regarding post #21940: i am dismayed by thierry meyssan’s article.  the questions raised from 1 thru 6 are mildly curious, some of which may’ve been solved by consultations with hanoi, comrade kim, afghani cave dwellers, china, russia or hollywood.  gunning is nothing new, going back i suspect to preferred stones & best, better sticks.  black market weapon sales from 404 & the trove left in afghanistan to be filtered by empire’s mercenaries through the mena have received considerable comment & banter.

why didn’t khalil hayya & other hamas members loyal to palestine expose or dispose of mahmoud al-zahar?  especially once genocide 21st century style began?   the gapping imponderable remains unasked—had hamas foreseen such unimaginable devastation & for the sake of palestine & acting on the faith of palestinians moved forward on october 7th knowingly?

the dots theirry meyssan has placed on the board are undoubtedly obvious & draw a distinct picture, unfortunately it eludes me.  if it’s a rorschach my brain refuses to distinguish 2 images.  i’m stuck with an image that will not be anything more than what it appears to be @ first glance: a traitor & tool willing to sacrifice a nation, allow genocide, in hopes to fulfil a dream of a caliphate—for some other prince.  perhaps this is precisely the point the subtle theirry meyssan expects me to eventually reach?

distilled, it went something  like this: they hate us, they’ve been taught to hate us,  their hate has been nurtured, we cannot alter it, they are impervious, we can neither fix nor extricate it, they hold it unto death.  it’s why they keep coming, knowing the fight is futile, they are lost, hate driven to continue coming.  it is tragic & irreversible.

again apologies for making a hash…words quickly skimmed  kept returning, roiling, i could not stop fumbling my way through that eloquent russian soldier’s pathos; having to kill b/c he was left no other choice, or chance.   existential.

my father had what was suspected to be alzheimer’s, back then an autopsy was needed for an accurate diagnosis.   my father had a living will.  40yrs ago in canada a living will activated when an individual had a diagnosis of certain death…comatose on life support from a head-on collision; a diagnosis of an incurable cancer, heart disease with certain death prognosis, a number of other diseases termed terminal.  terminal being the hinge.  if the person was in robust physical shape & able to navigate a medical review board which my father (a sergeant major in tanks: dunkirk, dieppe, normandy) did numerous times with precision (just as he also passed frequent driving examinations with⭐️ flying colours).  he was repeatedly determined to be of sound mind.  it was only when he locked my mother out of the house in the middle of the night in a 20 below blizzard & the neighbours called 911 that the ‘authorities’ intervened & placed him ‘in care’ which was a locked cell in isolation.  he stayed ‘in care & isolated’ until he was found on the floor alongside the locked door, having died from dehydration & hypothermia.  my brother, a qc, had run twisted circles trying to intervene to ensure his well being & wishes to be invoked but to no avail.  i suppose all that’s sorted now…this was back in the day when we hovered between draconian care of humanity & the value of each & every life to the present where we are expected to rationalize genocide.
