I agree with some who say the invasion of Lebanon will come to resemble Gaza.

    • Zionazis will plunge ahead, despite the lunacy (like Kursk, or Donbass “counteroffensive” in 2023) – the objective being to attrit BOTH sides, considered disposable trash by Moshiach and his agents. Like using two sets of slavs to massacre each other in 404. Using the scum of jewish zionazis to massacre true semites, and be massacred, on this theatre
    • they will endure physical and material losses considered unacceptable prior to Oct 23, 2023, including to their infrastructure, as we also see in the equally messianic UkroNazis. They will do so through blanket censorship, as in Gaza. Also the messianic fervor and deep existential angst is raised in all Zionists in their armed forces. Perhaps the vaxx has something to do with boosting satanic energy (Zion is most vaxxed nation on earth during/after COVID) or turning off self-preservation
    • The objective is to hold SOME ground, no matter what and at which price. The purpose will become clearer in subsequent phases, after Iran and Russia (the strategic depths) have become decapitated and the logistics interdicted. Magnier in yesterday’s Al Jazeera interview sees they’ve already thinned out some of Hezbollah’s longer range missiles in Bekaa Valley, since Hezbollah is mostly using rocketry and missiles around and south of the Litani River. This is open to debate. But the constant bombing and interdiction of even Iranian warehouses adjacent to Tartous and Khemeimin Russian bases will impair the flow to the Resistance.
    • Yet the Resistance, as in Gaza, will endure even if all above ground and around them of civilians are holocausted. They are resourceful and reuse the many duds of bombs around them; and some Voentorg will reach them. Zionazis will continue to be attrited. And the opposing side will endure too – maybe 0.5 M western troops, official and largely unofficial, and mercs vacuumed from worldwide, also fight with them on the ground… Axios and Politico openly moot US boots in Lebanon.. To the last USUK! A Mutually Assured Annihilation is taking place. Who will be ground outta existence first??? TBD. But given the sheer panic of the Imperial core, where they rush National Guard troops desperately needed in Appalachia to the Holy Land theatre, this may actually be good news for the CONUS dwellers — less goons to be available for the civil war and internal bloodletting to come… As Europe and eastern slavs are bled white in Novorossiyah, so now Anglos and Ashkenazim in the Holy Land….
    • But keep in mind, MILLIONS of Iranians, Afghans, Yemenis, Sudanese, etc etc etc wait in the wings. Hezbollah fighters are largely intact and confident enough that they STILL refuse reinforcement, as messaged by Iranians in last days..

So many moves-countermoves wait to develop. Totalen Krieg, to the expungement of one or both sides steadily unrolls. Both the all-important moral ground, the “magazine depth”, logistics, and HUGE numbers favor the Resistance. Theirs is the assured Triumph. We but wait to tally the cost.

Experience in Ukraine and Israel has shown that Western air defense systems are pretty useless.

In fact, Ukraine did better with its old, Soviet-era S-300 systems than with the overrated Patriot that proved incapable of defending itself, much less anything else.

In addition to everything else, Western air-defense missiles aren’t produced in sufficient numbers due to a lack of industrial capacity. Russia alone out-produces the entire West in air defense systems
⭕ This is a measured and worthwhile analysis of the October 1st Iranian missile strikes on Israel’s Nevatim airbase. |LINK|
⭕ ‼️ So, the Iranians punched a hole in the roof of one F-35 shelter, and carefully placed two more strikes right next to two shelters in a different group.

Some will say they “missed” on 2 out of 3. Highly unlikely. They hit exactly where they were aiming, and Israel knows it.
🔻C1: What shall be the sense of such demonstrations? Obviously the colony is not impressed.
They better take out the instruments of the Gaza and Beirut slaughter instead of demonstrating „we could if we wanted“
🔻WS: Iran is not a superpower. It is a rising power. It has limitations. It must act within the constraints of those limitations. It must also act to preserve its defensive capabilities. It does not want to start a big war. It wants to deter the US/Israel from starting a big war.
🔻C2: What if Israel USA want to start a big war?
🔻WS: If they start a big war against Iran, they will kill many people, expend most of their precision strike weapons, lose dozens of aircraft, lose their military bases in the region, and ultimately lose the war in a more humiliating fashion than either country has ever experienced.
🔻C3: Understand that Iran’s leadership faces now a high probability decapitation strike by IDF using tactical, or possibly even strategic nuclear warheads. It already has its “retaliation” excuse. Bibi wants his war vs Iran desperately

So whatever can Tehran do to prevent that from happening? |LINK|
🔻WS: I believe there is a vanishingly small likelihood that Israel will release the nuclear genie from its bottle
🔻C4: So they “Purposely” hit right next to two buildings not doing any damage to them. What a “4D” Chess move.
🔻WS: Just like they did in January 2020 when they launched a dozen or so ballistic missiles at the US airbase at Ayn al-Asad in Iraq.

You need to be more informed before you mock.
🔻C5: Don’t mind that person. I generally very much appreciate your analysis. I tend to think you are probably right most of the time. And let’s be honest, no one is right all of the time. 🤷🏼‍♂️
🔻WS: Just don’t let my grandsons hear you say that. I want to preserve the myth for as long as possible.
⭕ ⚡️ This is an excellent piece of analysis from @KitKlarenberg. |LINK|
🔻C1: He doesn’t take into account the very real possibility that Israel will nuke Iran
    🔻WS: I don’t believe that is a real possibility.

I strongly believe Iran is already a nuclear power.

And besides, Iran does not stand alone.
🔻KitKlarenberg: I agree. It isn’t plausible. Iran could deliver a CBRN payload far more effectively on the Zionist entity than vice versa. Netanyahu et al know this.
🔻C2: I would like to say you’re right but how can we predict that genocidal psychopaths who got away killing some 100,000 Palestinians without being even questioned, won’t try and kill 500,000 Iranians
🔻WS: Tra volere e realizzare c’è mezzo un mare.
🔻C3: Since Feb 2022,the US empires position has never looked so precarious. They are now dealing with multiple fires on several fronts. On this front in particular, Yemen acts as a knife in the back of US forces in the region, vastly complicating any moves against Iran.
    🔻WS: Geography is hard.

Few people seem to understand what American logistical supply routes would look like to assemble and sustain a credible force to make war against Iran.
⭕ ‼️ To me it is perfectly clear the Iranians deliberately calibrated this strike.

It is reminiscent of the January 2020 Ayn al-Asad airbase attack — escalated by a factor of ten (~20 to ~200).

It was a demonstration of capability turned up loud enough for the US/Israel to hear.
🔻C1: Israel wants to escalate. Its pretty difficult to dissuade an opponent who really wants to fight.
🔻WS: What they want — and absolutely NEED — is for the US to fight in their behalf.

That’s not gonna happen. And even if it did, it would turn out very badly.

Tra volere e realizzare c’è mezzo un mare.
🔻C1: The Iranians may have a point to prove, but I think this strike also serves as a stark reminder of their own limitations. It’s not a demonstration of capability that can be easily repeated or sustained.
    🔻WS: These are baseless assertions.

In what way is this “a stark reminder of [Iranian] limitations”?

And why can it not be “repeated or sustained”?

