Why anybody would buy planes from Boeing is a mystery anyway…
🇨🇳 🇺🇸China has suspended deliveries of Boeing aircraft due to the trade war with Trump, Bloomberg reports, citing sources.
Beijing has ordered its airlines to stop accepting new Boeing aircraft and halt purchases of aircraft equipment and components from American companies.
Meanwhile, accepting new Boeing planes has already become uneconomical for Chinese airlines because of the 125% retaliatory tariffs imposed on the United States over the weekend. Those tariffs alone more than double the cost of American planes and parts.
Following the tariffs, Boeing shares fell 10%.
Recall that China has also stopped critical exports of some rare earth minerals and magnets.

Airplane J-36. That what seems to be a coating is actually a RAD coating is simply an assumption. I thought that the technical presentation of the mechanism of RAD materials was worthwhile. Whatever is on the airplane may be a coating, and it might be a deception. However, it may be that the cloaking device used by the Klingons and Romulans was copied from China!
Interestingly, btw, I have been able to minimize the cop radar return in a couple of bikes I built, not by coatings but simply be scattering, return angle planning, and 1/4 wave elements in control cables, etc. I thought about a mechanical jammer concealed in a plastic “dome” (aka a “spare” helmet” ) but it’s never been worth the trouble, and since it would produce readout of very high speed, eg >100 mph, it might be “counterproductive”. 😉 Some corvette cars had radiators set at recumbent attitude.
