Don’t get too exited.  This war can break loose again at any minute.  A ceasefire is not the end of war.  The end of war is when political objectives and terms are settled.

Anybody who studies the so-called foreign policies of the US and its vassals…will know that an enemy is essential.’

-John Pilger (1939-2023)

The need for there to always be an enemy in US foreign policy is to justify the perpetual expansion of the military-industrial complex and budget for the War Department.

Peace cannot break out, because if it does, the profits of the military-industrial complex will contract. War is a business, Iran is just the latest on the long list of enemies the US has used to justify this business.

So long as the military-industrial complex is left to be an out-of-control shadow government controlling US foreign policy, the risk of global animation through world war and nuclear war will not go away.

STRAIT OF HORMUZ WILL BE CLOSED UNTIL US BLOCKADE IS LIFTED — IRGC

‘Violating vessels will be targeted’

Iran’s IRGC informs all vessels and their owners to follow the news only from the official IRGC Navy, and the statements of the US President on the Strait of Hormuz and the Persian Gulf have no credibility.

In addition:

Hezbollah chief
Sheikh Naeem Qasim:outlines ‘next steps’:

– permanent cessation of all hostile actions in all of Lebanon

– Israeli withdrawal from occupied territories

– release of prisoners

– return of citizens to their villages & towns

– reconstruction with intl Arab support

In addition:

The head of the Iranian Psychological Organization announced that a letter has been sent to American psychologists requesting an assessment of Trump’s mental health.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

Yesterday, in the annals of our planet, was a write-off.

The only issue of note and one does not even want to note that, was Trump’s level of utter demented hysteria. That is what was most frequently noted by all of those that write about the day.  He knows what everybody thinks and channeled Xi Jinping, Iranian leaders and a raft of others.

The second most frequent note, was that there are very few that actually understand what this whole enchilada on our planet is about.  And the whole enchilada is stil in preparation phase.  It is not complete.  Lavrov even said so and I will post that from one of his meetings as soon as we have a good transcript.

“We’re not even in the middle, we’re just at the beginning of the path to a multipolar world — Lavrov

This will be a historic, painful era, because we will have to abandon old habits”.

Lets choose a few pieces of reality :

REALITY:

Iran’s Ghalibaf:

The President of the United States made seven claims in one hour, all seven of which were false.

They did not win the war with these lies, and they will certainly not get anywhere in negotiations either.

With the continuation of the blockade, the Strait of Hormuz will not remain open.

Passage through the Strait of Hormuz will be conducted based on the designated route and with Iranian authorization.

Whether the Strait is open or closed and the regulations governing it will be determined by the field, not by social media.

-After Ghalibaf’s first announcement yesterday that the Strait is open for commercial traffic, the Iranian media went into hysteria, saying his announcement was ‘too little’.  He needs to explain everything.  He continued:

Iranian Defense Ministry Spokesperson:

The Strait of Hormuz is currently open under a ceasefire agreement, but only to a limited extent, on the condition that military vessels and those affiliated with hostile forces are not permitted to transit it.

The declared situation in the Strait of Hormuz is temporary, and should any pressure be exerted on our brothers and sisters in Lebanon, the situation will revert to its previous state.

AND WE DON’T KNOW YET IF THIS IS REALITY:

There is media today that Iran has closed the Strait of Hormuz again.  But, let’s wait:

The head of Iran’s National Security Commission, Ebrahim Azizi, issued a statement that completely refutes Trump’s claim to fully open the Strait of Hormuz without the need to pay a fee to Iran:

“It is time to observe the new maritime regime of the Strait of Hormuz.
These rules are set by Iran, not by social media posts!
Under this new system, only commercial vessels with a permit from the IRGC Navy can travel on designated routes after paying the necessary fees.
If the United States tries to interfere with Iranian vessels in any way, this situation can easily change.”