I submit that both arguments are logically fallacious.
    ⭕ Thread lead:
“This is a big deal (a reminder that 15% of Israel’s population are Russian speakers), especially when you couple it with reports that Israel may have struck Russia’s Khmeimim Airbase in Syria earlier today…” (🚨 LEAVE WHILE YOU CAN; Russian ambassador urges Russian citizens to leave Israel) |LINK|
    🔻C1: A really big deal…

It pretty much leaves no doubt that Russia has joined The Resistance alongside Iran, Hezbollah, Yemen, Iraq, Syria & Hamas🫣

The Genocide in Gaza, on top of America making itself an existential threat to Russia since 2022, has turned Russia into a full partner in The Resistance which seeks to defend Iran from its enemies: Israel & the US

Evidence: Russia’s determined efforts in recent weeks to feverishly upgrade Iran’s Air Defense to Russian standards, the best in the world

But the gravity of this most recent move suggests that Putin wants to provide the Pentagon with some additional incentive to put a halt to any US participation an all-out war between Israel vs Iran

The Pentagon has consistently opposed an all-out war between the US & Iran because they don’t like being set up for failure. The generals know full well that the US cannot ‘regime change’ Iran without using nukes, & if they do that, America will lose anyway. And all for what? Israel’s right to terrorize?

Don’t look for Russia to send troops to Lebanon to fight Zionists on the ground. Russia’s role in this drama will be to provide its satellite eyes & intelligence network, Russia’s version of GPS, electronic warfare upgrades, certain high-tech weaponry, S-400’s to defend its base in Syria & shoot down Israeli jets, and its submarines (to target Israel’s nuke-carrying subs)

From Russia’s POV, the US is trying to destroy the Russian state though its proxies, the CIA, & NATO. In response, Russia is now committed to helping Iran to defeat Israel + US because it’s defending itself from the Hegemonic power that wants to destroy Russia

If The Resistance, with Russia’s help, is able to destroy Israel’s Air Force on the ground-an achievable goal-it will protect Iran & Hezbollah & Hamas & Yemen from Zionist terror bombings, a truly defensive move that seeks only to disarm a terrorist state

Also, if the IDF’s Air Force is destroyed, Turkiye absolutely will send its army into “Israel” to be the liberator of The Palestinians from Zionist terror, since the one thing Erdogan has feared the most about intervening is Israel’s Air Force. (Turkiye’s exit from NATO will probably happen on the same day)

The end of Israel will be a massive defeat for the United States & it will definitely enhance Russia’s security. It will be the final ultimate humiliation of a hegemonic superpower who completely destroyed its reputation around the world by its support for Israel’s Genocide

It will be the dawning of a new day…
🔻WS: These are some interesting thoughts. I agree with several paragraphs.

But I adamantly disagree with several others.

I believe Iran/Russia would be wiser to assume a defensive posture against US/Israeli air power; to accept some losses for the opportunity to inflict severe losses on the airframes deployed — especially the support platforms.

If Iranian/Russian air defenses can defeat just 50% of the incoming missiles (e.g. ~250 out of ~500, which, based on Ukraine, is a very conservative expectation), I am convinced the results of the remaining 250 would be much less damaging than most people expect.

And if they can inflict even a modest 10% kill rate on the aircraft involved (e.g. ~20 out of ~200),

And if they sank or severely damaged just 2 missile destroyers and (quite conceivably) a US Ohio-class missile submarine …

Well, I think it would be viewed within the Pentagon, and in the eyes of billions of people worldwide as a stunning disaster for the empire.

Then would be the time for a powerful Iranian counterstrike — but primarily focused on the US bases in the region.

It would become a strategic masterstroke.

    Quintili Vare, legiones redde!

At any rate, these are my views on the matter.
🔻C2: I enjoy your posts and respect your opinions but do you truly believe Iran is able to project that type of power?
    🔻WS: I explicitly wrote “Iran/Russia”.

Iran already had potent air defenses that have now been meaningfully strengthened by top-shelf Russian systems.

Iran and Russia have concluded a mutual defense pact.

And Russia can definitely track and target an Ohio-class submarine.
[AHH: the same one that gave away its position a day ago by launching futility against the rocks of Yemen….]
🔻C1: I certainly can’t dismiss that possibility. I mainly focus on motivations & capabilities & my knowledge of military history (ultimately limited) & weapons to offer my guesses re: this topic. Many unknown unknowns…

I’d be very much interested in your evaluation of my thesis that Russia already has a detailed plan to deprive Israel of its Samson Option, by preemptively taking out their nukes?👇|LINK|
🔻WS: I don’t believe Russia will seek to preemptively strike Israeli nuclear capabilities.

Nor do I believe Israel will attack Russia.

The Netanyahu regime is desperate, but I don’t believe national suicide is on the menu. There would be a coup d’etat in Israel to prevent it.
🔻C3: You say “iran/russia should take defensive posture and accept losses” but also “destroy aircraft, missile cruisers and submarines”. Make up your mind. Very sloppy argument. Russia destroying ANY u.s hardware in middle east while killing hundreds of u.s. personnel means wwiii
🔻WS: You have a deficient understanding of the concepts and conduct of war.

As for WW3, it has long-since begun. It is ongoing, and steadily expanding.
    ⭕ ‼️ Riddle Me This

I defy anyone to describe a credible order of battle and set of objectives for a US war against Iran.

1991 and 2003 were a long time ago, in a geopolitical galaxy far, far away.
🔻C1: If we don’t have to win it’s easy. Otherwise not so much.

I imagine the best we could do would be:

    1. Heavily bomb their military bases, airports, ports, power plants, etc.

    2. Assassinate their top leadership

    3. Take turns blowing Netanyahu

    4. Attempt a regime change
    🔻WS: 🤦‍♂️ Geography is hard.
🔻C2: It only goes as far as selling weapons (& logistics) to the MIC. Victory, or a definition of, not a factor
🔻WS: I get so tired of hearing this thesis.

It fails rapidly and decisively when you make war against a peer adversary with big war firepower.

The deindustrialized US cannot engage in 21st century industrial warfare, and that condition cannot be altered anytime soon.
🔻C3: It is not possible: a full blown invadion, analogue to Iraq in 91 would requirex3 the resources: 3-4 m soldiers and extensive mountain warfare.
🔻WS: Yep. It is quite literally a logistical impossibility; a strategic absurdity — a war so unwinnable not even Hollywood could make it believable.
[recall those videos of Iran I posted months ago.. it has all four seasons across its “subcontinent” and simultaneously. Surrounded by seas, mountains and deserts. And a people who’ve held on against all other empires for 5,000 years….]
⭕🔻WS: The transfer of Russian air defense tech to Iran began long ago and has accelerated in recent years. Iran possesses many types of Russian AD systems, and produces home-grown versions of them.

There have been multiple indications that Russian S-400 systems have been delivered to Iran over the past year. Is it indisputably confirmed? No. But, in my considered opinion, it is a near certainty — along with the high likelihood they are being staffed by Russian personnel — in other words, they are not export versions, but top-shelf Russian systems.

I remain strongly convinced Russia and China are committed to preserving Iranian security, and driving US military presence from the Persian Gulf region.
⭕ This short article is focused on the hapless Patriot air defense system, but it applies to the SM-3 and all other American precision-guided armaments systems.
📜 Not Ready for the Big Leagues
⭕ ⚡️ Excellent summary by the Warlord.

I increasingly suspect the Tel Nof airbase suffered more significant damage than any other target, given the Israelis are working so hard to suppress any information of what happened there while they work feverishly to clean up the mess. |LINK|
🔻C1: We saw secondaries at that site. Something was hit.
🔻WS: We ended up with quite a few video uploads of the Nevatim strikes. And yet video clips of the Tel Nof strikes (despite being in a more densely populated locale) are mysteriously rare.

