Yemen announces the end of military clashes in the western coastal strip of the country

The Yemeni Supreme Political Council issued a statement announcing the end of military clashes in the western coastal strip of the country after the destruction and retreat of Saudi mercenaries.

10 Saudi airstrikes have targeted Dhubab District in western Taiz amid massive ongoing ground battles. The Saudi airstrikes targeted Saudi equipment and weapons storage facilities in Dhubab to prevent them from falling into AnsarAllah’s hands.

But, the Houthis are off again, now to liberate the whole of Yemen.

Ansarallah Defense Minister Mohammed al-Atifi announces the beginning of a new phase in the Yemeni civil war:

The enemy understands only the language of strength, and we are a people of strength and great determination. At the same time, we are a people of peace.

We are not lovers of war, nor do we seek it, but we are also a strong people, a people of formidable resolve.

We must say it openly: the stage of steadfastness, resistance, security, and stability has been achieved.

Now we are entering a new phase, the phase of liberating the national territory, liberating Yemen’s islands, and liberating Yemen’s coast and territorial waters.

Yalla!  Get done with the puppet government.  I believe some of them are fleeing.

Ansar Allah has taken control of the two islands of Hanish al-Kubra and Hanish al-Sughra near Bab al-Mandab.

A mountain of footage from Yemen streams in, people rejoicing, fighters in their sandals with guns casually slung over their shoulders. Footage coming in from Gaza and the Gazans are rejoicing The Houthis just received a new airport in Al Mocha while their old airport in Sanaa has been shot up various times.

On entering Al-Mocha, first the Yemeni fighters fell on the ground and gave thanks in prayer and now, speeches! Everyone wants to make a speech!

Liberating our land is merely a baseline. Our ultimate goal is to meet Israeli forces face-to-face on the battlefield. Believe it or not, this is the deep-seated dream of every Yemeni.

The Saudis ran so fast that they left their wounded soldiers behind in the hospital at El-Mokha.

Fotros Resistance gave us a summary.

Lightning Advance of the Yemeni Army on the Taiz and Al-Hudaydah Fronts; Al-Mokha Port Liberated!

✍️ Yemeni armed forces and popular committees, through a series of lightning operations and in the span of only a few hours, achieved vast advances covering an estimated area of 2,600 square kilometers across Taiz and Al-Hudaydah governorates, liberating numerous areas including the strategically vital port of Al-Mokha.

🟡On the Taiz front, Yemeni armed forces fighters achieved rapid advances in the Al-Wazi’iyah and Mawza’ districts of western Taiz Governorate. During these lightning advances, Yemeni armed forces, with the support of popular committees, succeeded in clearing the Al-Wazi’iyah junction, the Al-Mokha junction, the important Khalid ibn al-Walid base, as well as areas in the Al-Wazi’iyah district including Al-Haniya, Al-Aqmah, and Al-Ghayl up to the outskirts of Al-Shuqayrah town, the administrative center of Al-Wazi’iyah district.

🟡In southern Al-Hudaydah Governorate, Yemeni armed forces took control of the important towns of Hays and then Al-Khukhah, and continuing their advance along the coastal strip and liberating Yakhtul, they entered the vital port of Al-Mokha and seized control of it as well.

👉 The advances made in the early hours of today are reminiscent of the lightning advances of five years ago in Al-Hudaydah Governorate, when in November 2021, Saudi coalition forces were suddenly forced to withdraw from the entire coastal strip—from inside Al-Hudaydah city to north of Al-Khukhah in southern Al-Hudaydah Governorate.

‼️The intense pressure from Yemeni fighters continues across all axes of western Taiz Governorate and southern Al-Hudaydah, and Tariq Saleh’s forces are fleeing the fronts toward Aden.

✍️ Overall, with the advances made over the past three days, the necessary groundwork has been laid for the complete clearing of Yemen’s southwestern coast and the strategic Bab al-Mandab Strait, and a major victory for the Axis of Resistance will soon be achieved. The aerial and ground dominance of Yemeni armed forces over Yemen’s western coast will prevent the Saudi coalition from expanding threats against maritime shipping and will pave the way for breaking the naval siege on Yemen.

