time is of the essence. in 404 empire is being forced to kneel or continue to pour treasure & blood…treasure it sorely needs if it has any hope of retaining global dominance; blood o/c was of no concern, although, regrettably production & innovation of artillery, drones & robots has not kept pace with losses across the board. detail work & its devils have been known to kill a guy.
