Recalling the principle of rectification of names.. 😉 the good doctor Rossi seems to have muddled the meanings. “Reality” can be dictated? Is limited to a space? Insanity has gradation?  Insanity defines reality? He said he uses this quote in the introduction to his course on Conflict Resolution. “Rooms” have doors…  I don’t see how, with a basis of muddled and contradictory names, meanings, anything can be resolved. Now then, if he had said: “Problems can be understood by clarity of perception.”…or “Insanity (or fantasy or delusion) creates temporary problems.” Alas he did not. His quote does provide some basis for thought, and criticism.

A learned sage looked into this question of conflict, and said: “All conflict arises from errors in perception, errors in perception are unavoidable in dynamic existence.” I wish doctor Rossi knew that… The application of this truth to the matter implied in “resolution”, ie that resolution is possible without conflict, very often without violence, would re-shape the question. Reality has shown that the judicious use of violence has always been a useful tool in the resolution of conflict…as any prize-fight will illustrate. Sadly, however, violent actions, however inevitable, are seldom fully judicious. Alas!

Scuttlebutt is that ICE will create atmosphere necessary to establish some degree of “consent” or appearance of consent such that nazi gang orange will declare “insurrection” and “postpone” mid-term election, thus preventing his impeachment. I find the BBC “news” – lies and propaganda – provides an insight into some very adroit rhetorical method, useful for the student writer no doubt.