The Saudis are running and Ansarallah is shooting them – fish in a barrel.  It is early days but it seems like Ansarallah has just taken back every city on the Western coast and now entering Al-Mokha.  The president of Ansarallah has just made an announcement that the Saudi’s will be treated leniently, given presidential pardons and allowed to leave with their lives should they lay down their weapons.

This will give Ansarallah full view amd control of  the Bab Al-Mandab Strait & the whole of the Red Sea.

Statements to the best that I can gather in terms of the real situation:

Major victory: AnsarAllah frees four areas as the battle reaches Mocha:
AnsarAllah has secured a major victory on Yemen’s western coast, reportedly freeing and now controlling the towns and strategic positions of Hayz, Al-Khawkhah, Al-Mafraq, and Jabal Al-Nar as its warriors advances toward the coastal city of Mocha. AnsarAllah has also announced a general amnesty for members of Saudi-backed proxy gangs who lay down their weapons, surrender, and return to their families.

The imminent fall of Al-Mokha is expected in the coming moments. AnsarAllah has reached Al-Mokha’s International Airport, and fighting is now taking place on the city’s outskirts and in the surrounding areas. Hundreds of military vehicles are currently withdrawing from Al-Mokha. There are reports that several commanders under Tariq Saleh have left the city with their families, while a large number of soldiers and officers are fleeing in various vehicles, taking military equipment with them.

General Yousef Al-Sharaji, the commander of Saudi-backed PLC forces on the Taizz front, submits his resignation.  He cites heavy battlefield losses, positions being lost, poor coordination and alleged betrayal from within the ranks.

This then probably solves the controversy that I picked up today … The ‘small’ issue of the agreement between Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Turkiye threatening to go Article 5 on the Ansarallah Yemenis and Saudi Arabia deciding to talk some more.  It is not that they want to ‘talk some more’ according to at least Pravin Sawhney but also other Pro-Pakistanis.  It is that they are losing their bodies, souls and their marbles in this war that they started.

Oh baby:  Pro-Saudi commentator, Salem Al-Mus’abi, after the PLC defenses collapsed:

‘O God, preserve the blood of all. Enough war. Return to the path of peace.’

The latest:

Ansarallah forces enter the city center of Mokha:  While chewing Qat and blasting music, of course, in typical Yemeni style.

Oppurtunist regime of Pakistan is seriously considering launching airstrikes against AnsarAllah in Yemen at Saudi Arabia’s request, as it weighs activating the Makkah Joint Defence Agreement with Saudi Arabia and Türkiye. According to the sources, the operation could begin within days and be announced immediately afterward, with one reported objective being to push AnsarAllah out of Saada Province, their main stronghold near the Saudi border, although a final decision has not yet been made. The reports come after Pakistani Defence Minister Khawaja Asif said that any AnsarAllah attack on Saudi Arabia, or any spillover of the Yemen battle into Saudi territory, would activate the Makkah pact, under which an armed attack on any one of the three members is treated as an attack on all. If Pakistan and Türkiye join the battle militarily alongside Saudi Arabia, it would mark a major escalation and could make Pakistani and Turkish military interests legitimate targets for AnsarAllah under its stated wartime position toward countries participating in military operations against Yemen.

Yet, Pravin Sawhney said in his discussion with Sharmine Narwani a few hours ago that his information is that Saudi Arabia is going to try to talk again.

I don’t know but there is a hot war out there between Yemen (AnsarAllah) and Saudi Arabia.

📌 As the fog clears, full summary of the strikes on Iran and then the counterstrikes on Jordan – thanks Enemywatch.

The latest escalation began after American aggression attacked 5 Iranian oil tankers in the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz. Reports said America targeted Iranian oil tankers near Kharg Island and Jask, with some reports claiming that three Iranian oil tankers were struck. Minutes before the American attacks, several reports claimed American tankers changed their formation in the region. The attacks came shortly after an IRGC commander warned that any American strike on Iranian ships or oil tankers would be met with direct attacks on American military bases across the region. Following the strikes, the IRGC Navy warned all oil tanker crews at ports and anchorages in Kuwait and Bahrain to immediately abandon their vessels, declaring that they would be targeted if American aggression continued.

