HT, i posted an incredible video on a new state of the art hospital that was nearing completion in burkina faso…it seems months ago, regrettably in days where minutes are decades i don’t remember. simply that i was so taken with it i shared it with several doctors i know just to brighten their day (given the state of medicine in canada it’s hard not to be discouraged) as well as a young med student in LA deciding where/what she wants to practice.
& now i cannot find it!! it really was indelible…not quite as state of art & mind blowing as some we see from china, but very close. so close, watching it i felt like china may’ve played some part, & it’s possible delegations from burkina faso have travelled to china as they have to russia, it doesn’t seem improbable.
overall, the videos on so many sites are suspiciously prolific & slick, they don’t feel grass roots—yet the change sweeping the continent is real. glorious! miraculous! & the desire to share some of its news is like nothing i’ve felt in my 80yrs. if it is fraudulent—the wizards are playing with the power of dreams, of prophesy, of all that is heavenly & beyond anything they can imagine let alone control—it has taken hold! their play manifests, it breathes & lives. perhaps the sheer number is evidence, like shells left in its wake.