BUT – the context of this is questioned;

Iran’s military announced that the Strait of Hormuz has returned to its previous operational status, placing it under “strict management and control” by the country’s armed forces, following repeated US violations, including “maritime piracy and theft under the so-called blockade,” citing repeated violations and broken commitments.

In this context, the head of the Iranian parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, Ebrahim Azizi, followed up on yesterday’s post outlining the “new maritime regime of the Strait of Hormuz… determined by the Islamic Republic of Iran, not by virtual posts.”

Azizi declared, “We warned you, but you ignored it.”

He mockingly continued, “Now ENJOY the Strait of Hormuz returning to the status quo :)).”

REALITY:

Investors placed a roughly $760 million bet on falling oil prices just 20 minutes before Iran’s foreign minister—and then Trump—announced that the Strait of Hormuz was open.

Since the conflict began, nearly every “market-moving” announcement has been shadowed by speculation about insider trading.

REALITY:

No matter what negotiations the West conducts with me, I understand perfectly well I’m not “their son of a bitch”‘ – Lukashenko

🔹🔹🔹🔹

REALITY

‘IMPECCABLE SENSE OF TIMING: The UK/EU are bravely rushing in to open the Strait just as soon as it’s ALREADY open’ — Putin’s special envoy Dmitriev

IRAN MUST MAKE A CLEAR STATEMENT AS TO THE STATE OF THE STRAIT!  MOCKING NOW IS NOT WISE.  Update:  Statement now out:  https://sovereignista.com/2026/04/18/statement-by-irans-supreme-national-security-council/

The state of confusion comes from the Strait of Hormuz being placed back under military control as far as I can determine:

Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters Spokesperson announced that transit through the Strait of Hormuz has reverted to its previous state of strict military control, citing repeated US violations and piracy under the guise of blockade.

This means under the control of the IRGC Navy authorization for passage.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

REALITY:

Iran and Hezbollah have fingers on triggers and will act and resume the war the first moment that they feel they are being misled by the US.  (They may report Donald’s Dementia but they act as to conditions on the ground).

REALITY:

Netanyahu will not accept a ceasefire in Lebanon and as usual, the IDF continues to try to reduce Lebanon to ashes.

As expected, Zionist Israel did not adhere to the so-called ceasefire yet again.. Here are explosions carried out by the enemy overnight:

▪️ Khiam – repeated explosions
▪️ Bint Jbeil
▪️ Al-Bayyada
▪️ An explosion in the town of Shamaa, the sound of which echoed across most villages in Tyre.

REALITY:

“The truth doesn’t matter anymore, the facts don’t matter anymore”

Director of Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu’s Press Office, Eli Hazan, said he deliberately fabricates fake news as a communications tactic, stating “We need to be Trump”.

There we have the final reality of this collection today.  Between USrael, the reality is fake news Trump.

Apr 17

Trump is making statement after statement – they should be ignored.

Prof Marandi:  Nothing Trump has said is true. There is no nuclear agreement, and bloodthirsty Zionists just murdered another Lebanese citizen. Iran’s ten-point plan remains the framework for any agreement with the Trump regime, but Iran is also prepared for aggression.

Personally, I believe Trump is probably saying all this nonsense about agreements with Iran so that he can later claim, “Iran didn’t keep its promises” – promises Iran never made. The chances of renewed murderous aggression from Trump and Netanyahu are high. Iran is ready.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

✅Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi:

In line with the ceasefire in Lebanon, the passage for all commercial vessels through Strait of Hormuz is declared completely open for the remaining period of ceasefire, on the coordinated route as already announced by Ports and Maritime Organisation of the Islamic Rep. of Iran.

✅Trump:

The Strait of Iran?

🔹🔹🔹🔹

The next quick war is on the planning table.

With US-Iran deal in sight, ‘peacemaker’ Trump may have chosen next target — Cuba

The island has long been in the “to do” list of the Trump administration, but now it’s reportedly getting a practical manifestation with the Pentagon drafting intervention plans and an MQ-4C Triton recon drone now flying close to Cuban territory, per the Zeteo outlet and FlightRadar data.