In retaliation, Iran launched a large-scale military operation codenamed “Ya Ali Karrar.” Ballistic missile launches were reported from multiple missile cities across Iran, including Kermanshah, Isfahan, Yazd, Zanjan, Khorramabad, Khomeyn, and Tabriz. Initial reports estimated that more than 30 ballistic missiles were launched, while later reports put the total at 35 to 40 missiles in the first wave alone, followed by a second wave of launches from central Iran, including additional launches from Isfahan, Yazd, and Tabriz. Iranian media described it as the largest missile wave since the April ceasefire and one of Iran’s biggest missile attacks in the last five months.

Iranian missiles targeted American military installations in Jordan, with Arab and Iranian media reporting strikes on the Muwaffaq Salti (Al-Azraq) and Prince Hassan air bases. Local sources in Jordan reported large numbers of Iranian missiles heading toward U.S. bases, while American and Jordanian air defense systems launched dozens of Patriot interceptors to stop the attack. Reports said that more than 60 Patriot missiles were fired, while Iranian media reported that many Iranian missiles passed through the defensive shield and struck their intended targets. Videos circulated online showing Iranian missiles passing through American interceptors before impacting military facilities. At least five missile impacts were confirmed inside Jordan, while explosions were heard across several locations in the country.

Several reports also said that Iran used cluster-warhead ballistic missiles for the first time since the Ramadan War. Iranian media later reported the use of Kheibar Shekan ballistic missiles during the operation, while military observers reported that Qader-H missiles were also among those launched. Iranian military sources stated that simultaneous launches from multiple missile bases were intended to make it more difficult for the enemy to suppress the launchers and intercept incoming missiles.

According to enemy media reports, missile launches were also detected toward Bahrain, while reports of explosions inside Bahrain remained unconfirmed. Air defenses in southern Jordan were activated again during the second wave of launches, and additional explosions were reported near American military positions.

Israeli and American media also reported direct hits on American bases in Jordan. Israeli Channel 14 reported direct impacts on an American base, while Hebrew media reported casualties among U.S. soldiers following the missile strikes. The New York Times later reported that American soldiers were wounded during the Iranian attack on Jordan. American sources also acknowledged that U.S. bases in Jordan had come under Iranian missile fire.

At the same time, reports said that the IRGC launched an attack on an American Arleigh Burke-class destroyer operating in the Sea of Oman. Later reports confirmed that Iran launched a second wave of attacks against U.S. Navy ships in the region. According to The Wall Street Journal, the second strike missed its targets but raised concerns in Washington over Iran’s increasingly sophisticated anti-ship missile capabilities.

In Announcement No. 13, the IRGC’s Public Relations Department confirmed that the Aerospace Force carried out heavy missile strikes against the American Al-Azraq Air Base in Jordan in retaliation for the American attack on Iranian oil tankers. The IRGC stated that the operation targeted maintenance and repair facilities, aircraft preparation and deployment areas, shelters for F-35, F-16, and F-15 fighter jets, and other military infrastructure, inflicting heavy damage on the base.

In Announcement No. 14, the IRGC confirmed that it also targeted the American destroyers DDG-119 and DDG-53, describing them as warships equipped with cruise missiles and the Aegis combat system. The IRGC stated that the two destroyers were struck with ballistic missiles and that significant damage was inflicted on the vessels.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

IRGC has announced successful missile strikes on two US Navy destroyers, the DDG-119 and DDG-53, both equipped with cruise missiles and the Aegis combat system, in retaliation for aggressive US actions against Iranian oil tankers and vessels.

Two US vessels, eight oil tankers, and 10 other ships attempting to pass through the prohibited zone of the Strait of Hormuz have been targeted in the latest wave of Iran’s retaliatory operations amid the war of aggression against the country, according to the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC).

Joint defense clause ‘will become operational’ if Saudi Arabia attacked

Pakistan’s Defense Minister Khawaja Asif has issued a stark warning regarding the joint defense pact between Saudi Arabia, Turkiye, and Pakistan — stating that any aggression against one signatory will trigger a collective response.

