does kagame suffer the same delusion as erodogan or does he imagine empire will share more than ha’penny? i’ve had scant luck finding any indication that china or russia may be supporting south africa or the sadc? although russia has publicly condemned the incursion, & lavrov (i believe in the al jazeera interview) connected it to britain, & her attempt to avoid france’s fate, offhandedly observing that britain’s interests in africa were its remaining store of wealth.
