We do not know that the video is genuine, nor, if it is, when it was made…no one has identified the boat or the persons murdered. For all we know the video was made off San Clemente Island and the boat was from Long Beach California. The naive “expert” Sal (what’s going on with shipping) said that according to normal “rules” the US Coast Guard, not the US Navy, would have been the agency of the murders.
