If four US officials say the same thing, it must be true.

The Israeli army confirmed strikes “on military targets” in the port area of Hodeidah in Yemen, calling it a response “to hundreds of attacks” on Israel in recent months.  Take a grain of salt first with the next sentence:  Hebrew newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth says that the occupation bombing in Yemen appears to have been coordinated with Saudi Arabia.

I think the Saudis allowed overflight.

The entire Middle East sees the “flames in Hodeidah.” Israel will repeat this wherever necessary in case of new attacks on Israelis, stated the country’s defense minister.

Some say twelve and others say more, Israeli warplanes, including the advanced F35 jets, took part in an aerial attack on the port of Hudaydah in Yemen.  The Yemenis say they watched the Israeli planes getting refueled by NATO and US planes.   (No, they are not participants in the conflict of course. )  The Yemenis say that they will continue supporting Gaza and the Palestinians.

The war is increasing in size and scope.  The Yemenis say that it is now direct – i.e., “YEMEN IN DIRECT WAR AGAINST ISRAEL NOW, RESPONSE TO U.S, ZIONIST ENEMY WILL BE HARD” .  If that is not a declaration of war, I’ve never seen one.

The United States has declassified data on its strategic nuclear weapons

The United States, as of September 2023, had 3,748 nuclear warheads available for strategic forces, the National Nuclear Security Agency (NNSA) reported. The last time the United States published such information was in October 2021, after which data on the quantitative composition of its nuclear arsenal was not disclosed.

The number represents an 88% reduction in stockpiles from a peak of 31,255 warheads at the end of fiscal year 1967 and an 83% decline from the level of 22,217 when the Berlin Wall fell at the end of 1989, notes NNSA, which is in charge for American nuclear potential. Meanwhile, according to the Federation of American Scientists, in 2024 the United States already had only 3,708 nuclear warheads.

A massive crash has knocked Windows operating systems serving media channels, airports and banks across the globe. Zionist security officials admit that an attack drone entered israeli airspace from the direction of the Mediterranean Sea, exploding in a building less than 100 meters away from a U.S. consulate facility in Tel Aviv. Daily: The total losses of Ukrainian troops per day amounted to 1980 servicemen.  We are only waiting now.   It is not long before a complete crash.  Today or yesterday there was a major fight in the Ukrainian Rada because they are all more or less illegitimate.  Martial law has been declared in the country, which makes holding elections impossible, and about 10% of deputies are regularly absent from Rada meetings. That has led to mounting allegations of corruption amid billions of dollars in foreign aid and criticism of excessive concentration of power in Zelensky’s office.  According to the Constitution, parliament has more powers than the president, but in the current crisis the Rada has lost its significance and independence.

China has stopped being ‘nice’.  Their measures on US excesses follow swiftly.

CHINA TERMINATES ARMS CONTROL TALKS WITH U.S.   Beijing lashes out at Washington’s continuous weapons supplies to Taipei as it drops out of consultations over arms control last held in U.S. in November 2023.  The US side has continued to sell weapons to Taiwan, taking a series of actions that seriously violate China’s core interests.

This morning at the Foreign Ministry Briefing:

China News Service: In November 2023, China and the US held consultations on arms control and non-proliferation in Washington DC. During the past few weeks, some US senior official accused China of declining a new round of consultations with the US and not providing a substantive response to the suggestions that the US put forward. What’s China’s comment?

Lin Jian: Over the past weeks and months, despite China’s firm opposition and repeated protest, the US has continued to sell arms to Taiwan and done things that severely undermine China’s core interests and the mutual trust between China and the US. This has seriously compromised the political atmosphere for continuing the arms control consultations. Consequently, the Chinese side has decided to hold off discussion with the US on a new round of consultations on arms control and non-proliferation. The responsibility fully lies with the US.

China stands ready to maintain communication with the US on international arms control in line with the principles of mutual respect, peaceful coexistence and win-win cooperation, but the US must respect China’s core interests and create necessary conditions for dialogue and exchange.

Russia stopped playing games a while ago.  China is not playing any longer.  Anyone in the west who thinks Russia is bluffing or China is bluffing is deluded.

Researchers claim that the melting polar ice caps are affecting the earth’s rotation and lengthening each day by 1.33 milliseconds per century.

This rate is up from a change between 0.3 and 1 millisecond through the 20th century, but scientists are warning that by the end of this century that could shoot up to 2.62 milliseconds per day if pollution continues at its current rate.

If humans are not careful, they add, “leap seconds” may need to be added to correct to offset time.

In other words, it would take some 75,187 years to add one second per day due to climate change…
