The explanation in my opinion is quite different, and it says a lot about the psychological state of IDF soldiers.

All in all, it ended horribly for the U.S in this simulation, to the extent that the Commanding officer of the Red side stated that his superiors bluntly ordered him to disclose his own locations, forces, and not to engage with certain US units (even if he was capable in), the U.S simply lost in that simulation.
Cut forward to 21 years later, the US navy is not what it used to be in 2002, it has shortages of sailors, officers, maintenance issues, the fleets are decaying, and so on.

⭕ 🟡🟢 Hezbollah: Summary of the operations of the Islamic Resistance against the positions and deployment of the “israeli” enemy army on the Lebanese-Palestinian border on 18/12/2023:The Islamic Resistance today, Thursday, dated 18/12/2023, issued three (3) military statements, which included three (3) operations targeting bases, sites, and the deployment of the “israeli” enemy army in the eastern and western sectors at the Lebanese-Palestinian border.
🔹️Eastern Sector:
1- At 20:00, a missile salvo was launched at the occupied village of Al-Khalisa (the so-called “Kiryat Shmona” settlement) in response to the “israeli” enemy’s targeting of the funeral ceremonies in the town of Aita Al-Shaab, with an emphasis that any harm to civilians will be reciprocated.
🔹️Western Sector:
1- At 9:00, a gathering of “israeli” enemy soldiers and vehicles in the vicinity of the Hamra site was targeted with appropriate weapons.
2- At 14:30, two Iron Dome platforms in the northern settlement of “Kabri” were targeted with artillery, causing accurate hits.
