I copied and examined in a superficial way the Pfizer “papers” of which it is said is a contract.

At first brush>

Contracts have a definition. In the example “Pf-SA” the essential quality of “contractual consideration” is probably, imho, absent. This is because the vendor offered nothing of value. They’re just taking the money for nothing…and that’s not a contract.

Naturally, also, it is assumed that there was intimidation of a variety of sorts… this too disqualifies the papers as “contract”

In view of the probability of the latter we may see “non-disclosure agreements” as evidence of criminal conspiracy to conceal material evidence of crime.

I’d like to hear from a solid expert in contract… but the deal looks fraudulent to me.

Yes, I too feel foreboding emotions.
