KeymasterOh boy .. I am not a non-believer. I am only a non-formalized believer. But this is sickening.

KeymasterUNCONFIRMED YET:
We have received unconfirmed information indicating that China has informed Sana’a of its decision to provide Yemen with a military satellite along with communication codes for collaboration with the Chinese aerospace forces, as well as the exchange of military expertise across all military formations and military manufacturing.

KeymasterRitter is toast in the circles. At the beginning of the SMO, when he said NATO will attack Russia with a million man army, his friends saved his bacon. This time they will let him go down.

KeymasterYup. Do not walk under trees. In our world, there are aggressive green mamba snakes in the trees besides other things. Not many wolves in our world. I did so enjoy that very old book White Fang, by Jack London.
And we had guns appropriate for the outing.
I just saw this Kristi Noem woman going out with some soldiers. She is better left at home.

KeymasterYup, they are made with AI. It is quite easy and I’ve played around with it. You still need to write your plot, but the thing is, these days AI (DeepSeek or Qwen or a bunch of others), can write the script for you. Then you turn to a video making AI, (Invideo, Canva or a bunch of others) choose your pics or a theme basically or ask the AI to choose for you and it makes the video for you – of course some canned voice reads the script then. If one spends time, you can make a good thing.
Even on X the Elon Musk AI can write your tweets for you. I hate that thing! Each time there is a disagreement on a thread, somebody ‘asks GROK’ and what the AI says is taken as gospel.
So, it is a question of what is good and what is not. If a good script is written, the video can still be good, never mind the AI overlay. It is the difference between art and painting by numbers.
I’ve had fun with that stuff but have not spent enough time making something good. One day, AHH and I played with image-making. I often use an AI to make an image for me, but I think AHH just died a little. He likes good images and art. For me, it saves oodles of time searching through image sites, and one does not have to worry about copyright, which is another story.
I’ve even turned articles or posts over to the AI and told it what I wanted and to rewrite them, but they always read like some newsreader, so I throw them away. I’ve even had an AI argue with me, and then I found out that the database was older, and I was talking about last week—so, no wonder it was arguing with me as I was talking about stuff that it did not yet have available.
It’s like anything—if you spend the time and get really good at it, you turn out something good. If not, it is barely passable.
I like sometimes asking the AI to seek out for me – because one can be really specific. For example — I’ll tell it — I’m looking at information about xxx and I want 60% results from Chinese sources, 20% from western sources and 20% from Russian sources. It is not a search engine, but the results are much better than a search engine. You just gotto talk to it as if it is not a search engine.
It is a new world where search and email are passé.
If you guys would like to try some of this stuff, let me know and I can at least make a thread and take us through the basics. At the China Writer’s Group there are a few folks that do a lot of their work by training their favorite AI – but they are more into serious academic work. They would specify what they want, and they would specify which type of footnoting they want, exactly how many, and they want quotes to be rendered, and so on. I never repost those articles as they do not sound right to me – but the facts are correct.
Anyway, I’ll happily create a basic tutorial for anyone who wants to try making an image (train the AI) or writing (again, train the AI). It is not difficult.

KeymasterYup .. that is a good description and it is primitive, but I still like Michael Hudson .. These numbers are GOOFY!

