Participantbrit logic: order a vassal to commit atrocities, thereby, remaining free to charge him when necessary. what else are mates for?
i wonder how it will play out with america & london & tel aviv & the inevitable war tribunals.

Participanthistory may repeat, but like an echo or rings expanding as saturn’s orbiting moon’s upon a pond, its variation will be singularly its own. today russia is infinitely more powerful than it was ‘…back in 62 when i was feelin 63′!
putin … xi…have ensured the world…here, beholding its glorious glimpse, finally within sight @ the pond’s edge & stretching infinitely beyond…is to be irrecoverably enshrouded within a code of honour & justice, ensuring it cannot possibly be baptized by fire but reason. reason founded upon love is our way forward.
yet how do we move forward, through genocide, through all manner of satanic desires to a world where every soul is important & none are left behind? this is the challenge.

Participantbless you, Amarynth! a treaty implies equal bargaining power @ the table, if the treaty was imposed by US on Cuba under duress as is stated in your link then it is no treaty @ all & requires consent of both parties to be effective. therefore it could be challenged. how difficult will it be to prove duress as everyone is long dead? (!) does the International Court of Justice have jurisdiction to nullify such a treaty?

ParticipantMr.P, i cannot decipher treaties, esp. those signed in 1903 granting a perpetual lease. yet, it seems that cuba ought to have legal ground wherein it could make a case that granting naval rights & coaling rights in no way grants the right to commit war crimes on its ground, granted?

Participantdear AHH. the pleas coming from the DRC are horrific. the eyes of those pleading for help are indelible glimpses into the flames.
rwanda: genocide is empire’s weapon of choice; secure resources by securing the position to genocide the surrounding ground. satan’s master class.
i was once hospitalized. the woman (teenager ) in the next bed was from rwanda. she had witnessed her family killed, her baby brother had been saved but had had both arms axed off by a boy not yet ten. she was beautiful beyond words & had been abducted for sale & barter. her screams in the night brought the horrors…& returned her family to life.
