Herr Model… I know very little of the German officers. I suppose David Irving has, or had, files and notes on the man. When I read stories about officers of that class and time and State I try to “find them” in memories of European upper class men I have known. I have had no luck in that direction. The families are blasted to atoms, factories rusted and demolished – the monstrous thing is set in motion, and there’s no putting westzone into good order. Parts were nice. Now we shall see what comes next. Big Adventure.

Poor girl… lack of proper instruction with weapons…at the least I expect she’d be blowing clots of cole slaw from nasal volume. Yeah, a life-changer. It happens with guns too.