KeymasterJust some Trump porkies, incase we forget ..
Trump said he is having direct talks with Iran today, while so far there has only been an exchange of letters between the two countries, which Trump considers direct talks.
He said that the talks next week will be direct, while the Iranians officially denied it. Apparently, what direct talks means to Trump is different from what it means to everyone else.
All he is doing right now is a failed attempt to save his face…
and
Trump says Israel “should never have given up the Gaza Strip,” before the conversation shifts to the “resettlement plan” for Palestinians—Netanyahu claims there are several countries “willing to take them in.”
-I don’t understand why Israel previously abandoned the Gaza Strip.
-The Gaza Strip is like a death trap, an extremely dangerous place, and will take years to rebuild.
-We will call Gaza a “Freedom Zone” after relocating its population.
– Netanyahu is trying to package genocide and ethnic cleansing as voluntary migration: “enabling the people of Gaza to freely make a choice to go wherever they want.”
– Netanyahu, in justifying Trump’s plan for ethnic cleansing: We did not besiege Gaza-they are besieged!
During his visit to Washington, the war criminal stated that in all war zones, people had the option to leave, “except in Gaza, where the people were trapped — we did not besiege them, they are besieged!”Heaven help us!
OK; reality:
US-Iran talks: What is known so far?
Donald Trump announced direct negotiations with the Iranian side at “almost the highest level” this Saturday.
🔶 NYT journalist Farnaz Fassihi reported that the meeting will take place in Oman and will be indirect, citing Iranian officials.
🔶 Tehran has previously ruled out direct talks with Washington under threats and pressure, but has left the door open for indirect negotiations.
🔶 Meanwhile, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that Russia, China and Iran will hold talks on Iran’s nuclear program in Moscow tomorrow.
Prof. Marandi confirmed: “Iran has not agreed to direct negotiations with the US.”

KeymasterCopy of previous post: ”
We have a small technical problem with posting images. At this moment, AHH can post images because he is special. But nobody else can. Don’t even try as you will receive a very scary message.
It will take a little time as I have to test a series of pieces of software to find which one makes this problem. And today, no way … too late on a Sunday.
So, kindly do not post images and I’ll let you know when we’re good. Not to worry if I have to take the site down for an hour or so for maintenance tomorrow.”
Fixed!
You can post images again. No site downtime was required. I keep wanting to go to the bar! This is nervous making stuff. Today I thank bejewelled frogs and the universe for a bit of help!

KeymasterAbout that fatwa .. this is what I see ..
Do not fall for the deception of the fatwa factories who remained silent for 18 months. What’s happening now is a coordinated attempt to whitewash the so-called Islamic identity of Zionist-backed Gulf states and to legitimize support for the Turkish agenda in Syria.

KeymasterI have no idea how powerful this Union is … Fatwa! Religious Law.
The International Union of Muslim Scholars: It is a religious duty (Shar’an) upon every adult Muslim to immediately provide military, financial, political, and legal support to the Palestinian resistance in Gaza without any delay.
The fatwa states that “it is obligatory for every capable Muslim in the Islamic world to wage armed jihad against the occupation in Palestine,” that Arab and Islamic states must immediately intervene militarily, and that “the Zionist enemy” must be “besieged at land, on sea, and in the air,” by closing waterways and airspace in Arab and Islamic states. It further calls to “supply the resistance militarily, financially, and legally.” Announcing it obligatory to urgently form an “Islamic military alliance to protect the ummah and repel the aggressors,” the fatwa declares normalizing relations with the “Zionist enemy” forbidden by shari’a, forbids providing Israel with petroleum or natural gas, and calls to reconsider the peace agreements which some Arab states have signed with the “occupying entity.” Also obligatory is to practice “financial jihad to support our brothers in Gaza” and to open crossings into Gaza. It urges members of the Muslim diaspora in the U.S. to pressure President Donald Trump to “fulfil his campaign promises of stopping the aggression and bringing peace.”
I cannot comment but this is viral .. it only happened a little time ago and everywhere, my usual evening run-through, is carrying it.

And
The people of Jordan and Egypt are calling for civil disobedience and general mobilization, and are tweeting under the hashtag #Civil_Disobedience_Until_The_Genocide_Stops to pressure governments to take serious actions to stop the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip.

KeymasterI never knew that! Interesting. I was surprised when he said to Scott .. I know Iran very well!