“There should be no doubt about that. We are bound by the terms and conditions of this pact, and Inshallah, we will honor them in case there is a need,” he stated.

The Deputy Political Chief of the IRGC Navy, Ali Mohammadi, said the force has been targeting 2 to 5 vessels daily in the Strait of Hormuz. He stated that during the ten days leading up to August 30, the IRGC Navy punished between two and five “violating vessels” every night and has continued taking action against ships whenever it chooses. He added that American attacks have not affected the IRGC Navy’s control or its ability to impose its will in the strait.

🇵🇸 Gaza

Civil Defense spokesperson Mahmoud Bassal said that more than 8,000 bodies remain trapped beneath the rubble of destroyed buildings across the Gaza Strip.

Bassal said the Engineers’ Tower, near Al-Ishreen Street north of Nuseirat Camp, was sheltering more than 350 civilians and displaced people when it was hit by Israeli shelling during the genocide. Since the beginning of the war, civil defense crews have recovered around 160 bodies from the site, while the fate of many others remains unknown. Search and recovery efforts are continuing with extremely limited resources, with crews operating at the site using only a single excavator.

(Added to the summary by Amarynth)  Mass funerals with 100’s of bodies reclaimed from the rubble are a regular scene now.

🇱🇧 Lebanon

Israeli attacks continued across southern Lebanon throughout September 5.

Israeli warplanes carried out airstrikes on Al-Qantara, Talouseh–Wadi al-Saluqi, Zawtar al-Sharqiyah, the outskirts of Harash Ali al-Taher, Hayy al-Deir in Nabatieh al-Fawqa, Wadi Zibqin, and Al-Mansouri.

Artillery shelling targeted Douhat Kfar Rumman, Nabatieh al-Fawqa, Barashit, Beit Leif, Al-Mansouri, Wadi al-Hujeir, Wadi al-Saluqi, Meis al-Jabal, Zawtar al-Sharqiyah, and Bani Hayyan.

Israeli forces also carried out demolition operations in Ali al-Taher and Al-Mansouri, along with additional explosions in Al-Mansouri, Meis al-Jabal, Qunayn, Deir Sirian, Zawtar al-Sharqiyah, Bint Jbeil, the area between Arnoun and Kfar Tibnit, and Bani Hayyan. Sound bombs were also dropped over Al-Mansouri and Haris.

The IRGC Navy says it struck three tankers and three US vessels in retaliation for Washington’s attacks on Iranian oil tankers.

The retaliation followed attacks carried out earlier in the day by the US military against three crude oil tankers belonging to the Islamic Republic, marking another sharp escalation in Washington’s military and economic campaign against Iran.

Issuing a direct warning to vessels in the Strait of Hormuz and the Gulf, the IRGC Navy urged commercial operators not to be “deceived by the US terrorist military” and cautioned all ships to strictly avoid crossing unauthorized waterways or face immediate targeting.

“Avoid crossing unauthorized waterways, or you will become targets,” it tersely warned.

Enemy Watch – Air defense activity was reported in northern Jordan as projectiles were detected over Jordanian airspace, while the IRGC Navy launched an anti-ship cruise missile from Sirik toward the Strait of Hormuz, marking another escalation in the confrontation across the region.

Massive, regular one-to-one cruise missile strikes are targeting positions around the Strait of Hormuz, with repeated launches reported within minutes of each other amid the escalating confrontation.

The preemptive strike on Muwaffaq Salti Air Base disrupted the gathering of American forces and targeted them before they could proceed with further operations. More explosions and details are expected to emerge in the coming IRGC statements. Iran has now entered into the same “Erbil model” for American bases, meaning that if Iranian intelligence perceives that these bases or military concentrations are going to be used against Iran, they may be targeted preemptively

Remember the previous US strike – their pretext was that Iran was busy getting ready to fire mine laying missiles.  Following Iran’s pre-emptive attack on Jordan, just moments ago, Iranian channels are now sharing this video of this morning’s speech by Iran’s military spox.   He says Iran’s military doctrine has shifted since the 12-Day War toward preemptive strikes.   Iran will from now on strike perceived threats before they have the ability to attack.  He says recent operations against US positions and anti-Iranian/separatist groups were meant both to deter future attacks and deny the enemy the initiative, and that this policy will continue wherever Iran believes it faces an imminent threat.

