Noting that it sounds to my ear like a simi auto pistol, I count about 8-10 rounds fired. They always double, so the implication is that there will now be a “main event” in order to “postpone” election due to “civil unrest” etc etc. It seems like a machine logic read only program, end of empires go this way.  Does not seem to me like anything but a genuine assassination attempt, one that failed to kill the target. I have long speculated that if, at Dallas, it had failed, John would have been guaranteed re-election, and with a stong mandate for peace with USSR, as was his promise. The numerous political shootings – Japan, EU – recently, coincidence theory weighs in.  ie no coincidence. The shootings all point to desperation and fear and panic, and a common agency, ahem. I wonder if at Martha’s Vinyard  they’ve sent out for extra vodka and coke tonite. S. Stone spoke of antififa and speculated that it is an intelop, (duh!). The lit fuze may be, but it looks like a damp squib. If is not a coincidence and they screwed it up, look for encore of some sort, ie more lighting of fuzes… I don’t imagine it was a coincidence.  What will be will be. Nasty business. Trumpster now, as a “wounded animal” will be an especially grave danger to his enemies…that outcome is about as bad for them as possible, I think. Nobody should be surprised. Nor be astonished when things get worse.  FWIW I note that Trump’s response was brave.

Transit of Cape. Previously I looked up materials respecting the loading of grain. The assumption is that the laden ship will not roll more than 20 degrees. If she does, the repose of the grain fails and the cargo shifts. At sea there is little or no ability to restore the shifted grain to the propper repose. In the example of the very rough seas in the Cape passage this means loading less grain in order to increase stability, which means a “stiff” roll, and a more expensive passage for the delivered grain… and if things get serious, as they will, it means capsized ships, cracked ships (which may break open and sink).

The details seem realistic, well reasoned, the estimate seem about right too. To me the conflict has always been existential, inescapable, merely a matter of time.

One question arises however. Aleks writes>  I’m afraid the Americans will have even bigger trouble by 2030. That is the forecast of the Chinese intelligence services. By 2030, the American problem will have solved itself without intervention.

The Chinese forecast was unknown to me. I don’t dispute the conclusion, but would like to read the details, of their analysis about the US civil war (2.0, as the first episode was “solved” by occupation and violence, and did not put to rest the internal contradictions, which have only festered).

I would add that the second phase of this, like the first,  is surely going to involve appeals to outside assistance, and since many dangerous materials and wanted criminals are presumed to be, in 2030, in the US, the outside assistance is liable to come. It’s hardly in the interests of the world to leave nuclear power plants to spew , nor to fail to arrest major war criminals. And there is the matter of the nazi character of the us itself, arguably it’s a nazi base, and the nazis must not be permitted to prevail. Then too, reparations will be necessary. In that respect, whither Alaska? 😉 Whither Hawaii? 😉

I listened to D. Orlov’s more recent interview. I can’t disagree.  I note what Napolitano quoted to-day, when all else fails they take you to war. Bearing Orlov’s brutal and accurate analysis in mind, the war-path left for zone nazi seems to be surprise nuclear attack, though to be fair they’d probably try to bluff with just a gadget or two. We must recall that they’re crazy. And hope dies last. They’re delusional. And they have gadgets and submarines and such… Noting that they have already taken their zone to war, and are failing at it.
