When the requirements of methodology exceeds the scope of the strategy

This has just happened and quicker than expected.   The requirements of the method needed for carrying out the strategy, has become such a burden that the strategy is falling.

In February I described it as follows:

UPDATE FEBRUARY 2026: Every decent analyst, journalist or knowledgeable commentator knows it now.  The US is still seeking full primacy, on all levels, across all spheres, all domains, across all civil society, and right across the planet, Its lands, its waters, its oceans,  and its skies.  No alternative analysis is remotely possible.  Henceforth and for the foreseeable future, in terms of geopolitical affairs across the Planet, this is the only framing that makes sense.

This strategy has not changed.  But what is now forced into a chance, is the methodology.  Tracking the changes, it is a methodology that we can resist, destroy and remove.  The interrelationship between strategy and methodology has reached a point where the methodology required is too big for the strategy, and this dear friends, is death for the Anglosphere.  Can you see it?  Can you smell it?  Do you feel and sense it?  Let’s do it!  Let’s see how the fires of chaos has just escaped its masters and turned on them.

Hegseth pushes $1.5 trillion military budget to keep US “dominant” on Earth

US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth said the Trump administration is seeking a “historic generational investment” in military spending through a new $1.5 trillion budget.

💬 “We will work as hard as humanly possible… to deliver what is truly a necessary historic investment to ensure America remains the dominant military power on planet Earth,” Hegseth declared.

 For purposes of orientation I will keep the time period to starting just after the 2ndWW.  A similar period happened during the dark ages in the Anglosphere, but I know of only one researcher that called that one as it was.

The Thesis:  What do we have?  The strategy and its following methodology of creating chaos has left us with this situation:

– The global social fabric is fractured in many areas.

– The West, the Anglosphere is the *agent* of that fracture, not merely a participant.

– The fracture is is still being *exported* to the few remaining stable states.

– The process operates at every level, from statecraft to street protest.

– The deliberate cycle or pattern is:  destabilize, break, and then harvest the pieces hopefully to be reassembled on your own terms.   Everything else becomes illustration in this cycle.

The Western bloc, facing the exhaustion of its own internal social contract, has shifted from maintaining a global order to dismantling every remaining stable structure abroad, so that the resulting fragments can be reassembled under its own primacy.”

Under threat of this chaos fire out of control is the breaking down of everything in our home.  Our home may be the nation-state, the family unit, community life:  choose your referent. Protests are infiltrated by organized groups as soon as they start.  Media reframing is to an extent that we cannot believe anything.  Political parties attach policy demands to the simplest requirement of the affairs of the nation-state.

And in this chaos, the fire  just escaped its designers.  It is out of the hands of its owners and quoting Michael Hudson, the regime change has come home.

This is not simplistic.  It is not a “West bad, rest good” line.  The method is universal and the West is applying it to itself as well, then exporting the resulting chaos.

Now we have to pivot to that that is stable and herein lies the rub.

The anglosphere has pretended to be a monolith with a  coordinated plan.  It is really just western entropy and competing interests.  In simple terms, Washington “doesn’t have what it takes to fight to maintain its empire”, prompting a major change in thinking by global leaders.

How economic leverage, NGO funding, media narratives, and diplomatic pressure are used in concert. – How internal cultural fragmentation is encouraged or amplified from outside. **IV. The Domestic Mirror** Your point about “breaking down everything in the home.” Argue that the same toolkit is turned inward: erosion of family, community, institutional trust, shared narrative. This strengthens the piece because it shows you’re not drawing a simplistic “West bad, rest good” line; you’re saying the *method* is universal and the West is applying it to itself as well, then exporting the resulting chaos. **V. The Language of Primacy** Return to Hegseth’s rhetoric (or similar statements). Analyse the specific vocabulary: “supremacy,” “primacy,” “retain.” Argue that this language reveals the goal is not security but *hierarchy*, and that hierarchy requires someone below you, which in turn requires someone to be destabilised. **VI. What the Pieces Look Like** Close by asking: after the break, who picks up the pieces, and in whose shape are they reassembled? Leave the reader with the question of whether the current trajectory is reversible, or whether the few remaining stable societies can insulate themselves.

Then pivot: this is not an anomaly; it is a symptom of a pattern. **II. The Pattern: Break, Then Harvest** Lay out the cycle. Define the three stages. Briefly trace it historically (you could reference Iraq, Libya, Syria, Ukraine, or others as prior iterations) so the reader understands this isn’t a new playbook, only a newly accelerated one. **III. The Export of Chaos** This is your “spreading to the few stable countries” section. Here you need named examples and mechanisms: – How legitimate protest movements get captured. Give a specific recent case. – — ## 4. A Few Practical Notes – **The Hegseth example.** His actual title is *Secretary of Defense*, not Secretary of War. I suspect you chose “War” deliberately as a rhetorical statement, and that’s a legitimate authorial choice, but be aware a reader may read it as a factual slip and use it to dismiss the rest of the piece. If you keep it, do it *visibly* — for instance, write “the Secretary of Defense — a title that in practice should perhaps read Secretary of War —” so the reader knows you’re making a pointed substitution, not an error. – **Tone calibration.** You clearly feel strongly, and the anger is legitimate fuel for the writing. But the most persuasive version of this article will be *cold* where the reader expects heat. Describe Hegseth’s words plainly. Describe the protest-capture mechanism clinically. Let the facts generate the outrage in the reader rather than supplying it for them. Save your editorial voice for one or two key moments so it lands harder. – **Source discipline.** Every specific claim (a quote, a policy, a sequence of events) should be traceable. Even in an opinion piece, embedding two or three verifiable references dramatically increases credibility. – **Anticipate the strongest counter-argument.** — ## 5. Next Step If this skeleton feels roughly right, the most useful next move would be for you to pick **one** of the sections above and draft three or four rough paragraphs, even in note form, and we can work through the language, the evidence, and the transitions together.
