dear cronetoo, i’m sure it doesn’t help to know you are not the only one.  you are not.  it may not offer consolation or solace to know your presence here makes a difference to my every day.  yet it does.  bless you.

my mother,  for her own tortured valid reasons (unknown to me @ the time), was a pathological liar.   a parent that lies cannot provide a child a sense of right/wrong/good/bad/or even the slightest notion of what it means to stand firmly on the ground—-i’m sharing this solely b/c your anger originates from a source very near the one i suffered as a child.  you have been lied to, anger in these circumstances is completely understandable & possibly necessary.   once, as i was struggling, a voice came to comfort me (higher self/ancestor/guide/angel or all of the above): ’emerson, you are angry because you know something is very wrong, your soul is calling bullshit & you don’t know why & you don’t what you can do that could possibly change what’s going on.  but here, grasp hold of this warning, your anger is an emergency flare telling you that something is terribly wrong!  take this awakening, discard the anger, in its stead read the landscape, find directions you may go from here & begin to make your way through.  remember, never give anger any more power than that.  be grateful for its awakening you.  let it go & begin to find your way from here.   knowing so long as you can manage this that you’ll be okay.’

it’s taken me a lifetime…your way will be vastly different, it will be yours, now i simply centre.  work on finding that until i have.  usually i reach out to my higher self, a guide, or God.   then i visualize what i want to happen.   the world i would like.  i spend as long as it takes to get this, until it feels exactly right & i can see it perfectly.  & from then on that’s where i go, visualizing heaven on earth.  knowing, willing it to life.