A few hours later and Iran carried out a pre-emptive attack on US base in Jordan.

The convoy of activists initially faced a total blockade by occupation forces who barred entry under the pretext that Qusra had been declared a “closed military zone.”

Although troops eventually permitted the delegation to offload provisions to the trapped residents, soldiers ambushed the humanitarian workers on their return journey.

Genocide:  You don’t need to be a lawyer to read the Genocide Convention.  It is not hard.  Every single paragraph here is genocide.   In fact, it is worse, as Gvir is putting the Gazan’s on a block now .. to be sold.  Yes, I know much of this is rhetoric during election season, but it is rhetoric that has been with us for years.  This world is watching a livestreamed genocide.  Nobody is standing up.   Russia and China regularly speaks very strongly at the UN Security council but, it is only words.  How perfectly horribly barbaric!

-Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir: There are countries that informed the State of Israel that they are willing to accept [Palestinians leaving Gaza] — in exchange for budgets, in exchange for money, in exchange for various things they asked from the State of Israel. But there are countries that are willing to do it. The family stays together. We have no intention of breaking up families there; on the contrary, they should move together, remain together, and live together. There will be a variety of destination countries — there are several such countries.

-Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir: We are talking about our targets: 250,000 leave Gaza in the first year. It is possible. One million leave Gaza within three years. Within seven years, we can reach almost 1.9 million who will leave Gaza.

-Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir: We conducted surveys in Israeli society: 86% in the south, 89% in the West Bank, and overall 76% of Israeli society support “encouraging emigration” from Gaza.  (My god, who cares about your surveys).

-Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir: Rebuilding Gaza will cost around $71 billion. Seventy-one billion dollars to rebuild Gaza. So if anyone has some idea in their head about rebuilding Gaza, they’re simply living in a fantasy.  (So, Gvir, you better start getting money together because it is you who destroyed Gaza-  I understand why the rest of the world threw out the Jews from various countries regularly through history.  There are about 10 to 20 Jews that I can count quick, that are not barbaric and for those we cannot say all of them.  But we can say the overwhelming majority are barbaric).

NEW YORK, September 3. /TASS/. Oman has turned down Iran’s proposal to jointly collect service fees from ships that pass through the Strait of Hormuz, The New York Post reported, citing a senior regional official.

According to the official, in a bid to avoid potential quarrels with US President Donald Trump, Muscat rejected even the idea of voluntary fees to be used to ensure security and environmental protection in the Strait of Hormuz.

On August 17, Trump expressed dissatisfaction with Oman’s actions and threatened to “bomb the hell out of” the sultanate if it stood in the way of resolving the conflict between Iran and the United States. According to Associated Press, the US administration believes that the Omani authorities made too many concessions in negotiations with Iran over control of the Strait of Hormuz. In particular, Washington is dissatisfied with an agreement on joint control by the two countries over entry to and exit from the Strait of Hormuz, as well as on collecting transit fees from shipowners.

Iran launched missiles and drones targeting American military positions in Kuwait around 1:39 a.m. Kuwait’s military said its air defenses were confronting missile and drone attacks, while warnings were issued over the ongoing assault. Kuwait later acknowledged that it had come under attack.

Summary from PressTV

🔺 Iran’s Army announced that, in response to the targeting of innocent people, dozens of Army-operated explosive drones targeted radar systems and the positions of US forces at the Al-Zufra and Al-Minhad bases in the UAE this morning.

🔺 Furthermore, radar facilities and centers where US forces are stationed at the Sheikh Isa Air Base in Bahrain were once again targeted by a large number of explosive drones.

🔺 The Al-Dhafra Air Base is one of the important operational centers of the United States in the region and is used for air operations, reconnaissance, surveillance, and logistical support.

