In the field, we retain complete control and are prepared to fight for as long as necessary.

— More than a fifth of the 1,300 IOF vehicles that entered Gaza have been damaged or destroyed. The enemy has 500 Merkava IVs in Gaza, and has lost enough of them that they had to recall the Merkava III’s that were to be scrapped or sold. In the past 5 days alone, we destroyed more than 120 military vehicles. The enemy should know that 10 more days will mean 250 vehicles destroyed.

— The resistance has not used the full extent of its capabilities yet, and is conducting this confrontation in accordance to a prepared military plan and a strategic vision.

Qatar and Egypt played an important role in achieving the deal , which became a direct channel of communication between the Hamas leadership and Israel and Western countries.

According to data from Cairo, the final meeting for concluding a truce was a meeting in Palestinian Ramallah, where a decision was made on the need for a humanitarian pause.

Reportedly, the main factor in the successful completion of the negotiations was the news of the seizure of an Israeli cargo ship by the Yemeni Houthis on that day.
