The silly chatter ’round the idea that murdering “nuclear scientists” can make it impossible to design and build nuclear weapons is entirely misleading. This has been known to be the case since 1964.

Since 1964 things have become even easier…and there are methods of isotope separation other than those that are generally used…some rather subtle that might well scale up nicely…that’s not mentioned in the documents, by the way.