The IDF censors were Johnny-on-the-spot when it came to that stuff.
🔻C2: The cover up demonstrates that the destruction of their impregnable image is more damaging than what the missiles hit. For years they have projected an aura of invincibility – that has been smashed to bits. The emperor IS indeed naked & is running around trying to find his pants.

Overnight, more civilians were bombed in at least Palestine & Lebanon, by the US Air Force and its friends.. more painful losses absorbed by the zionazis on the Lebanese border and inside Gaza; denazification proceeds. We are in the calm before greater storms

    💠 @Palestinian Commie:
⭕ The “substantial security incident” reported by Israeli media has turned out to be a major ambush executed by fighters of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon near the Lebanese-Palestinian border.

Resistance fighters monitored the movements of an Israeli ground force advancing toward the border town of Odeissah, before ambushing them at 11:00 pm (local time) on Friday.

The clashes resulted in a massive explosion among the invading forces, killing and injuring several, while the surviving troops were forced to retreat.

Later the Resistance confronted a renewed incursion into the town at 1:50 am on Saturday dawn, where battles are ongoing.

“Al Jazeera is a news outlet that specializes in inaction. In this, it mirrors the position of the Qatari government, which recognizes Hamas while hosting major US military installations out of fear of Saudi Arabia. It was involved in the Gaza ceasefire negotiations from the beginning and pays lip service to the Palestinian people. But it was its secret intelligence service that provided Hamas leader Haniyeh with the cell phone he allegedly used in Iran before his assassination. Moreover, Al Jazeera’s reporting on Hezbollah’s military operations regularly provides panoramic views of landscapes that can later be used for Zionist military strategic planning and aerial targeting.”

“Nevertheless, the populations that listen to it today are almost exclusively anti-Zionist, which means that it must report on the Palestinian situation sympathetically. And this is probably what most of its journalists and staff must also want. In this context, the following video can be seen on two levels.

On the one hand, this is probably a sincere desire on the part of a majority of Al Jazeera staff to better inform an audience that would otherwise have no clear idea of what is happening in Gaza about the Palestinian situation. However, Al Jazeera’s management also needs to present itself as pro-Palestinian when many of its actions actually serve to support the Zionist government’s war effort.”

⭕ Statement on the False Claims of the US Central Command

The recent announcement from the US Central Command regarding the launch of 15 airstrikes in Yemen is built on nothing but falsehoods. According to the Central Command, these strikes targeted the Houthi’s offensive military capabilities; however, we want to make it clear that the reality on the ground tells a different story.

The American and British assaults have not even slightly undermined the capabilities of the Houthis. The Yemeni armed forces continue to maintain their control and execute their will with unwavering determination. We firmly assert that the decisions regarding the prohibition of ships belonging to the Israeli occupation and its supporters from passing through are still in effect and will be enforced.

We challenge the United States, Britain, and the Zionists themselves to attempt to navigate their ships through our waters. The resilience and strength of the Houthi forces remain intact, and the support of free people around the world reassures us that our capabilities will not be diminished by these acts of aggression.

To all the free people of the world: stand firm in solidarity with us, as we remain steadfast against American, British, and Zionist efforts to disrupt our sovereignty. The fighting spirit of the Yemeni people will not be shaken by these aggressive actions.

Images published today by the Israeli army, showing its soldiers near houses in a border village in southern Lebanon, were taken in an area just 10s of meters away from the occupied territories. As it is well known, some southern Lebanese have built homes near the border.

To obtain these images, which the embattled Netanyahu desperately needs, the cost was more than 20 elite soldiers killed & wounded, forcing the Israeli military censor to hide and cover up the incident.

This Friday afternoon, elite Israeli soldiers, under artillery and air cover, attempted to advance from 2 directions toward the towns of Maroun al-Ras and Yaroun at the Maroun al-Ras and Yaroun at the frontline. Upon reaching the pre-set ambush points, and responding to the call of “Labbaik Ya Nasrallah,” Hezbollah fighters detonated several explosives (some planted the previous day) & engaged the elite officers and soldiers with light & medium weapons and rocket-propelled grenades at close range, down to point-blank distance.

This resulted in numerous casualties among the infiltrating forces. Those who were not hit carried the dead and wounded and retreated under artillery cover from enemy positions inside the occupied territories.

    • Hezbollah fighters are monitoring, tracking, and repelling all hostile movements at the frontline in southern Lebanon. They are pursuing Israeli enemy soldiers in their bases and rear outposts along the entire border line in the occupied territories with artillery shells and rocket barrages.

⭕🔻C1: Pretty obvious that they can hit their reactors at will, the Israeli defences couldn’t stop it. Despite the propaganda to the contrary.

Somewhat surprised they haven’t already done it.

No wonder Netanyahu’s hands were shaking.
🔻WS: Why, after doing so many very smart things in a row would Iran do something catastrophically stupid like striking Israel’s nuclear reactors? 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
[and the project is to send the Ashkenazi majority outta the region. Not to contaminate it for Palestinians and their neighbors who will stay]
🔻C2: The US has been provoking Russia via Ukraine (and the rest).
But Russia hasn’t taken the bait.
Now, via a pending mutual defence pact between Iran and Russia they are bound to respond to an attack on Iran, drawing them in to a conventional conflict with yet another US proxy.
They will hypothetically, potentially, be fighting 2 US proxies while the US manipulates and manoeuvres in the background as it sees fit.
Turning the dial up and down as and when they wish.
    Is it really checkmate?
🔻WS: I entirely disagree with the premises of your argument.

Israel simply cannot take on Iran without FULL US military involvement.

The US played its #MotherOfAllProxyArmies card in Ukraine, and lost. There will be no proxy war against Iran. The US will have to fight directly.
🔻C3: If they’ve shared their hypersonic missiles with them, then yes you are correct. If you’re right, Iran has been feigning its weak position this entire time, and Israel’s actions are those of the weak position. We’ll find out soon…
🔻WS: There is zero evidence Russia has shared any hypersonic missiles with Iran. It is now plainly evident that Iran is perfectly capable on its own of producing first-rate missiles of all types, including very fast and highly accurate 1500km+ ballistic missiles.
🔻C3: One would assume this knowledge will eventually be stolen, shared, etc. as all American knowledge was with Israel. Correct?
🔻WS: That is the nature of all military secrets.

But to emphasize my earlier point: Iran has built its missile program mostly on its own. They’ve been working at for over a quarter century now.

    Underestimate Iran At Your Peril
🔻C4: Question then is does the Zionist regime try to flip the board in futile but destructive desperation.
🔻WS: I doubt it. I suspect — and hope — there are still a few men like Vasily Arkhipov in Israel who will do whatever it takes to prevent the unthinkable.
🔻C5: Assuming this report is accurate, not only signals a profound change in the structure of regional power, but in my opinion strongly suggests that the pact of global security concluded between Iran and Russia has a real substance. Checkmate.
    🔻WS: “recommends” or “suggests” 🤔😏
🔻C5: The security pact is to be signed at end of October at BRICS meeting, no?
🔻WS: If I recall correctly the most recent report I read, it will signed in Moscow before the BRICS meeting.

In any case, its terms have been finalized, and it appears to be already de facto operational.
⭕ ‼️🔥 Finally some satisfactory satellite imagery is trickling out showing the aftermath of Iranian missile strikes at Israeli airbases.

In the image below, an aircraft hangar has been hit with near-perfect accuracy.

