That’s a very interesting legal theory, but it doesn’t fly at trial very well…as it amounts to “I was following orders!” which “defense” failed at Nuremberg. I do note that very often when police kill somebody their apology, their “justification”, is “I was following procedure”…with the implication that legal review had occured beforehand as part of the establishment of the procedure. This comes quite close to the nazi “defense” of “I was following orders”. “Ich habe nur Befehle befolgt!”  In the US domestic arena of murder by cop this defense usually works. Let us recall that the zionist nazi Israelites provide “training” to US cops… so the larding of respectability over bald murder runs pretty thin.
