All that the social, civil and societal groups and people that advocated wanted, is for this specific crime to be legislated as different from the normal crimes in order for it to get higher police attention. So, I saw this about this book published in 1926. The Telegram story goes that this woman found this book at a local antique shop. And then she reads a paragraph from there that is all strange creature influences here on earth.