    Exceedingly impressive.
🔻C1: Iran most definitely sent a message the other night.
🔻WS: Frankly, it should have been obvious after BDA had been done for Iran’s April strike.

But if this most recent strike doesn’t have a sobering effect on the Pentagon analysts, then we have a real problem on our hands, because Iran can obviously pummel the US Gulf bases at will.
🔻C1: Agree. The Pentagon, I’m sure, sees the writing on the wall. The general population? Not so much. Censorship by our “allies” isn’t helping the general public see the gravity of the situation either.
🔻WS: Actually, the “writing on the wall” should have been plain to read no later than the Iranian missile strike on the Ayn al-Asad airbase in January 2020.
    Writing on Wall
⭕🔻C1: If USAF and IAF wanted to attack Iran, they would need to use the US bases in the Gulf, but the sheiks said they won’t allow that. Not sure if the ones in Iraq are enough. What then? B-52’s and B-1’s from Diego Garcia?
🔻WS: I do not believe the Pentagon wants anything to do with a war against Iran.

I don’t entirely dismiss the possibility, but I will be shocked if they go that route.
    ⭕ ⚡️ Cold Hard Facts

    1) In a putative war against Iran, the US Navy would be unable to operate in the Persian Gulf.

    2) If the US Navy cannot operate in the Persian Gulf, it cannot defeat Iran.
⭕🔻C1: F35s can’t carry a lot of firepower internally, so they are pretty much useless. F15s could fly low and find a path to a target but they risk being shot down. This being said, the window for those kinds of missions is closing soon, once Iran gets its Su-35s with R37s, it’s over.
🔻WS: I think F-15s and F-16s would be shot down early and often by Iran’s SAMs, many of them while still in Iraqi airspace or over the Persian Gulf.

Most of the F-35s would be in the maintenance hangar and therefore not a factor.
🔻C2: But they will be hiding behind commercial airlines, that is US and Israeli SOP.
🔻WS: Not in an active war zone, they won’t. Anything flying will be a legitimate target.
The Gulf States hosting US bases have now found themselves between a rock and a hard place. So they are proclaiming their neutrality … for now
🔻C1: Neutrality is irrelevant. The US will of course, utilize their military bases, if ordered to. And Iran will retaliate against these bases, and targets inside the “neutral” state anyway.
🔻C2: It totally matters. A base in a hostile country is not nearly the same as one in a friendly one and without active protection by the Saudi government the US presence would quickly prove untenable.
🔻C1: If it came down to it, the US would assassinate the Crown Prince of Saudi, if he got in the way of their ambitions. Without the slightest hesitation
🔻WS: How would it possibly advance US interests to assassinate MBS?

How would killing MBS serve to better protect US Persian Gulf bases from Iranian missile strikes?

The simple reality is that the days of US military presence in the Gulf region are numbered and few.
🔻C1: It wouldn’t serve anyone’s interests. Just saying that the US empire is every bit as unhinged as Netanyahu & Co. at the present time. Due to the imminent downfall of the dollar as much as anything else.
🔻C2: No one questions our ruthlessness. The question regards efficacy. Would taking on the local power elites be beneficial if they are your only allies in a sea of hostility? I think the answer is obviously not, but others might have more faith in our ability to exercise productive coercion.
🔻C1: I will hope for the best, but we should remember that the US bases were placed there EXACTLY for times like this
🔻WS: It no longer matters what US intentions were at the time these bases were established. Here at the end of 2024, every single one of them has become untenable, none more so than the naval base in Bahrain. The US Navy’s Fifth Fleet needs to find a new home.
    ⭕🔻C1: Unfortunately, the Russian S-400 is no match for F-22s & F-35s.
[LOL. We could use some of those wunder-chemicals..]
🔻WS: The day is likely not distant when the myth of US stealth technology will be incontrovertibly revealed.

The Russians can detect, track, AND target every airframe in the US inventory — and at considerably greater ranges than all US countermeasures.
🔻C2: HARMS if I remember were useless in Ukraine and no longer supplied, can you confirm?
🔻WS: They were utterly useless from the very beginning. The Ukrainians have rarely (if ever, for the past two+ years) used them for their intended purpose. They have used them as a poor man’s strike missile, in which role they have been almost entirely ineffective.
🔻C3: Well unless the Russians have forgotten how to counter them, F35 and F22 would be better off without them.
🔻WS: The Russians (and Iranians) would welcome the F-22 and F-35 using up the extremely limited space in their munitions compartment with HARMS missiles.
🔻C4: That’s when the F-15s follow it up with the payload.
🔻WS: F-15s and F-16s would be shot down in catastrophic numbers in any attack against Russian layered air defenses. Against Iranian layered air defenses, they would be shot down in merely shocking numbers.

The perceptions of the world will be changed overnight.
🔻C5: Agree, but older planes should be behind a vanguard of missile strikes and G4- 5 aircraft, simply carrying heavier strike packages. In a proper configuration, they may survive, truly depends on who is manning the anti-air units. Rus or Persian
🔻WS: I sincerely hope the question remains unanswered.
🔻C6: F-35 and F-22 would not be the planes that Israel would be attacking Iran with though, because of the limited payload they can carry. For larger / more bombs, they would have to use F15’s and F-16’s, wouldn’t they?
🔻WS: Yes. And both those airframes light up adversary radars like a Christmas tree.

More significantly, no US/Israel attacks could happen against Iran without multiple refueling pit stops. Therefore the prime targets of Iranian long-range AD will be the airliner-based US tankers.
🔻C7: Comparing S-400 to F-22 or F-35 is probably a little simplistic way of looking at it. Anyone seems to be able to penetrate SAM defenses nowadays by saturating the skies with “cheap” drones.
🔻WS: You are mostly ill-informed on this question. Yes, Ukraine drone salvos of 100+ slow/low-flying airplane-type drones have achieved isolated successes. But the Russians have consistently defeated 90% – 100% of these salvos.

The US/Israel do not have large numbers of such drones.
    ⭕🔻C1: How The Navy’s New Very Long-Range AIM-174 Missile Could Pierce China’s Anti-Access Bubble

The AIM-174 is a beast of an air-to-air weapon, but how could it actually be used to maximum effect in a Pacific fight?
    🔻WS: American AIM-174 (2021 – present)
    Range: ~250km; Speed: Mach 3.5

    Russian R-37 (1980s – present)
    Range: ~400km; Speed: Mach 6

Russian AAMs significantly outrange and outrun all their American competitors.
🔻WS: Just highlighting the reality that four-decade-old Russian missile tech is still superior to brand-new American missile tech.
⭕ Just wait until they find out the most insistently non-negotiable of the Russian terms: that NATO has to pull back its military posture to its pre-1997 status. No more US missiles, legions, or bases in Poland, Romania, the Baltics, etc.
‼️ So, the Iranians punched a hole in the roof of one F-35 shelter, and carefully placed two more strikes right next to two shelters in a different group.

Some will say they “missed” on 2 out of 3. Highly unlikely. They hit exactly where they were aiming, and Israel knows it.
[Battle damage assessment on new sat images]
🔻C1: why don’t their missiles do any damage? What are they throwing wooden balls?
🔻WS: Anything inside the shelter with the hole in its roof was shredded to pieces.

The maintenance hangar on the other part of the base was likewise torn to pieces.

That said, they obviously calibrated their strikes very carefully.
🔻C2: Meh — if those images are real, then virtually all of the facility is fully operable. Tarmac damage appears minimal and easily restored.

If thats the real damage, its not much at all.
    🔻WS: You’re not very perceptive.

