Members pledge to improve the security of trade routes and invest in projects related to energy, agriculture, water resources and other common interests. The alliance proposes creating a joint airline, launching major initiatives such as a local nuclear power plant, creating a fund to finance energy research and investment projects, and developing an overall industrialization plan.
