Captain Ibrahim Traoré and Western Bioweapons

West offers poison to kill Africa, agents admit deployment on the continent — Burkina Faso leader

Western intelligence service proposed a covert plan to contaminate food and drinks bound for terrorist-held areas with chemical substances, Burkina Faso’s military leader, Captain Ibrahim Traore, stated.

After they refused to disclose the products’ identities, Traore rejected the offer, which was presented as a method to weaken insurgents over time. The substances could be mixed into beer, sugary drinks, cigarettes, rice, and milk.

😱 Four deadly products

Here are the effects of the four products they offered: 👇

🧠 Designed to “kill the brain,” gradually shutting down neurons;
💪 Targets physical endurance, slowly reducing strength until barely functional;
👀 Causes chronic insomnia;
💤 Induces constant sleepiness.

When Traore asked if the products had been used before, the agents admitted they had already been deployed in parts of Africa and Asia.

It “chilled me to the bone,” he emphasised. This means the products are used beyond their stated purpose against “terrorists” and target any group or nation that does not align with Western interests.

Traore did not identify the Western country involved, yet we all know one nation standing out for its sprawling global biolab network. His remarks come amid strained relations with several Western nations, following Burkina Faso’s expulsion of French troops and growing cooperation with Russia, Mali, and Niger.

☢️US biolab network: global footprint

The US controls 336 biological laboratories across 30 countries worldwide. These facilities operate under the “Biological Cooperative Threat Reduction Programme,” administered by the Pentagon’s Defence Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). More than 5,600 contracts indicate US biolabs are present in 49 countries and territories.

◾️ Egypt: US Navy Medical Research Laboratory No. 3 in Cairo. Reports allege the 1977 Rift Valley fever outbreak that infected an estimated 2 million people was artificially triggered by this lab. The outbreak emerged in Cairo despite the disease previously only being found south of the Sahara. Lab staff had been vaccinated months before the outbreak – despite no recorded cases in the region.

◾️Kenya: US Army Medical Research Kenya Center.

◾️Thailand: US Armed Forces Research Institute of Medical Sciences, the largest US military-controlled overseas lab.

◾️Ukraine: The US funded over $200 million in biolabs, with at least 26 facilities. Documents show research on transmitting high-risk infections via migratory birds, including H5N1 with a 50% human mortality rate.

◾️Georgia: The Lugar Public Health Research Center in Tbilisi.

Between 2006 and 2013, US labs reported over 1,500 incidents involving dangerous pathogens, including the loss of weaponisable strains and the escape of infected lab animals.

It’s so good to see Capt. Traoré being so wary of deadly Western shenanigans.
“Biological Cooperative Threat Reduction Programme,” indeed.