🔺 The Army’s Public Relations Department emphasized that the enemy’s attacks on residential areas and the targeting of wedding ceremonies constitute blatant war crimes and reveal the vile nature of “American human rights.” It added that the Army’s response to these extensive crimes will undoubtedly be significant and widespread.

In addition, 🔺 The Financial Times discussed the possibility of Iran targeting US assets in southern and southeastern Europe if they are involved in renewed US attacks on Iran.

Full Report in from Enemy Watch.

In the past few minutes, America has launched a new wave of airstrikes across Iran’s southern coastline, with explosions reported in Bandar Abbas, Qeshm, Chabahar, Konarak, Jask, Sirik, and Minab. The strikes span multiple locations from the Strait of Hormuz to southeastern Iran, marking one of the widest waves of attacks reported along Iran’s southern coast during the current escalation.

Reports indicate that Bandar Abbas has been hit multiple times and has so far sustained the heaviest strikes. Explosions were also reported near an army base in Konarak, while additional blasts were heard in Qeshm, Chabahar, Jask, Sirik, and Minab. An American official said America carried out what it described as “precise defensive strikes” on sites in Bandar Abbas.

According to regional reports, Tomahawk cruise missiles were widely used in the attacks, although Iranian authorities have not yet issued an official assessment of the strikes or released casualty figures. The full extent of the damage across Iran’s southern coastal region remains unclear as the attacks continue.

They are once again attacking Minab with Tomahawk cruise missiles.

Memories of Vietnam

🇺🇸 US Navy: “We’re not getting back in there anytime soon” — NSA Bahrain

Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Daryl Caudle says US Navy personnel and families evacuated from Naval Support Activity Bahrain should not expect to return anytime soon following Iranian strikes on the base.

“We’re not getting back in there anytime soon. I just want to be completely honest with that.”

The Navy is instead working on plans allowing displaced personnel to retrieve belongings left behind during the evacuation.

Around 1,300 dependents were evacuated from Bahrain beginning March 2. Six months later, many remain displaced, while Navy leadership has acknowledged it originally expected the conflict and evacuation to be brief. NSA Bahrain is particularly significant because it serves as the headquarters of the US Fifth Fleet and a major US naval logistics hub in the Gulf.

🇺🇸 “Revolt of the generals” at the Pentagon over the Iran war: four senior US commanders push back against endless Middle East entanglement

The heads of European, Indo-Pacific, and Southern Command, plus the Chief of Naval Operations, formally “non-concurred” with Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth’s push to keep 50,000+ troops in the Middle East — warning the extended deployment is unsustainable and gutting US readiness elsewhere, including at home. The dissent was recorded in the classified Secretary of Defense Orders Book, first reported by The Washington Post.

Over 50,000 US troops remain in the region; some units are ordered to stay through September, others through 2027. Commanders flagged depleted stocks of Patriot, THAAD, and Tomahawk missiles — and the US has burned through roughly a quarter of its MQ-9 Reaper drone fleet.

Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell called the leak “a crime” and “a betrayal of the force” — while admitting the objections themselves are real: “non-concurs are standard… the Secretary sees them constantly.”

The chaos doesn’t stop there: Army Secretary Dan Driscoll — a Vance ally who helped shape the Russia-Ukraine negotiating track — just resigned after months of turf war with Hegseth.

Iranian reports also said the vessel entered the strait with its AIS switched off and without prior coordination with the Persian Gulf Strait Authority, adding that Iranian naval mines in the Strait of Hormuz have not yet been cleared.

– Reports also said three cruise missiles were launched from Sirik toward targets in the Strait of Hormuz, further raising tensions in the strategic waterway.

– The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) first reported a security incident involving an oil tanker near Oman. The British maritime authority later said the tanker was struck by three projectiles while sailing outside the Strait of Hormuz, approximately 17 nautical miles east of Khasab, Oman. No injuries were reported.

Israeli forces also continued bulldozing operations in the fourth neighborhood of Al-Mansouri while artillery shelling targeted the town, deliberately set fires in Houla, and dropped illumination flares over Al-Zuhayrah.

