Years ago I read everything about climate change – the pro, the con and the financial con.

What eventually got me to accept the concept of Global Warming was when I realized the Russian Permafrost is really melting and saw some videos and plates of permafrost just falling apart. I had prepared an essay for the old Saker site on the Russian sciences, and then Andrei decided to lock the topic. I had worked hard on that topic and struggled to get a hold of the Russian sciences so, I was not too happy but things happen. I won’t fight for Global warming because I think what is happening on the planet climate wise and change wise may yet have surprises in its future. We just have never experienced this.

Well, Jung said that the collective unconscious is ‘stored’ as an 1)inherited, 2)universal layer of the human psyche shared by all people, distinct from our personal, individual memories.  (Genetics was not so prominent in his time but it was there as part of the scientific body of work).   So, then he went to define all of that into the archetypes.   He said that the collective unconscious is passed down genetically as a biological and psychological blueprint.  OK, there is that.  Genetics and these days as I mentioned, epigenetics.  But one cannot touch it or see it really.  Only effects …

These days I question that universal aspect – perhaps only in the archetypes.  Learnt too much of too many to easily accept that those ‘German’ archetypes are universal (and I am not dissing Jung .. I am a Jungian).  But this is my own musing and a piece of Jung’s work that I question these days – it just feels that it is not applicable universally on his archetypical structures.  The rest OK .. I can go with it.

There is this one guy in the Chinese group who was educated in classical Chinese schooling.  And he has given me bits and pieces of the I Ching – Book of Changes Hexagrams, of which there are 64.  If those are not Jung’s archetypes but only massively developed then I don’t know anything.  (And I don’t know anything.)

I don’t think it is biological.  I mean we have Einstein’s Spooky Action at a Distance that shows the biological effect — of these frequencies and patterns which are stored according to Jung .. Einstein’s Spooky action at a distance one can also see effect, where, if the same DNA is stored in 2 places (does not matter how far apart – other side of the world would be fine), and one piece is stimulated with a certain frequency or a set, the effects of the stimulation can be seen or measured in the other piece.  So a biological effect can be seen, but how truly biological is that?  Same with humans or animals or birds or anything alive.

I can truly disappear into all of this for years.  But, it may all be analysis paralysis.

I thought people may be interested given the terrible heat.