This is not just media hype — “We may stop by Cuba after we’re finished with this [Iran],” Trump himself bragged to USA Today on April 13.

If this goes as he says, Trump’s plan is pretty clear:

🌏 Pull out of a lost war against Iran under the pretext of “the deal” (bonus points for “one more war stopped!”)

🌏 Switch to Cuba and start another war there to seize the island – the dream of the US since the revolution of 1959.

🌏 Try stealing Cuban resources — the island has large cobalt deposits and huge nickel reserves both used in high-tech industries

🌏 Boast of “overwhelming victory like never before” even if things go wrong for America

🌏 Repeat?

So… Pete Hegseth uses a fake Bible verse from “Pulp Fiction” for a prayer during a Pentagon meeting.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

Brazilian President Lula da Silva – on the fact that Trump has no right to dictate to other countries:

I will never ask him to agree with me ideologically, just as I don’t agree with him, but two heads of state don’t necessarily have to think ideologically. As a head of state, I have to think about what my country’s interests are towards the United States and what their interests are towards my country. The world has no right to be in such a position, it’s wrong.

Trump has no right to wake up in the morning and think that he can threaten another country. He doesn’t have that right, he wasn’t elected for that.

The world doesn’t give him that right, the American Constitution doesn’t guarantee it, nor does the UN Charter. So what’s missing? What’s missing is political leadership that would take responsibility for the fact that the world doesn’t belong to one country. No matter how important that country is, it’s important that larger states bear greater responsibility for maintaining peace around the world.

Apr 16

-Trump says a ceasefire in Lebanon starting tonight has been agreed – ten days and the IDF will remain in their positions.

-Lebanon’s Prime Minister, Nawaf Salam, praises the efforts of literally every single nation in reaching a ceasefire in Lebanon, except Iran of course.

-While the Lebanese and Israeli governments desperately frame this ceasefire as a result of direct negotiations, it is very clearly a result of Iranian pressure ahead of a second round of talks in Islamabad.

-The ceasefire in Lebanon was announced by Trump without Israel’s security cabinet approval – Amichai Stein

-Sources say Pakistani Field Marshal Assim Muneer called President Trump on behalf of Iran and forced him to declare a ceasefire ahead of a new round of talks in Islamabad.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

Tasnim: Iran – Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs:

Talks continue through Pakistan

Scattered and phased understandings are not acceptable

The long history of the United States in changing positions and contradicting has made it a serious challenge to ensure the stability of any agreement with this country.

We are now negotiating in a very difficult situation and it must be emphasized that the components of this understanding are joined to each other; Therefore, it is not possible to accept a part and postpone the rest to the future.

So far, none of the speculations about the extension of the ceasefire have been confirmed and the negotiations are going on only through Pakistani mediation.

Now it is America’s turn to prove its seriousness; Because before this, he not only did not stick to his commitments, but also practically destroyed the negotiation table.

Iran’s nuclear positions are unchangeable

The views presented by the United States regarding Iran’s proposals are unreasonable and far from reality.

The Islamic Republic of Iran, while rejecting the other party’s approach, immediately expressed its corrective opinions.

These cases are mainly based on nuclear issues, and America has already been fully familiar with Iran’s principled and unchanging positions in these areas.

The Russian MoD published a list of European companies that manufacture drones for Ukraine.  The language is strong.  “We consider this decision to be a deliberate step leading to a sharp escalation of the military and political situation on the entire European continent and creeping transformation of these countries into a strategic rear for Ukraine.”

Medvedev describes this as a list of potential targets for the Russian Armed Forces:

They (China) can get oil. Not Iranian oil.

and …

We are reaching out to banks, including Chinese banks.  Any Iranian goods purchases are forbidden.  We will press for secondary sanctions if there’s a problem.