🇸🇾 Occupied Syria

Syrian authorities said four security personnel were injured during clashes with armed outlaw groups in the countryside of As-Suwayda, where internal security positions came under mortar and heavy machine gun fire, causing casualties among both civilians and security personnel.

Israeli occupation forces continued military incursions into southern Syria. Local sources reported repeated raids in Jamla in western Daraa countryside, with occupation patrols consisting of up to 10 military vehicles entering the village, searching homes, and later re-entering the area in the Yarmouk Basin.

Syrian sources also reported 95 Israeli incursions and violations across southern Syria during the month of August.

🇵🇸 Palestine

Israeli occupation forces arrested several young men during a raid on the town of Rummanah, west of Jenin in the occupied West Bank.

Occupation forces also deployed throughout Nablus Street in Tulkarm city as military operations continued across the occupied West Bank.

So Trump is threatening to attack Iran tonight again.    The Hormuz Letter states:

The US Army launched 96 to 160 PAC-3 MSE interceptors from its Patriot batteries in Jordan tonight against 32 to 40 Iranian ballistic missiles. Three to four rounds at each missile.

At ~$4 million a shot, that is $380-640 million burned in a single wave to keep two bases covered. A fully loaded battery holds 72-96 MSE on the rails. Two batteries plus a local reload is a few hundred rounds in-country, and tonight took a third to half of that.

Without a restock from the Gulf or US mainland, two or three more nights like this empty the Jordan magazines. If those batteries weren’t fully loaded going into the night, the ready pile is already gone this morning. Each PAC-3 MSE takes about two years to build.

IRGC Statement:

‘Minutes ago, in response to the American-Zionist aggression against Larak Island, the Aerospace Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) launched a joint missile and drone attack.

The operation was codenamed ‘Ya Muhammad ibn Abdullah’, and it targeted and destroyed maintenance infrastructure and enemy aircraft bases at two U.S. air bases in Jordan: King Hussein Air Base and Muwaffaq Al-Salti Air Base. The operation involved ballistic missile strikes, inflicting significant damage.

The IRGC warns that this latest aggression and crime will not resolve the enemy’s desperation to weaken the Islamic Republic’s control over the Strait of Hormuz, and that every attack will be met with an even stronger response.‘

🔹US Reportedly Targeted IRGC Launchers on Larak Island

The US military reportedly targeted two IRGC launchers on Larak Island in the Strait of Hormuz, a US official told the Jerusalem Post and Axios, marking the first American strike on Iran in several weeks.

According to the reports, IRGC Navy forces were observed preparing to fire rockets carrying sea mines into the Strait of Hormuz when the launchers were hit. Iran’s Fars news agency separately reported hearing an explosion near the island. Unconfirmed reports cite two killed and two wounded; Iran has not confirmed casualties.

🔹IRGC: Enemy’s Terrorist Aggression on Larak Island Will Be Met with Punishment of the Aggressor

IRGC Public Relations:

➡️The American-Zionist enemy, once again driven by its desperation over unresolved domestic problems and its declining credibility among regional countries, sought to revive its sinister role and justify public opinion through an aggressive act — attacking Larak Island, which resulted in the martyrdom and injury of several of our fighters and countrymen.

➡️This act will be answered by the children of Islamic Iran and will be followed by the punishment of the aggressor.

-Israeli far-right minister Bezalel Smotrich has announced plans for the explicit “Judaization” of the Negev and Galilee regions, calling to replicate the settlement expansion strategies used in the occupied West Bank.

-Smotrich outlined a plan to establish 40 new settlements, construct hundreds of thousands of housing units, and bring one million more Jewish residents to these areas.

-He also pledged to cancel land and housing plans in surrounding Arab towns, frame local Arab development as a threat, and secure control over land and planning authorities to “place Zionist professionals in key positions.”

Joint statement issued by Oman and Iran concerning the Strait of Hormuz:

“His Excellency Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamood Al-Busaidi paid a working visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran, where he held constructive consultations with his Iranian counterpart, His Excellency Abbas Araghchi.

The consultations focused on the importance both countries attach to the resumption of safe navigation through the Strait of Hormuz while preserving their sovereignty and sovereign rights.

