    This may be a psyop to harm folks. Vitamin D is strictly beneficial within a limited therapeutic window; whilst we focus on avoiding the lower limit, exceeding the upper one leads to toxicity. We primary care docs have ignored these “guidelines” for several decades, seeing that the real daily requirement is closer to 1,000 IU. This does appear a sufficient dose meeting practical testing requirements.

    Perhaps those devils who’ve openly dropped masks and are hellbent on global depopulation are now fubaring everything on purpose. A maintenance dose of 1,000 IU/d is sufficient for most adults without GI absorption problems…

    PS – longevity IMO is overblown. What good is a long life without appreciable QoL? These are invariably criminals who abuse children or normal morals in their climb up the Chaos Escalator in service to the Moshiach.. they need to start juicing drugs and whatnot from very young ages to keep going, and to sleep, and to face themselves in the mirror the next morning.     Paris played a key role in stabilizing the situation, media reported, noting that in the very first hours, President Emmanuel Macron was informed of the events and spoke by telephone with Patrice Talon to assure him of France’s support.

    👉 Macron disclosed that members of the French special forces had been pre-positioned in Cotonou on alert, while French intelligence services provided operational assistance, including repeated reconnaissance flights over the economic capital.

    At the same time, Macron urged Nigerian President Bola Tinubu to launch a swift military intervention, which resulted in airstrikes and the deployment of ground troops. Benin had formally requested this support, as well as contributions from other ECOWAS members such as Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, and Sierra Leone, thereby reinforcing the regional response.

    ☝️ The situation comes in the context of recently strengthened military ties between Paris and Porto-Novo. Benin’s Chief of Staff General Fructueux Gbaguidi was on a working visit to Paris on the day of the incident, and training exchanges between the two countries’ armed forces remain ongoing. Paris and Porto-Novo nevertheless maintain that no operational French military bases exist on Beninese soil.

    Meanwhile, France was accused last December by the Nigerien president of financing military bases in Nigeria and Benin.