If you take a look at the shorter excerpt from one of Michael Hudson’s interviews you will see the world wide results of the Oil Grab Doctrine.

The Russian Security Council with a timely warning — The US and Israel may use negotiations to prepare a ground operation in Iran, as the Pentagon continues to build up troop deployments in the region.

Brian Berletic expresses something that I recognized immediately. No, we will not see spectacular attacks in the Strait of Hormuz. These barbarian pirates wil stand off, and try and pick off vessels one by one on the high seas and in the approaches to the Strait and leaving the Strait.

Regarding US Blockade and Ships “Transiting the Strait of Hormuz”

The US is not blocking ships “in” the Strait of Hormuz.

It is blocking ships passing through the Strait once they enter into open waters.

This is why ships are “transiting” the Strait.

Are the ships transiting onward to their destination ports?

That is the question.

So far the US claims it is turning ships back or forcing them to sit idle.

Others are supposedly getting by through methods including spoofed signals.

I previously explained how this blockade did not need to take place “in” the Strait of Hormuz and instead would take place out of range of Iranian anti-ship missiles and drones.

The US is waiting for ships of interest to leave port, pass the straight, and using ISR capabilities (radar, drones, etc) to track the ships until they are in range of US ships and the helicopters and fast boats used to intercept them.

As more US assets are brought in to the region, the more impact it may have on maritime traffic.

Lebanon – Marwa Osman on the sham negotiations in the US :

“Hezbollah’s Secretary General made it even more CLEAR that there will be NO SUBMISSION, there will be NO RETREAT by the RESISTANCE. We will FIGHT until the LAST drop of BLOOD.”

Veteran Journalist Dr. Marwa Osman noted that the US sham of “Lebanon-Israel talks” is ILLEGAL, and won’t change a thing.

Apr 14

Today in Washington the ‘leaders’ of Lebanon will get together with negotiators of Israel and the US for a supposed ceasefire in Lebanon. It is nowhere reported that there is a ceasefire in operation and Israel has simply ignored it for the past year +. Hezbollah, Islamic Resistance, are not in agreement whatsoever with this walking back and wasting time yet again for a performative circus. In fact, their words were: ‘We voilently oppose this negotiation.’

It is too little, too late, but Israel is in travail. The world now seemingly expresses understanding, while Gaza still lies in ruins. Hamas was supposed to have completed disarmament in the past day or so, but they stated that they are being attacked daily, Gaza still does not receive even close to the required humanitarian support or food, and they will not disarm. Neither will Hezbollah. Neither will Iraq. Despite Israel’s continual bombing in Lebanon, Hezbollah is fighting a fierce fight. Every communique ends with: “This response will continue until the Israeli-American aggression against our country and our people ceases.” During the War on Iran, information on damage in Israel was completely suppressed. Strange, now we see the massive bombing on Lebanon openly in the media, creating a veneer of Israeli invincibility. Think about that. Martyanov literally marveled at the destruction of Israeli tanks by Hezbollah and their tactics. Israel cannot fight Hezbollah on the ground. Hezbollah seriously attended to and followed Iranian tactics. Orders are not given by any computerized means but by a fleet of humans on bikes with handwritten notes, and they do not use modern communications equipment. (Remember the pager attack).

At times, we see this but we do not see everything:
“Permission granted for publication according to enemy military media:

Ten soldiers from the 101st Paratroopers Battalion were wounded overnight in a face-to-face battle with Hezbollah militants in southern Lebanon.” (Of course, Israeli IDF soldiers hardly ever die – they only get lightly wounded).

It is about time to analize the (non) progress of the Greater Israel project.

Italy suspends defense agreement with Israel

🔹Prime Minister of Italy: Due to the current situation, the government has decided to suspend the automatic renewal of the defense agreement with Israel.

A European popular petition has surpassed one million signatures, allowing the demand to suspend the partnership agreement with Israel to be formally presented to European Union institutions under the European Citizens Initiative.

