Good questions. We may be long frustrated in knowing the answers; too much hinges on providing “the correct findings.” As Mr P said about the malleability of the term “technical,” which is precisely the neat descriptor the Iranians used. As to using vintage choppers — another Mr P memory rings a bell (no pun!) — Empire used to produce real good and honest products back in the day. Much much better than today.
