An interesting Change. note> California no longer prints the fish and game regulations. They publish in pdf… This method, then requires the individual buy an expensive “smart phone” and an “apt” and so forth, moreover, the cost having been moved to the individual, there is no longer any incentive to minimize word-count or advertising inserts or color pictures. The freshwater regulations, which may change at any time (!) run to 110 pages.
The one-off printing cost runs over 50 sambuckies. What progress!
I assume this racket is the thin edge of the wedge…
Greetings to my Brother Mr AHH! Greetings to my Brothers and Sisters and Friends! Some awkwardness on my part in access…a delay, as it were…
I saw the story about the bigbig cop dope dealer.
In machinery and construction, life is like the river… everybody goes there…all sorts…the best engineers spend time in the trades… so too the grey sinners and saints, and they overlap… So? A murderer I knew also saved several kids from death…the misadventures of Youth…I’m thinking of Conrad’s “Youth”
So I have known for many years how the dope racket works. The State gives “deniable” license (and cheerfully stabs these agents in the back)… The brutal fact is, and has been, the dope racket runs the cops…at least on the “celestial” level.
I have myself listened as a very major cop, drunk on his yacht, regaled a small audience with his stories of corrupt acts > “theft and conspiracy to steal under color of authority”, mostly, with small stories of brutality and bias…frankly informing us of his true character, in vino veritas and all of that… Saw the Great Man on TV the next day, sober, but hung over…
He beat his girlfriend, sometimes, she “smiled” at me a bit. And she, a nice young woman, told stories too. And I was afraid… And I did not…
And some cops rape, even children…so the whores’ stories go…
One learns from the riverbank stories… A fishing and motor pal has stories about the dope in prisons…where he ran a prisoner crew for years in a US “Joint”…and also my former colleague and comrade “Machine Gun Jim” tells us the same…he was a bank robber, but only when he ran out of cocaine… He’s honest, but dope is dope…see, The Politics Of Heroin in Southeast Asia, McCoy.
(Jim is dying from traumatic brain injuries suffered in his attempts to preserve his “virginity”… US prisons are hells….but naturally we are all close to death, eh?)
A rational reaction to the world we see from Anoxia? Go fishing… This is my bigbig plan, as soon as the weather invites…
Best! P
