2. ISIS published the photos of the two alleged suicide bombers with their faces blurred. This is highly unusual; previous suicide bombers never had their faces blurred. This is not an active risk, because the suicide bombers are already dead and their bodies in pieces.
3. ISIS took responsibility approximately 30 hours after the bombings.
