thereby empowering you.
