i’ve been mulling this & decided china’s probably gamed this & has warehoused westinghouse parts, probably china’s kept westinghouse solvent.   anyway it seems it’s a short-term clutch, according to godfree roberts the projected date for thorium reactor is 2030 (possibly sooner if pressed).  following the shelving of their old reactors might be interesting…could be a whole new industry china will be developing  for itself, helping the world clean up after westinghouse.

after 2011 china must’ve questioned their choice.  for a number of very good reasons.  i gotta hope china’s new thorium reactor may help cut the pain.   Mr.P?  love to learn your take?