They did significant damage — most of it psychological.

And then they promptly sent a message to the US/Israel via their Swiss intermediaries: “This is the last time we will restrain ourselves.”
🔻C2: If that was in fact a direct aim hit, then it would have been improved by aiming for the facilities on all 3 hits.
alternatively, for hitting the choke point at the tarmac intersection, preventing aircraft leaving the facility.
So its either poor targeting or poor aim.
    🔻WS: Complete nonsense.

They hit several narrow taxiways dead center, and yet left the wide runways untouched (as far as I’ve seen).

That is purposeful high-precision targeting designed to send a strong message without provoking a major war.
🔻C2: ah, most of the damage is *psychologic*, not shown in the picture.

That’s different than what is shown in the picture.
🔻WS: Your interpretation of the imagery is deficient and ill-informed.
🔻C3: Why wud they miss on purpose, they hav all the reasons to hit (not a Q. more of a statemt).I can’t understand their patience, are they really that scared of US / Israel ? wars coming to them one way or another, why can’t they get in when there’s momentum
🔻WS: They have escalation supremacy, and they strongly desire to avoid a major war.

I do not believe the US will attack Iran. And Israel is impotent to do much on its own. The Israelis will commit another atrocity somewhere local and then try to sell it as a “powerful retaliation”.
🔻C4: I would hazard a guess that Russian satellite imagery came in very useful.

If the Americans are happily providing real time intelligence to Ukraine, then what’s sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander.
🔻WS: The Russians have excellent satellite surveillance.

And the Iranians now have a few of their own in orbit.
🔻C4: Using the cars for scale, that’s quite a big punch hole but no blast outward damage?
🔻WS: Hardened, reinforced concrete shelters. A warhead fused to not explode until it had penetrated it. Looks like what you’d expect.
🔻C4: Aren’t these pretty inaccurate at these distances?
🔻WS: Looks like <3m CEP from a missile fired ~1500km away.

That is what you call “A-Team” accuracy.
🔻C5: Unless there is a lot more we haven’t seen, one wonders about the claim that 20 F-35 were destroyed. How many per shelter? One also wonders who made the claim about 20 being destroyed. Regardless, impressive hit. There is a parallel here to the Houthi hit on the Saudi facilities.
🔻WS: The Israelis were given sufficient warning that every airworthy F-35 was gone by the time missiles arrived.

But if there was one in that shelter with the hole on top, it won’t fly again.
🔻C6: It’s difficult to tell, but if your commentary is even moderately objective, then the Iranians are truly amazing people. I’m trying to discern if you are incapable of criticising them or if they are above reproach, at least comparatively to all western states
🔻WS: Iran has no meaningful air force. Their army is not well-equipped. But they have developed excellent missile and drone capabilities, and their air defenses are sufficiently potent to inflict severe damage on US/Israeli aircraft. The US could not win a war against Iran.
🔻C6: Thanks for that. And is it your view that a realignment of geopolitical influence in the region in a way derivative of such a reality would be better for the region, the world?
🔻WS: I advance no such judgments. I simply recognize that Iran is almost certain to become the dominant power in the region.
🔻C7: Iran will be getting Russian fighters soon, so that may change.

Keep in mind that the Iranian economy is getting better and that will mean a more significant economic potential in the future.
⭕ ‼️ This is an excellent summary by Pataramesh. |LINK|
    🔻WS: Pataramesh is undoubtedly correct.

But the strikes against the F-35 shelters and maintenance hangar were clearly high-precision. They weren’t “accidental” hits.
🔻C1: Does 🇮🇷 have space based technology/satellites to assist with targeting, if not how does it do this?
🔻WS: Yes. But not many. Maybe half a dozen now. I don’t recall the exact number.

The [weaker] party has always had to endure such barbarity to liberate itself. Russia allowed the same before it got industrialized whilst facing the same combined West, led by Napolean at that time. They torched their own capital!

Infrastructure can be rebuilt. Lost honor and breaking the shackles of satanic slavery much less so.

So be patient at what will be shown in absolute shameful glee by western MSM in coming weeks, as the circus moves to one Arab (and Iranian) country after another.

What the fools do not understand is they watch and stream the torching of what remains of the Old Order. The survivors will hunt every surviving zionazi on the Holy Land, and other foreign bases regionwide .. they chose to go out in hailstorm of fire. Live by the sword, die by the sword.

⭕ U.S. Analysts from the Center of Naval Analyses (CNA) have identified 32 direct hits on Israel’s Nevatim airbase in the Negev, with several ballistic missiles impacting directly at the protective hangars of Israel’s F-35 ‘Adir’ jets.

Detailed closeup imagery is not yet available to fully assess the damage. The satellite imagery from Tel Nof airbase, which was also struck by Iran, has not been released yet, and the damage is likely severe.

On another note, while the damage at Nevatim might not look severe, Iran used ‘airburst’ warheads, which don’t leave large craters but sling shrapnel in a large radius, effective against soft targets like jets.

    — Everything the Israeli enemy does is supported, participated in, and backed by the Americans.

    — Hezbollah has launched from faith and a just cause, moving on a correct basis, which is why God granted it more victories, making it a strong front present on the entire Islamic arena.
    — Hezbollah’s jihadist march has emerged as distinctive, pioneering, patient, steadfast, and wise, possessing a successful and effective performance amidst numerous conspiracies.
    — The Israeli enemy saw Sayyed Nasrallah as the biggest obstacle in the way of its domination and control over the region in a manner that serves American interests.

    — The Israeli enemy targeted Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah with great hatred because of his significant role in confronting the Israeli enemy.
    — Sayyed Nasrallah thwarted the enemy’s conspiracies and inflicted major humiliating defeats on it.
    — The Israeli enemy has serious practical objectives in targeting Sayyed Nasrallah to undermine the role of Hezbollah and the Lebanese front in confronting the Israeli enemy and supporting the Palestinian people.
    — Since its inception, Hezbollah has emerged as a very strong and effective front in facing the Israeli enemy, achieving major victories known throughout all past stages.
    — Over the past year, the role of the Lebanese support front has been prominent, serving as the primary support for the Palestinian people as a hot, strong, effective, and influential front against the enemy.
    — The Israeli enemy has failed even when targeting specific leaders or prominent figures from Hezbollah or committing acts of mass murder.
    — The conspiracies against the Lebanese front were not solely undertaken by the Israelis; the Americans were always with them.
    — If other Arab armies or entities that do not launch from a faith-based perspective had faced what Hezbollah faced in this phase, they might have reached a point of collapse.
⭕ Leader Abdulmalik Badreddin Al-Houthi on the Latest Developments of the Israeli Aggression on Gaza and Lebanon and Regional and International Updates, 30 Rabi’ al-Awwal 1446 AH – October 3, 2024:

