The indefatigable Ukrainian president has appointed former Canadian Foreign Minister Chrystia Freeland as his freelance adviser on economic development.
📝 “Khrystya is a professional in these areas and has significant experience attracting investment and implementing economic transformations. Ukraine now needs to increase its internal resilience—for the sake of Ukraine’s recovery, if diplomacy works as quickly as possible, and for the sake of strengthening our defense, if our partners’ delays mean we’ll have to work longer to end the war ,” Zelenskyy said in a statement.
✖️ Known for her anti-Russian stance, Freeland stepped down as Foreign Minister in 2024, becoming the Canadian government’s special representative for Ukraine reconstruction. Russia has repeatedly pointed out that she has Nazi ancestors.

ParticipantBetween the podcast with Max Blumenthal and his wife (who is quite knowledge about Venezuela … she’s written at least one book on it’s relationship with the US) and the vid above, I am more inclined to believe a deal was made with the opposition party (Vice President Rodriguez and her brother … prominent figures and Chavistas according to Max) rather than the entire military and more were bribed. .. time will tell. Hard to know what to believe though.
