It catches my attention the usage of sovereignty in >  Herzi Halevi, confirms the Strikes in Syria were pre-emptive. His statement :

This seems to be an assertion of Israeli sovereignty over Aleppo and Damascus, whatever portion of Syria they prefer, evidently. Greater Reich, er, whatever…