    — Arab systems and armies collapsed in days, even though they did not face the level of difficulties that Hezbollah encountered.
    — Hezbollah remains steadfast and resilient, with its popular base cohesive and confident. Its front is strong and effective, and it cannot collapse under storms and adversities.
    — The faith-based movement is one that connects the struggling nation with God Almighty, His guidance, and support.
    — One of the enemy’s goals by targeting Sayyid Nasrallah (may God bless him) was to collapse Hezbollah’s front and eliminate its important role in the Palestinian cause.
    — The criminal Netanyahu, after targeting Sayyid Nasrallah, spoke about controlling the Middle East, not just Lebanon or Palestine, as he considered Hezbollah and its Secretary-General an obstacle for him.
    — The ambitions of the Israeli enemy are aggressive, seeking control, domination, and aggression.
    — Despite the great loss with the martyrdom of the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, the path of Hezbollah remains enduring, steadfast, and effective.
    — Sayyid Nasrallah came from a jihadist and faith-based movement rooted in the school of struggle and martyrdom.
    — Sayyid Nasrallah has worked throughout the past stages to establish a faith-based jihadist spirit, embodying awareness, insight, and certainty.
    — He built the practical and organizational level of the struggling nation, forming the nation of Hezbollah.
    — Hezbollah’s structure is cohesive because it is a faith-based and jihadist structure that does not disband, scatter, or collapse under storms, adversities, and sorrows.
    — The supporters of Hezbollah are also a cohesive and strong nation in facing challenges, storms, and calamities.
    — Hezbollah’s supporters endured the crime of the Beirut bombing and the subsequent assassinations, as well as the widespread destruction that is currently taking place.
    — The words of the Deputy Secretary-General of Hezbollah, His Eminence Sheikh Naim Qassem, expressed the ongoing confidence, cohesion, and steadfastness.
    — Sheikh Naim Qassem’s words conveyed a decision that cannot change, as it is a decision stemming from the faith in which Hezbollah operates.
    — The Israeli enemy turned to ground aggression, hoping that the conditions were favorable and that Hezbollah’s structure had collapsed, but it was surprised.
    — The enemy’s army bet on invading Lebanon anew or parts of it, but it was shocked and faced a strong blow while still at the borders.
    — The Israeli enemy was met with a strong and significant shock at the Lebanese borders with occupied Palestine and even in the occupied sites.
    — When the enemy attempted to advance, it received a strong slap and a harsh blow from Hezbollah’s fighters, and the magnitude of the shock was evident.
    — The enemy began to speak of what happened to its army during attempts to penetrate Lebanon as a disaster and a shock.
    — The situation of our brothers in Hezbollah, in their cohesion, steadfastness, and readiness to retaliate against the Israeli enemy, is the same as it has always been in every challenge they faced and failed.
    — The state of Hezbollah after the martyrdom of the Secretary-General has only changed in that they have become more steadfast, determined, and dedicated to working for the sake of God.
    — The fighters in Hezbollah possess greater motivation and drive after the martyrdom of the Secretary-General than ever before.
    — The reality reflected in Hezbollah’s fighters is not one of collapse, incapacity, failure, weakness, or despair, but rather of determination, resolve, and commitment to fulfilling their noble and honorable mission.
⭕ The Leader Abdul-Malik Badreddin al-Houthi on the Latest Developments of the Israeli Aggression on Gaza and Lebanon, and Regional and International Developments – 30 Rabi’ al-Awwal 1446 AH – October 3, 2024:

    — The fighters in Hezbollah are more focused and courageous in targeting and confronting the Israeli enemy, and they are today more eager to face the Israeli enemy than at any other time in the past.
    — The Israeli enemy does not understand this striving nation and the spirit, faith, and determination it carries, and it imagines that crimes against leaders will fulfill its hopes for the collapse of the rest of the nation.
    — Days after the targeting of the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, the enemy began to express itself in a different tone than its arrogant and devilish rhetoric, talking about shock and surprise.
    — The Israeli enemy should understand that it will not achieve its hopes through its targeting of the Secretary-General of Hezbollah or by targeting its leadership figures.
    — Hezbollah remains cohesive in its structure, organization, and formation, steadfast in its position, and with the help of God, it is capable of achieving victory and inflicting humiliating defeats on the Israeli enemy.
    — The message from the fighters of Hezbollah to Sayyid Nasrallah is, “Just as you have always promised us victory, we promise you victory again.” This reflects a logic of continuity and steadfastness and a path towards victory.
    — Since the day Sayyid Nasrallah declared, “The era of defeats has passed, and the era of victories has come,” he has established this equation and reinforced it today after his martyrdom by the blessing of his sacrifices.
    — With the efforts and work put forth by Sayyid Nasrallah over decades and by the blessing of sacrifice, God will not waste his efforts, struggles, and sacrifices.
    — The tremendous impact of Sayyid Nasrallah’s struggle and sacrifice will remain in the path of the fighters in Hezbollah, in the present and the future.
    — The Israeli and American enemy must despair, and all those who plot and hypocrites should lose hope in achieving their devilish goals of ending Hezbollah’s great role.
    — I assure everyone that they can be confident in the official level in Lebanon and among the other Lebanese components, and trust in Hezbollah and its cadres, men, and fighters.
    — We affirm that we stand by our brothers in Hezbollah, its supporters, and its popular base, and we will always support the Lebanese people, and this is the case for the entire axis.
    — The Islamic Republic of Iran today understands the sensitivity of this situation and is moving towards focusing on what is necessary to support Hezbollah.
    — The responsibility of all Muslims is immense in having a clear and serious stance in supporting the Palestinian people and the Lebanese people.
    — The massive displacement of hundreds of thousands of the Lebanese people requires humanitarian attention from all Arab and Islamic countries.
    — Governments and regimes must assist the Lebanese government in caring for the displaced, who have exceeded one million.
    — There should be serious political and media action, with attention and a sense of responsibility, to address what Lebanon is suffering from total aggression.
    — The Israeli enemy is conducting a full and comprehensive aggression on Lebanon, and therefore support for the Lebanese people must be provided in all forms.
    — The Islamic Republic of Iran has executed the largest missile strike that the Israeli enemy has faced since the beginning of the occupation of Palestine.
    — The missile bombardment from the Islamic Republic covered an area extending throughout occupied Palestine, reaching near Ashkelon, and focused on military bases and intelligence centers.
    — Iranian missiles reached their targets at a rate of 99%, as announced, and documented videos showed them hitting Israeli bases.
    — Millions of Zionist Jews fled in fear to shelters, as did the leaders of the Zionist crime, and Israeli soldiers experienced terror throughout
⭕ Leader Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi on the Latest Developments of the Israeli Aggression in Gaza and Lebanon, and Regional and International Updates – 30th of Rabi’ al-Awwal 1446 AH – October 3, 2024:

    — Following the Iranian operation, the hearts of the people of Palestine and Lebanon, as well as the hearts of our nation’s peoples, were filled with joy and happiness, just as the hearts of the Zionists were filled with terror, fear, and despair.
    — The Islamic resistance in Iraq has carried out very intensive operations in recent days and is moving towards further escalation with high effectiveness.
    — For a year, Gaza has been a hot front, and the fighters there have provided a magnificent and distinguished model of patience, steadfastness, valor, and sacrifice.
    — The Palestinian popular support base has presented a model of cohesion and patience despite the suffering and unprecedented genocide.
    — The Yafa operation carried out by the Al-Qassam Brigades shook the foundations of the Israeli enemy.
    — The support front in the land of faith (Yemen) executed operations with synchronized missile strikes coinciding with the second Operation Al-Waad Al-Sadiq targeting Yafa, Umm al-Rashrash, and sites in the Negev Desert.
    — The support front in the land of faith (Yemen) conducted operations in the Red Sea, Arabian Sea, and Indian Ocean, with the number of targeted ships reaching 188 vessels.
    — More American MQ-9 armed reconnaissance drones were shot down, bringing the total number of such drones downed this year to
    — The Americans and Israelis sought to escalate their aggression against the Yemeni people, with Israeli and American airstrikes this week totaling 39 strikes.
    — The targeting of Al-Hudaydah by the Israeli and American enemy will not stop our operations, and our jihad will continue.
    — Alongside our operations, we continue to develop military capabilities as part of the fifth phase of escalation against the Israeli enemy and to support the Palestinian people and their honorable fighters.
    ⭕ 🔺 To the enemy:

You will find no rest, not even for a day.
You will not be able to report or disseminate information about your soldiers’ casualties later.
There will be no day, God willing, without casualties on your side, and each day will be harder than the last.
So, announce them, or else they will accumulate, and when that happens, the scandal will be resounding.

