Draft appeal on escalation near Venezuela borders submitted to State Duma — Russian MP
The Committee has proposed that the Council of the State Duma add the draft appeal to the agenda of the November 11 plenary session, Leonid Slutsky said

MOSCOW, November 10. /TASS/. The Russian State Duma Committee on International Affairs has submitted to the lower house a draft appeal to the parliaments of UN member states and the international community over rising tensions in the Caribbean Sea near Venezuela’s borders, which is set to be reviewed on November 11, committee chairman and leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LDPR) Leonid Slutsky told journalists.

“The Committee has proposed that the Council of the State Duma add the draft appeal to the agenda of the November 11 plenary session,” the legislator said.

As the draft appeal states, State Duma deputies plan to call on the parliaments of UN member states, international parliamentary organizations, and the global community “to strongly condemn the increased military presence of the United States in the southern part of the Caribbean Sea near Venezuela’s territorial waters under the pretext of combating drug cartels.”

The document also states that MPs “express firm support and solidarity with the leadership of Venezuela in defending national sovereignty and emphasize the importance of the country’s stable and independent development.” “The international community must immediately and unconditionally condemn the threats or use of force against Venezuela and advocate for preserving Latin America and the Caribbean as a zone of peace, stability, and cooperation,” the draft appeal stresses.

The reality appears to be that a group in the British elite took control of British foreign policy and spent two decades engineering the start war with secret agreements. The Boer War was a trial run. WW1 was not an accident.

Russia’s National Unity Day is 4 November and President Putin provides a short history lesson in the preamble to his speech to the Council. The video tells us the proceedings lasted 90-minutes with others besides Mr. Putin speaking to the issue at hand, which as Putin tells us “is dedicated to the State National Policy Strategy, the results of its implementation since 2012, and the preparation of a new version of this document for the next ten years.” More Russian planning which is clearly not done in a vacuum or by just one person or a small oligarchy. The article’s title touches on the basis for Russia’s Unity Day and the strategic reason why it has a national policy strategy to deal with the never-ending attempts to undermine its unity and split Russia into small statelets. Given what we see happening in the Collective Western Empire to maintain its oligarchic rule by the continual use of divide and rule policies that are aimed at all sectors of their societies so unity cannot occur, what Russia does to oppose such efforts can be used as an example for those within the Empire trying to defeat the oligarchy’s policies and attain societal solidarity.