The two Ministers discussed a phased framework that could provide a practical and implementable basis for moving forward, in light of the current situation in the Strait resulting from the recent war and its tragic repercussions.

The proposed framework includes the establishment of a joint temporary navigational corridor through the Strait of Hormuz and an agreement to implement a joint project to clear the Strait of mines.

Technical negotiations between the two sides would continue with a view to agreeing on a permanent navigational corridor and future administration of the Strait, as well as a mechanism for information-sharing, traffic management, and the provision of relevant navigational and security services. In this context, both sides underscored the importance of convening joint discussions with regional states bordering the waters of the Persian Gulf.

They further stressed the need to uphold applicable international law and respect the sovereign rights of the coastal states.”

Israel’s Minister of Defense, Yisrael Katz, says that kites being launched by Gazan children constitute an ‘act of war’ and that anyone flying these kites will be ‘dealt with forcefully’ (i.e. killed)

Katz declared that kites, balloons, and even paper planes are considered national security threats to Israel, and will be considered the same as drones or missiles.

Israel’s experiment in building local collaborator militias in Gaza is collapsing. On Friday, dozens of members of the Israeli-backed group led by Ashraf al-Mansi, among them women and children, crossed back over the Yellow Line and surrendered to Palestinian security forces in Beit Lahia, with initial testimonies describing assaults and crimes committed inside the militia camps.

Israel is escalating its strikes and assassinations in Syria, killing people it claims were about to attack its forces. On Saturday an Israeli drone struck a vehicle near Damascus, and Israel claimed it had killed a man planning to attack its troops, the same formula it uses daily in Gaza and Lebanon: kill first, then allege an imminent threat.

Brigadier General Mohammad Bagherzadeh, commander of the Missing-in-Action Search Committee of the Iranian Armed Forces General Staff, says the physical condition of Iranian pilots held in Qatar is poor and has called on the International Committee of the Red Cross to send an air ambulance to transfer the wounded and sick prisoners to Iran as soon as possible.

He said the location where the prisoners are being held, on the water, is unsuitable for maintaining their health, and called on the Qatari government to move them onto land and into a properly equipped hospital.

Bagherzadeh also invoked the four Geneva Conventions, urging Qatar to respect the prisoners’ rights as POWs and to facilitate initial contact between them and their families.

The three pilots, identified in earlier Iranian statements as Javad Salehi, Abdolmajid Dashtian, and Omran Behraveshian, were captured after their Su-24 aircraft went down during a March strike on Al Udeid Air Base, part of Iran’s response to the US-Israeli attacks on Iran. Qatar has denied holding them as prisoners of war.

Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson:

Negotiations between Iran and the Sultanate of Oman to regulate safe passage through the Strait of Hormuz are ongoing.

Our negotiations with Oman focus on establishing safe routes for ships to and from the Strait of Hormuz.

We are conducting these negotiations with the Sultanate of Oman as the two littoral states of the Strait of Hormuz.

The talks with the Sultanate of Oman at both the technical and political levels are positive.

This agreement with Oman is being slow-walked, reason being, Iran will hand nothing to the US that can be circussed into a win. The continuation of the American naval blockade is the main obstacle to the security of shipping in the Strait of Hormuz. The US wants Iran to pretend to ‘open the strait’ so that the US can pretend that they ‘opened the strait’. We will see.

The continuation of the American naval blockade is the main obstacle to the security of shipping in the Strait of Hormuz

▪️Media creations cannot purify America’s military aggression

Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs:
🔹Recent media creations are done with the aim of purifying the main cause of the crisis in the Strait of Hormuz, while the root of this situation is the military aggression of the United States and the Zionist regime and the continuation of their hostile actions.

🔹This strategic waterway has been safe for decades and despite the cruel sanctions, with Iran’s responsibility for the passage of vessels.

🔹 The American government is currently committing an act of aggression by continuing to blockade Iranian ports and attacking ships, and has no moral or legal standing to protest the blocking of this strait.

🔹Until these illegal behaviors on the part of the United States are stopped, the necessary conditions for the establishment of security and normal traffic of international shipping will not be provided.