The petition gathered more than 1.007 million signatures within three months, meeting the legal requirements, including the minimum number of signatures from at least seven European countries.

The initiative aims to push the European Commission to submit a formal proposal to suspend the agreement, based on accusations that Israel has committed violations in Gaza and has failed to comply with rulings of the International Court of Justice.

Italy walks out ahead.

A Chinese tanker under US sanctions passed through the Strait of Ormuz despite the blockade imposed the day before by Donald Trump. The owner of Rich Starry is Shanghai Xuanrun Shipping Co Ltd.

The vessel Rich Starry, listed on the sanctions list for cooperation with Iran, was the first to enter the Strait of Ormuz and exit the Persian Gulf after American military forces blocked the passage. On board are about 250,000 barrels of methanol and a Chinese crew.

Following it, another sanctioned vessel, Murlikishan, which previously transported Russian and Iranian oil, is heading to the strait. It is expected to refuel with fuel oil in Iraq on April 16.

Vietnam Adopts China Governance Model Under Lam (from Asianomics)

Vietnam’s party chief To Lam, who formally consolidated two of the country’s most powerful roles on April 7, is travelling to Beijing this week for talks with Xi Jinping. Internal documents and cooperation agreements (https://www.reuters.com/world/china/china-model-gains-appeal-vietnam-police-expand-power-2026-04-13/) reviewed by Reuters show Hanoi advancing Chinese-style regulation on data control, equity markets, and surveillance infrastructure.

Vietnam’s public security ministry has drafted data rules limiting cross-border transfers, mirroring China’s centralised data model. Plans include state-run data-trading exchanges overseen by the ministry, a nationwide AI camera identification network, and a government-backed stock market stabilisation fund modelled explicitly on a Chinese mechanism.

On technology, Vietnam has removed earlier objections to Chinese equipment in its 5G network, with a telecom unit under the public security ministry in active talks with Chinese firms for additional contracts. China’s exports to Vietnam are at record highs, and Chinese investment in Vietnamese manufacturing continues to expand.

MOSCOW, April 13. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will make an official visit to China on April 14-15, where talks with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi are planned, the Russian diplomatic department announced.

“On April 14-15, the official visit of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov to the People’s Republic of China will take place, during which negotiations with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi are planned,” the foreign ministry stated.

The ministry noted that the heads of the foreign policy departments of the two countries “will discuss a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation, prospects for contacts at various levels, and interaction on the international stage, with an emphasis on joint work in the UN, BRICS, the SCO, the G20, APEC, and other multilateral mechanisms and forums.”

“A thorough exchange of views on a number of ‘hot topics’ and regional issues is expected, including the Ukrainian crisis and the situation in the Middle East,” the Russian foreign ministry emphasized.

Seemingly CENTCOM is right there and fully down with this naval blockade.  CENTCOM announces total naval blockade of ALL Iranian ports.  The US blockade will start tomorrow at 10 AM EST, according to the CENTCOM announcement.  Affected areas include the Strait of Hormuz, as well as every other port in the Arabian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman.  Vessels traveling to and from non-Iranian ports will be allowed to transit.

Trump has just blockaded (or is going to try to) all major shipping transporting all major goods from east to west and west to east, in the whole world.  Trump has just (or is going to try to) blockaded the world as they will interdict shipping outside of the Strait of Hormuz.  Economically this is disaster town.

Trump blockades the Strait of Hormuz.  (Or he is going to try to).

Pages of Rage:

Trump lies as usual when he shortens the dispute with Iran on the nuclear program, while the issues of Lebanon and Hormuz remained stuck, as the US negotiating delegation said.   The US is conflating nuclear weapons and nuclear enrichment to confuse the audience.

He wants to tell the world that Iran represents a nuclear threat that must be eliminated, and he claims that Iran has not abided by its promises, although his ally Netanyahu was the first to break the ceasefire.

