Essay by scholar. When many years ago I audited Constitutional Law one summer everything I learned was in accord with what Napolitano has said (and more!). That was before the nazi junta in DC murdered Kennedy, and many other leaders – which is also, of course, unconstitutional, as were the murders in New York and at the Pentagon, which are called “9-11”.