KeymasterHere is something funny for you. I eventually took that Nima/Larry/Scott video and listened to the rest of it.
Even Nima (and you know we don’t know much about him) told Scott he did not know what he was talking about regarding Iran. Nima apparently knows Iran very well – he said so .. I am not sure how, because he did not say. So Nima usually does not interfere in the interviews .. he lets the guests talk. I laughed when even Nima tells him that he is off. The only thing that Scott eventually had right, is that if the US attacks Iran, it would be a disaster of incredible proportions and that the US will try and take out the Government of Iran. Yeah sure they will try to do that. So Scott did moderate.
But, it is still not worth listening to. That was the nicest little piece to see Nima bite!

KeymasterVery unlikely.
That would require well over a million US troops and many months to deploy them to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UAE, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
The host countries' oil, gas, and desalination facilities would be swiftly destroyed.
The war's cost would crush the US economy. https://t.co/eRAzq45ytr

KeymasterOh man .. I did better than you .. I made it halfway through the next rant lol. That man is not listening. He is making long crybaby stories on Telegram as well. NATION ENDING! There will be more than one nation ended, I promise you.
Let me remind you all. When Russia started the SMO, he was equally unhinged. NATO is going to send in a million soldiers and that will be the end of Russia … blah blah .. same as today. I did a thing. The Saker was gone on sick leave at the time and I cut it loose on the blog. That post had the most comments ever .. It was a new record for comments, but dear heavens, it was hell on earth. Long story. Anyway, same old story regarding Scott. This is why I don’t trust Scott, because I’ve seen him go off the rails like this, at that time. And then Larry specifically talked him down and I was told that some of Scott’s friends will be talking him down. Scott was talked down, only to change his total view and then he tried to become more Russian than a Russian. I never trusted any of that.
Back to Iran. Scott’s has said all over the world that Iran is wrong with their 60% enrichment. But he forgets the JPCOA agreement. That hot water was supposed to be sold .. there was a schedule for sale – and when Trump pulled out of the JPCOA, the Europeans specifically did not buy what they were supposed to buy. Iran announced it, over and over again. Now Scott says Iran is at fault? They should be doing something, but he does not say what something. Iran has offered to negotiate, only through a third party.
And then Scott forgets completely that the negotiation put in front of the Iranians are only partially nuclear issues. What the US wants, is for Iran to stop supporting the resistance, and that is fully circumscribed. But Scott holds to the nuclear issues, and suddenly spouts a lot about international law – which the US broke and will break again. Then about the fatwa and the nuclear non-proliferation which Iran has signed. He wants to now say that the fatwa was a ruse. Well, screw him and the horse he rode in on. If Iran ‘unfatwa’ the fatwa, they have full right, because they are being threatened. The way Scott portrays it, is that Iran cannot win. Well, that remains to be seen. I heard his stories about NATO when the SMO started and the strenth of NATO. Look at it now!
Now to a possible war .. it will be unbelievable, because the effing US will hit with tactical nukes. Not Iran! Scott should be spending his time in his country getting to his administration and try and deal with it from that perspective if he is so worried. He should not be dictating to Iran. He has bloody hands in the region.
But cronetoo, I made it into the second rant … and I don’t know how to get my equilibrium back. That man is poison! He is fighting that war himself in his mind, he loves it, he joneses for it, he sees and hears those big bombs come down! and it has not started and it might not start. Russia said more this this morning and offered to mediate. So, it is horrible, but Scott needs to calm down – I don’t know if his friends will talk him down this time. And the shit that Russia will not help? Russia is helping step by step with every action from Iran .. who do you think got the thing going at the UN? Russia because of international law. War? No, but Russia will do its damnest to stop this war from breaking out and hell will be the consequences should it break out, and the US will be feeling a bit of tactical nuke should it break out – because no matter what Scott says, it will not remain a regional war. Scott is just a scared Wussie who has lost the plot, the same as he lost it when the SMO started! If you ask me for my real perspective, and it may not be worth it, I think Scott is scared because he knows full well that the US will get its ass kicked.