Deadlock, failure, Vance goes home. It is another failure.

Let’s not mince words. This was not that ‘they could not reach a deal’, it was deadlock while the US insisted that Iran gives up what they gained throughout the war.

Take note world, if you say NO, and they cannot threaten any longer, they go home.

🔴 Iran’s Parliament Speaker Qalibaf:

🔺 US failed to earn Iran’s trust despite Iran’s goodwill and constructive proposals during the latest round of talks.

🔺 Iran entered the negotiations with serious intent, but past experiences from previous wars left Tehran skeptical.

🔺 Iran’s delegation presented forward-looking initiatives, yet the other side ultimately could not build confidence.

🔺The US now understands Iran’s principles and must decide whether it can gain Iran’s trust.

🔺 Iran views “power diplomacy” as a key tool alongside military resistance to secure the nation’s rights, and will not stop working to consolidate the achievements of its 40 days of national defense.

🔺 We thank Pakistan for facilitating the negotiations and express gratitude to the Iranian people for their support.

Vance:

Iran chose “not to accept our terms,” including a commitment not to seek or develop nuclear weapons, US Vice-President JD Vance said (https://t.me/SputnikInt/102716)

Next, it depends if the US has weapons to continue war while most radar systems in the region are in tatters.  Will the rest of the 2-week ceasefire hold? What about Lebanon? Israel insists there is no ceasefire. There also is no formal ceasefire between Israel and Iran.

The US war on Iran resulted (so far) in cementing a payment mechanism for using the Strait of Hormuz in Chinese Yuan, the petrodollar will decline even more, US bases and infrastructure in West Asia are significantly damaged. It is reminiscent of the Suez Crisis in 1956 that accelerated the decline of the British Empire.

This needs to be taken with salt:  Iran there is media that they will now allow 10 to 12 vessels per day to pass through the Strait of Hormuz. This is US Media as reported by Sputnik:

Iran to allow about 10 ships per day through Strait of Hormuz for fees up to $2 million — report

Iran plans to permit no more than a dozen vessels to pass through the Strait of Hormuz, with fees potentially as high as $2 million per supertanker, US media reported.

Shipowners from several countries are said to be negotiating with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) for permission to transit the strategic waterway.

The limited number of ships allowed to cross will have to follow specially designated routes and obtain the necessary permits.

Earlier, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi confirmed the Strait of Hormuz would be reopened following a two-week ceasefire announcement (https://t.me/SputnikInt/102508)on Wednesday night.

Iran’s oil facilities will return to 70-80% capacity within the next 1-2 MONTHS — Deputy Oil Minister.

Countries are going directly to Iran to negotiate passage, as countries are going directly to Russia to negotiate for oil.

Following the proceedings in Islamabad today – current news is on top.

Tasnim – a third round of trilateral negotiation has started with:

Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, Abbas Araqchi, and Ali Bagheri from Iran

JD Vance, Wittkov, and Kushner are present at the trilateral negotiations between Iran, the US, and Pakistan.

Pakistan I must say moderating and perhaps not mediating, at this stage.

They’re trying to find a framework.  Marwa Osman reports:

According to available information:  The atmosphere surrounding the negotiations remains negative, largely due to the United States retracting from key points it had initially agreed would form the foundation of the talks.

The Iranian delegation was unequivocal during consultations, stressing that a failure in negotiations would leave Tehran with little choice but to return to war. Responsibility for such an outcome would rest with Netanyahu, who continues to reject a ceasefire in Lebanon, and Trump, who insists on reopening the Strait of Hormuz before Washington fully commits to ceasefire terms.  Consultations are ongoing for now, with Iran’s final position expected to be announced from Tehran upon the delegation’s return.

