russia, china & iran expected the UNSC outcome, i won’t be surprised  to learn lavrov & wang yi crafted the resolution.  taking it to UNGA ensures the rest of humanity, our global majority, finally determines events.  rather than a closed shop it becomes democratic & therein restores the united nations to its fundamental & crucial place in our world.  this brings our world nearer peace & a voice for all.
