Carrying a “telephone”. People pretend it’s not a beacon radio transmitter with an open mic, and further that it can be loaded, many be loaded with spyware in its operating system. These might include using it briefly to give the network fellas a momentary thrill by letting them “find you”,thus baiting the hook. After that blind the camera, muffle the mic, and put it in transit via what seems best vector – a donkey, somebody you want hurt, a coal train a balloon… idea can be brainstormed. But how communicate? Change codes daily and use Morse from hand-made low power transmitter – receiver, ie no operating system. Never spell out a message. Transmitters can be used also in IR spectrum. Messengers are even better. And, iirc, the Japanese zero fighters managed to communicate by morse…all the pilots used a code of simply basic code groups.

In zone Palestine the nazis will keep on murdering so long as the targets use radio-beacon-phones.
