May we say that it is not possible to negotiate with a drowning man? But of course, everyone wishes to compromise, based on a mix of greed and hope…

I made a study of the rackets, a little…it’s a truism that you can’t cheat an honest man…and I have listened to experts explain how to cheat the rest…discover what he desires, find his ambition, money? sex? whatever, and after that? Mild blackmail rests as a shadow. Oh yeah, take half…. OMG…

Mac, very strange… but the love and identification of which he speaks… in this he’s right…and capitalism, the system of greed matched with compound interest and guns… well! There is in such a racket no place for love, it’s replaced with pornography of all sorts. G’nite brother.

Comrade Mac and his friends seem to be attempting to shape the collapse…this is very smart…and terrible too…. Szilard and many later on, Brother Orlov too, and Mom (!) expected this stuff. Enjoy! https://youtu.be/j5q3dMmjZm4

Looks more like physics than politics…

    ……..

I wish to especially commend the very perceptive artist whose creation resides at 23053 !

    Zone Med, zone globe… https://theduran.locals.com/post/5044044/the-sabotage-of-the-russian-german-north-stream-1-and-2-pipelines-was-not-an-isolated-event

(sorry about url to the video, my lack of skill)

The emergence of the technical means at modest cost of effective attack on shipping more or less anywhere dictates that local forces as well as States are now able to choke shipping. Will they?

Overarching sociological and economic vectors suggest that choking of ships, particularly of petro and bulk carriers…is becoming highly “tempting”  Will they, yewbetcha.

Noting that closure of Gib has dire effect CONUS.

Noting the the Policy of nazizone probably is going to be choking of Ruskie petro, as video claims. Evidently nazis are already firing close misses of Ruskie tankships… How jolly.

Calling Deagel…. petro and bulk are what one way or another people live by, mostly hydrocarbons, carbohydrates, and the several amplifiers such as fertilizer, NH3, etc…

Thus> Multipolarity may emerge from, in some places, isolation, the sequence being global, then (dieoffcollapse) local, then cooperating multipolarity…with plenty of horrors along the path.

Speaking of boats… Brother John says, inter alia > A US Centre for Naval Analyses study of 2011 estimated severe economic damage to Israel from an oil cutoff at the Straits of Hormuz and Bab el-Mandeb. It added that “we are not aware of estimates of the flow of oil through the Strait of Gibraltar. However, a disruption to the Strait of Gibraltar is
likely to have similar economic effects on the United States as a disruption to either the Suez Canal or the Bab el-Mandeb.”  https://johnhelmer.net/russian-identification-of-houti-tanker-target-in-indian-ocean-how-the-western-media-are-protecting-the-israelis/

Helmer opines that Gibraltar can be closed to specific traffic via Algeria and the nifty flyers or the modern sort, iiuc.

We previously spoke of the probable tanker wars… wallchit…here we go. It might be speculated that a few burning Ruskie tankers will result in the matter extending, indeed, to Gibraltar. Possibly Nantucket, who can say?

The Spacey/Carlson skit was very droll.

Since it’s new birth day, we’re supposed to be optimistic. Ok, I promise!

    Best! P

The art below bothers me a bit, is it fair to the mustachioed feller? The other guy is probably  worse… I mean the Austrian guy was something of a fall guy after the big rodeo and Zhukov and all of that. And he got away… This new feller maybe not.

I suffered through…as I have done with worse. He is bamboozled of course, but there were many details and insights…withal he says> great uncertainty, great hysteresis in the transport systems…great expense…details such as the 2024 freight rate was about to be set, and now it’s going to be set higher. Just because he’s a nitwit outside his expertise, doanmean a thing, I think his near-term analysis is close to spot on…where we diverge of course is when the larger scope of history illuminates the scene…there we see juxtaposed vast and great civilizational states and multitudes of peoples against a moribund empire…he’s right, great change, but he underestimates the about to be.  Like the dog in the night, what he does not know matters. Ah! Let us pray that the History continues long enough to be written…and I wonder how these peoples came to be ruled by nazis…and doubt the genetic or racial aspect is deterministic. There may be, from the experience of 500 years of brutality, significant epigenetic and/or cultural “effects” that require some supervision, I will grant. Mostly their blood is red. One might claim credibly that these people are hijacked, and regarded as deplorable by the nazi junta, eh?

But what’s on my list is this> https://youtu.be/QDx9w1G7PqU Fairly timely 51 minutes on global shipping… hold nose!

Freight Rates go aloft! https://www.rt.com/business/589511-ocean-freight-rates-skyrocket/   Price gouging ? Aw shucks… say it ain’t so…

And ( nonfunctional url note detail ) https://theduran [dot] locals.com/upost/5039515/red-sea-shipping-crisis-hoax-people-should-stop-talking-about-a-red-sea-blockade-there-is-none

    TEXT of opinion>

    RED SEA SHIPPING CRISIS HOAX

People should stop talking about a “Red Sea blockade”: there is none.

If there was one, Ansarullah would suffer itself most from it because the territory they control and administer depends on the port of Hodeidah for all its essential supplies. For that matter, the port is working normally (I know since I happen to work for Middle-Eastern shipping and logistics companies).

