Who can say? I am seriously interested in the precise meaning of Ruskie word that Czar used that was translated “customer”. Seems pretty important. Video speaks of the compressor and the power extraction turbine being coupled electrically, which claim raised eyebrows. No electrical generator is illustrated in the cycle, and no e-motor. Electrical coupling seems far-out to me. The claim that it is too heavy for airplanes to carry seems doubtful. In multitude of encounters , sometime mid 80’s, I knew very slightly a fella, engineer, who worked for several years running tests on a running (on the ground) atomic jet engine in the US… We chatted.