Your Prime Minister is a failure.
You know you are scum, and you know they consider you scum.
    Whom are you fighting?
    You possess foreign passports; leave.
Or are you trapped in your presence in Palestine?
They have deceived your families, and they no longer have a home or job in Europe or the United States.
You have the chance to survive.
Refrain from fighting and leave Palestine, or you will find yourselves alongside your comrades. ️️
    ⭕ ⭕️ Urgent ⭕️
Hypersonic missiles from Yemen are currently soaring in the skies of the occupied city of Jaffa, newly named Tel Aviv.

Do u want me to continue arranging these tweet discussions between Will Schryver and the twitterati?? Its laborious and most do not care about such detail. But the soldiers discussing these things can help clear the air of western MSM BS and current obfuscation of a lotta pain and damage being done to the bastards. PERMANENTLY. What we witnessed the other night was literally the end of the Old Order. The crazies strut the World-Island not only completely naked, but breathe at the pleasure of the civilizational-states. 🔸️C1, C2 … = commentator 1, 2 … in discussion thread
    🔸️WS = Will Schryver

    💠@imetatronink:
retweet from Patarames: “If Iran achieved accurate impacts on other targets, we will know if this was an intentional miss or not”
🔸C1: A single hit near Mossad HQ? That’s a warning shot, not a miss.
🔸WS: If indeed it was a “warning shot” and not just a miss, then, in my view, it represents a fundamental error on the part of the Iranians.

Americans and Israelis regard “warning shots” as signs of weakness. When you make war against these guys, you MUST SHOOT TO KILL EVERY TIME.
🔸C1: I completely agree with you. I have repeatedly said in my livestreams that retaliation must be in kind and against high-ranking Zionist officials, otherwise, it would be seen as a weakness and invite more aggression and assassinations.
🔸C2: Exactly that! Iran is still day dreaming about ceasefire and de escalation.
    ‼️ What Comes Next?

So now we wait for the other shoe to drop.

    What will the Israelis do?

    What will the Americans do?

And, the wildcard: What will the Russians do?

There is great danger in the air …
🔸C1: AND where in hells name is China? They seem very shy-n-reserved to actually put themselves out on the world stage? It’s great to build roads, schools n hospitals to gain influence. I prefer that route. But the western empire may demand they actually use their military or weapons?
🔸WS: “When two tigers fight, the monkey reigns in the mountains.”

Or something along those lines. 😏
🔸C2: You mixed up two idioms, Will. 坐山觀虎鬥 (a strategy) and 山上無老虎,猴子稱大王 (mockery of weaklings acting big in absence of the strong)
🔸WS: Yes. I did it intentionally.
🔸C3: What can you say about Iran’s air defense capabilities?
🔸WS: Much more formidable than most people believe, and stronger now with the introduction of an unknown number of Russian S-400 batteries.

American ISR and refueling tankers will need to remain well distant — and then hope there aren’t Buk systems roaming the backroads of Iraq.
🔸C3: I guarantee the Iraqi militia have done buk systems and they will use it on orders from Iran
🔸WS: To my knowledge, none of the Iraqi militias have any Buk systems. But Syria has about 30 of them.
🔸C3: Iran has a bunch. They can simply hand them over
    ⁉️ Israeli Attacks Against Iran?

The Israelis are talking tough about destroying Iranian energy infrastructure and whatnot. Bold words.

So what’s the plan? It’s a long way to Tehran; even further to Bandar Abbas, with more than a few air defense installations along the way.
🔸C1: Hypothetical scenario: if an Israeli attack has to cross airspace within range of Russian SAM or Russian jetfighters in Syria, do you think that Russia will let them pass, or will they try to shoot them down to protect Iran, like the USA attempted to shot down Iran’s missiles?
🔸WS: Good question, for which I do not have a good answer.
🔸C2: It’s unlikely that Russia would get directly involved without announcing they would first.
[and maybe guarantees were delivered in private??]
🔸C3: The easiest option is to attack the oil terminals in the Persian Gulf, but this would start an energy crisis.
🔸WS: Kharg is at the maximum combat range of the F-15, and well beyond the range of the F-35.

I consider it HIGHLY unlikely the KSA will authorize refueling over their territory. Iraq is out of the question. And there could very well be a few Buk batteries wandering the desert.
🔸C4: US stealth bombers perhaps 🤔
🔸WS: US stealth is a myth.
🔸C5: The S400 (and other Russian surprises)just entered the chat
🔸C6: Detection and tracking are different entities.

Can’t shoot what you can’t track.
🔸WS: You are misinformed. Russian radars can detect, track, and target all US aircraft. And Russian missiles far outrange their US/NATO counterparts.

Furthermore, all US warplanes can be rendered useless simply by taking down their fat, slow-flying ISR and tanker support.
🔸C7: Bushehr is right close to the coast, though. (Where are the USS Eisenhower or Theodore Roosevelt these days…?)
🔸WS: The Eisenhower is in port in Norfolk; the Roosevelt is in the Pacific, heading back to port in San Diego.

The Lincoln is in the Gulf of Oman. The Truman is in the Atlantic, headed to the Mediterranean.

All the remaining carriers are in port.
🔸C8: The US will do the work
Israel will claim the credit ?
🔸C9: They have no authority to retaliate against Iran. I mean, on what basis would they directly attack Iran? Israel can do it, but the U.S. has no right to do it. They can defend Israel, but they can’t attack Iran. It can be seen as a declaration of war.
🔸C8: The easiest is a false flag – use a sub to sink a US destroyer in the Persian gulf – blame Iran – congress will give you a blank cheque
🔸WS: There are no US capital warships currently in the Persian Gulf — wisely so.

Blank checks are irrelevant. You can’t stuff blank checks into VLS slots or artillery tubes. It is necessary to have manufacturing capability. The US does not have such capability.
🔸C8: No even enough to to punish Iran?
🔸WS: How? With what? And at what price?

A US attack against Iran will be instantly followed by an Iranian attack against every major US base in the region, and every US warship within range.

I don’t believe the US wants to go there.
🔸C10: Pretty sure they have ballistic missiles that can make that trip.
    Is that not an option?
🔸WS: For every single 1500km range ballistic missile the Israelis have, the Iranians very likely have 100. Maybe more.

    #NoEasyWarsLeftToFight
🔸C10: Wow! That many. It seems when you can’t get top of the line fighters, you build missiles.
🔸C11: I doubt there will be any more serious attacks by iran or Israel. Skirmishes aside the focus will be on a regime change in Tehran. Israel can’t sustain a long war and usa won’t drag itself into one before elections. Israel will brutally cleanse Lebanon and Gaza and Tehran watch
    🔸WS: This is silly talk.

The Israelis will be driven out of Lebanon with their tail between their legs. Again.