In reality, the “Houthis” have indeed been attacking Israel owned or operated ships, or ships destined to or coming from Israel ports. Reports of attacks on other merchant ships are just that: reports. Sources mainly are the UK and US military, very little photographic evidence is produced and, miraculously, among this deluge of missiles and drones raining down on ships, nobody got injured, no pollution occurred, no ship sank. Gulf of Tonkin, anyone?

Shipping lines and oil majors reroute vessels through the Cape? Ofcourse [sic] they do that, they should be stupid not to. Prolonging the distance reduces capacity and increases freight rates. Same for oil prices. Shares of listed shipping lines which reroute went up and this includes Israel’s ZIM. Stock markets are no one’s fool.

    ENDE

Noting that the truth in the matter is mixed with prejudice and emotion and great complexity…and the beliefs… If the claims and views are set all together they do seem to nest, warbucks companies gouge and bribe, brave men fight others not so brave…thieves steal, pimps blackmail…desperadoes rampage…great obsolete fleets steam in circles..and this begins (?) the shape of W3, ahreckon.

Observing the above note beginning It is important to note that according to Soleimani’s strategy, Iran is not going to fight itself. He is going to fight against the United States and Israel with the help… observing that this is Ropeadope, but with elegance… how so? Because the Plan, the Strategy, requires agreement and shared will among many thousand of disparate persons and areas with independent wills and agenda…now set in concert. That’s the achievement. Blessing upon Soleimani…  gleichschaltung anybody? Is big prerequisite to victory. Quiz question> This quality “coordination” resides in what degree in nazi zones? And in their foe? 10 points!

Mediterranean affray.. iirc the Iranians spoke also of Gibraltar. I can imagine only one method available, rockets. Considering this, yeah, they could make the Strait pretty dangerous…too risky, I expect.  Firing zone circle is immense.

They say that the various missiles that Yemen uses are guided via ADS-B. And that this works with an ap anybody can use, presumably on a smartphone. They also say that the ADS-B can be used to intercept the missile, or at least discriminate between targets. So it’s said… I have no competency in this matter. Improving the guidance might be pretty easy, imho. And the story may be inaccurate. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Automatic_Dependent_Surveillance%E2%80%93Broadcast

Rifles, Making of… see illustration and find “axle shaft”. These are made of very strong steel. A gunsmith I knew as a boy, and who made his own 30.06 bull barrel target rifles, informed me that he made his barrels from 2 1/2 ton Ford rear axles. They’re long enough too, and essentially free for the taking. Of course boring and rifling is another matter, fella needs a mill and a lathe and also a forge for heat treating and annealing… anybody can make a gun, with a good enough reason…and at some point, an experienced smith to instruct.schematic differentials

    Thank you Brother!

Generally imho this is what Muhammad Ali spoke of as Rope-a-Dope, exhaust opponent while avoiding serious injuries to the program…in boxing this means taking a few bruises, and it depends on being in better shape so far as quickness and stamina, and determination. I had not imagined Uncle Ben knew of the Master, but I am sure they know one another now!

Recent scope of Russian executive statement imply (no promises!) that their desire, inter alia, is to preserve the continuity of government in NA, but to reform it. That’s to say, more or less, they follow the Policy of Alexander II in 1860 in this respect. Of course, Policies may change according to the situation. It may be that the US becomes a bit smaller pretty soon, Mexico and Russia have potential claims… These may become leveraged….you know, realpolitik.

We shall, evidently, experience Perestroika, and follow the patterns of the Soviet adventure in re-birth. Your correspondent and friend, already somewhat decayed, may not survive it, but even if things go very nicely… Anyway, Hobson’s Choice.  I am not planning om dying anytime soon!

Orlov gave a NATO opinion to-day, Kaputski, in brief, and of course his expectation for the US is well known.

    Best! P

Standard Missile-2 or 3 or whatever   >missile> iiuc these launch from vertical cells. These cells (100 of so per DD) cannot be reloaded at sea. When there are no more missiles, BOTH the DD’s and their Carrier must retreat from the danger zone to find a cooperative port…with carnes and special stuff, and spares.  Rather a humiliation, one may surmise. Ok, I’m outta ammo fellas, wait for me while I get more, ok? Ok… Just wait… Hello?

At the beginning, we are taught, one of the great men in the History of what’s now known as the US Empire was Benjamin Franklin. And we are taught that upon the declaration and the Constitution he remarked “A Republic, if you can keep it.”

But before these things we have political rhetoric and polemic… I encourage everyone to read and consider his Rules by Which a Great Empire May Be Reduced to a Small One (1773)

The reference above to Helmer leads to The Foreign Ministry communiqué summarizing the discussions in Morocco declared: “There was a thorough discussion of the situation in Syria, Libya, Yemen, Sudan, the Ukrainian crisis, countering terrorism and extremism, and the creation of a zone free of nuclear and other weapons of mass destruction in the Middle East.”

The deal? imho The deal that FoB-zone P is going to make will be that the colonialists trade the bombs for their lives, and the surrender for trial or specific criminal persons, and so forth. Ruski will probably do the same with the bombs as with the chemical arsenal of Syria…