There is not yet a common framework for negotiations and the Americans remain arrogant. This is now ‘rabbit out of hat’ territory and I don’t see a hat.  (It is always possible that a hat could be pulled out of a rabbit but I don’t see a rabbit!)   The Trump regime is only obstructing. Nothing changed but Russia’s stance changed. Let’s see. This time, in my opinion, China will need to learn the lesson that one cannot negotiate with barbarians. Tasnim reports: Another round of talks may be held tonight or tomorrow, aimed at making a last-ditch effort to reach an acceptable framework.

From enemy media: Israeli media reported: “Preparing to return to fighting” — in Israel, officials assess that talks between Iran and the United States are expected to collapse.   Netanyahu claims Israel is “strangling” Iran, Iraq, and Yemen:  “They wanted to strangle us and we are strangling them. They threatened us with annihilation and they are now fighting to survive. We beat them.”  He says Israel still has “more to do” and will detail next steps.

Prof Marandi for RT: ‘We are here with open eyes, with great suspicion..The United States has been deceitful consistently’ —

There is lots of fake news of the US sailing through the Straight of Hormuz. The US says: “We have begun establishing a new shipping lane and will share this route with the maritime transport sector”.  I do not know where their new shipping lane is and consider this nonsense.

Khatm al-Anbiya HQ

The CENTCOM commander’s claim that American vessels are approaching and entering the Strait of Hormuz is strongly denied. The initiative regarding the passage of any vessel is in the hands of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The other news is that the US does not want to accept putting brakes on Netanyahu.

But with these things .. it is not over until it is over.

The killing continues:

A stage of face-to-face negotiations has ended; Two teams are exchanging texts

🔹 The expert teams of the Iranian and American negotiating teams, which had entered the negotiations hours ago, are now exchanging written texts about the discussed issues after the end of face-to-face talks at one stage.

Narration of the Secretary of the Government Information Council about the latest news from the process of negotiations in Islamabad

Mohammad Golzari, Secretary of the Government Information Council:
🔹 Various Iranian committees have held several meetings since this morning and examined the positions and were ready to start negotiations with complete convergence.

[🔹] With the progress of the conditions and continuous contacts with the Iranian ambassador in Lebanon regarding the verification of the cessation of attacks on Beirut and a serious warning of cases of ceasefire violations and also the provision of the release of the blocked assets of our country, tripartite negotiations finally began.

🔹 With the seriousness of the tripartite negotiations, the talks entered the expert phase and some of the members of the specialized committees of the Iranian delegation also went to the negotiation site, which is still ongoing.

[🔹]  As the President emphasized, the High Delegation is the guardian of Iran’s interests with all its heart, and we all must be serious supporters of the guardians of Iran’s national interests.

Iranian Foreign Ministry:

Background: A US destroyer tried to sneak through the Strait of Hormuz.

Our forces monitored the destroyer and informed our delegation, which conveyed the message to the Americans via Pakistan.  We warned that the destroyer’s approach to the Strait of Hormuz would expose it to an attack within 30 minutes and would jeopardize the negotiations.

The destroyer turned tail.

US media:  Several US Navy ships transited the strategic waterway on Saturday without prior coordination with Iran, a US official told Axios.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

Tasnim’s dispatch correspondent to Islamabad:  Iran-US talks in Pakistan have started a few minutes ago and have entered the expert phase:  Enrichment, sanctions, Hormuz, assets.

Quite amazing:

A spectacular world shift is taking place in front of our eyes. The moment is stunning! Everyone’s eyes are on Islamabad. The objectives of these negotiations cannot be more different and cannot be more indicative of a complete and lasting world shift. Will this be the moment that we will look back to in the future, and say: This was the moment that the empire received its shot in its black heart?. The negotiation teams cannot be more different. We see what was called the Global South, resurgent and strong, at work, vs a falling empire.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

Pakistan? The commander of the Pakistan Army Asim Munir met with Iranian and American delegations – wearing very different outfits.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

The negotiation teams could not be more different. Iran’s lead negotiator is the man behind the country’s ‘missile cities’.

Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, the current Speaker of Parliament, served as the commander of the IRGC Aerospace Force from 1997 to 2000. Amir Ali Hajizadeh, the former commander of the IRGC Aerospace Force who was killed in 2025, called Ghalibaf “the mastermind of the missile cities.”

✈️ Those underground launch networks, which are capable of striking anywhere in the region, began taking shape under his leadership. His deputy was Ali Abdollahi, who is now head of Khatam al-Anbiya. Other key contributors included Hassan Tehrani Moghaddam, the designer of Iran’s ballistic missile project, and Commander Hajizadeh.

Iran has an intelligent, fast and amazing support team, working not only for Iran, but for a clear-cut divorce from empire and, no more war.

And on the US side, we have JD Vance, unblooded on this level, untested, supported by two crooked realtors, with a 300 person support team, stacked with hubris and empirical ‘drang’ to control and own and kill and plunder.

At stake, through the Strait of Hormuz, the capability to send the world towards hell, with no gas and no needed commodities, to completely break the economic structures and change the stance of every country on our planet. This does not count the possibility of most of the Arab family dictatorships cut into nothingness and Israel getting its just deserts. Those changes are now baked in the cake.

Hold the line, beautiful resistance! When you can do so, and in solidarity, and in cooperation, move forwards. It may all crash around our heads into a Global Financial Winter (Michael Hudson Quote).  And then we have a new world – no more, no less.  Don’t hate, but be resolute in the call for justice.  This may all fall apart even today and by tonight we could be in war again, and this time, it will not be a regional war.

Something interesting that I cannot confirm:  Israeli journalists & media teams have been barred from entering Pakistan to cover the US-Iran talks in Islamabad.  It is now reported that Indian journalists and media teams also did not receive permission to enter Pakistan.

The latest:  Iran says the preconditions have not been fulfilled.  The Israeli war on Lebanon must stop before negotiations.  Just after that, the press says negotiations have started.  We will shrink in a little and only post what we can be verified.  If not, but it looks interesting, we will say so clearly.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

While these negotiations and the war on Iran, Lebanon and Gaza still continues, there is one issue that we need to pay some attention to.

This is the election in Hungary tomorrow, where Victor Orban is up against strong and energized opposition.  Yes, there is interference, but not everything is interference.   As I am not an expert in those areas and do not carry water for Orban, I will wait for sensible commentary.  Anyone on Sovereignista that follows this, feel free to give us updates in the commentary.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

At the same time as the Islamabad talks, the progress of which is tied to the ceasefire in Lebanon, the Lebanese Prime Minister postponed his trip to America

Hello Nawaf:
🔹 In view of the current internal situation and in view of my commitment to fully fulfill my duty in maintaining the security and unity of the Lebanese people, I have decided to postpone my trip to the United Nations and the United States so that I can continue the work of the government from Beirut.

🔹 At first, the Lebanese government tried to create a gap between the fate of the resistance front and advance the political project of disarming Hezbollah by opening a parallel path of negotiations with Israel.

🔹 Iran’s insistence on the unity of the fate of the entire front and Hezbollah’s standing in the field, however, has disabled the parallel project and the reality of the military field and diplomacy has been imposed on the governments of Lebanon and the Zionist regime.

(Keep eyes on Lebanon where Bibi is as mad as an injured snake.)

Closing the Straits again: this is to generate the weapon Iran must have to win. Global supply chain damage and shortages of oil, nat gas, fertilizer, food and petroleum products. Well, euronazistan has been in a “pre-revolutionary” state for quite a long time ever, since the French revolution, going through 1830, 1848, 1871, and a lot of “in between” before getting to WW1/WW2. Propped up by the exploitation of the colonial world, they were able to keep their native working… Read more »

That’s a question you can ask “Handala” about. They have a large target bank, under instructions maybe? They exist in the gray zone most hacker groups inhabit. As I said, those were examples, I am not privy to their activities.