They will never even sniff Tehran.
🔸C12: Am guessing the US govt does not underestimate Iran’s military capabilities like the media seems to.
🔸WS: From what I have been able to ascertain in recent years, very few people in the Pentagon have any appetite whatsoever for making war against Iran — and wisely so.
⭕ 🧵 How to Lose A Carrier Strike Group in An Afternoon
⭕ What we saw yesterday with the Iranian ballistic missile attack on Israel was a mixture of asymmetrical warfare, a slow & small defense manufacturing system, and 21st century warfare invalidating 20th century warfare assumptions. |THREAD|
🔸C1: Multiple people, friends and strangers, say the Isreali AD system ignores missiles that it calculates will hit empty fields and that’s why so many Iranian missiles got through. Any truth to it afayk?
    🔸WS: Cope propaganda.

There is a good reason the Israelis have pressured the commercial satellite companies to heavily censor today’s images of the airfields struck by Iranian missiles yesterday.
🔸C2: Meanwhile, Iran has already got access to Roscosmos 8000 megapixel photography of the targeted areas…
    ‼️ Telling Fact

Two US destroyers in the eastern Mediterranean launched TWELVE SM-3 ballistic missile interceptors today in a futile bid to stem the tide of a huge Iranian ballistic missile salvo.

You know how many SM-3 missiles the US produces each year?

    TWELVE
🔸C1: Interested to understand t whether that is a war stock vs consumption decision (have lots) or a production capacity decision (can make few). I doubt the latter. My point is they probably have the capacity to produce a lot more if needed.
    🔸WS: Total stockpile: <500.
🔸C2: Will the Americans be be able to build up ther stock of missiles or is 12 a year all the Americans are capable of?
🔸C3: That depends on how serious the war is. If it’s full scale World War 3 scenario, we will default back to what we did in the earlier World Wars.

    Toaster makers become missile makers
🔸C2: Time is the issue though as it took America a 3 year warm up of industry to prepare for ww2. Does America have the similar time to fix its industry?
🔸C3: I’d imagine it would be a factor of intensity. However, according to Will, it wouldn’t matter unless we had decades of preparation time prior.
🔸WS: There are no toaster makers in the US in 2024.

And hardly any home-grown engineers, for that matter.

It is a problem 50+ years in the making, and it can’t be fixed in any less than an entire generation.
🔸C3: What do you view to be a realistic potential fix for the country’s current state of affairs?

And do you think it would require statistical anomaly to even push for that change?
🔸WS: “To whatever extent it ever truly was, America will never be made great again. Something great may eventually rise from its ashes … but the ashes will come first.
⭕ My sense of things at this point is that, if the US / Israel have no immediate response to the Iranian missile attack, then it means they don’t have a practicable plan.

It may also mean the Russians said, “Don’t do it.”
🔸C1: Iran is “one week away” from having deployable nuclear weapon. It just needs to be assembled. For all practical purposes Iran IS nuclear power.
Israeli psyop games, trying to depict whatever response they implement as “proportional” as they could have gone nuclear instead, is just that, psych-BS.
Anything Israel does is raising the stakes. Again, Israel’s best option is to seek peace within 1967 borders, but it is clear that fucking Zio-lunatics would rather burn it all to the ground than have equitable peace.
🔸WS: In my opinion, Iran is not only already a nuclear state, but very likely has MIRV capability as well.
🔸C2: Is it sufficient for a State to announce they have deliverable nuclear weapons or do they somehow have to prove it so as to be believed?
🔸WS: Israel has never done either of those things, and yet it is known to be a nuclear state.
⭕ The Israeli ground forces have attempted a few modest penetrations of Hezbollah lines. As a result, at least three Merkava tanks have been smoked, along with double-digit KIAs, and lots of wounded.

They have now pulled back to think things over a bit.

    #NoEasyWarsLeftToFight
⭕ 🤦‍♂️ So many people remain trapped in the delusion that it’s still 1991 and the world is the empire’s oyster.

Fools rush in where angels fear to tread.

Here in late 2024, the US/Israel could not sustain for more than a few weeks a high-intensity war against Iran and its allies.
    [Second Response to:
A tanker skybridge isn’t that technically challenging for Israel to pull off, with a little western assistance.

The air defense envelopes in between Israel and Iran are not a challenging hurdle for suppression/destruction mission sets.
    🔸WS: Ridiculous nonsense.

Military / logistical ignorance to the nth degree.

But by all means, let them try.
🔸C1: Perhaps it will last as long as the dock they built for humanitarian aid”]
🔸C2: Right. Israel was able to use its old 707s to refuel the F-35s in the strike on Yemen because the air environment over the Red Sea is a lot friendlier than over Iraq or, God forbid, the Persian Gulf.
    ⭕ Retweet:
    Don’t cope
No, those bright flashes are not interceptions

Those are the empty separated boosters reaching maximum dynamic pressure “max-Q”

➡️ Now I really wonder if a Fattah-1 went for the AN/TPY-2 radar, since 🇮🇱 missile defenses are totally overwhelmed |media|
⭕ ‼️🔥 Finally some satisfactory satellite imagery is trickling out showing the aftermath of Iranian missile strikes at Israeli airbases.

In the image below, an aircraft hangar has been hit with near-perfect accuracy.

    Exceedingly impressive.
🔸C1: Surprised you think blowing up an airbase is “exceedingly impressive”
🔸WS: Of course you are, dear. But fret not, it is a rather common hysterical malady with a reliable cure: pour 2ozs of gin and 1oz of fresh lime juice over ice, add 4 ozs sugar free sprite, swirl gently, take one advil with first sip, drink remainder quickly, and then repose in silence for a full hour in a darkened room.

Afterwards you will feel an overwhelming urge to fire a shotgun blast at a rural mailbox while leaning out the open window of an old pickup truck speeding past. But otherwise you should be healed of your misplaced uppitiness.

My first consultation is gratis. You’re welcome.
⭕ I’ve seen this story swirling about for a few hours now, but no definitive details are forthcoming. Has this video been geolocated? Has any official source acknowledged a hostile strike at the Russian base [in Syria]?

I remain skeptical for the time being
    [In response to:
    “BREAKING:

🇮🇱🇷🇺 Israel strikes a Russian weapons depot in Syria.

Israel has finally poked the Bear.”]
🔸C1: I would not be surprised. There is that notorious appearance of an Israeli politician who appeared on Russian TV screaming about how after they are done genociding gazans they would wipe Russians off the map. Just understand who you are dealing with.
🔸WS: Yes, but my thought process was:

    1) why?

    2) why now?

The only ready answer that came to me is that the Israelis genuinely believe the Russians plan to intervene in Iran’s (and Hezbollah’s) behalf, and this was an attempt to preemptively attrit their magazine depth.
🔸C2: Israel did not strike Hmeimim
🔸C3: An act of war against Russia when they already have too much to deal with. That would be lunacy…
🔸C4: I would say though don’t overestimate the rationality of the Israeli government. Netanyahu has been relying on more and more uneducated conservative crazies like Ben gvir and Smotrich in his administration to sideline his opponents.
🔸C5: One news is floating around is the strike was directed at an Iranian plane that landed there and yesterday morning the British were flying recon flights violating Syrian airspace. And the best part is the Israeli navy was used to strike these positions. Time to hit Cypriot UK base.
🔸C6: The Russians are tied to defending Iran. They have agreements already in place with further to follow, as do the Chinese. If this is what is claimed then it will make no difference to Russia’s capabilities at all.
🔸C7: mackinder heartland, the russian rail goes through iran, into india/asia/brics, resources sans the sea thus sans sanctions & marine blockades = west is done, so .us/.il must sabitage it, at any cost, per the>30yo official doctrine of ‘never enabling any competition to ever arise’
