There are strong suspicions that Bibi Netanyahu’s speech a day ago was totally AI generated.
🔹🔹🔹🔹
Soon after the start of the war, Iran announced — as it had previously warned — the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, through which about 20% of the world’s oil trade passes. As a result, traditional oil supplies have been disrupted, pushing prices over $100 per barrel. To contain the domino effect, the US decided to release as much as 172 million barrels of oil from its strategic reserve, Reuters reports. In a desperate attempt to keep prices low, US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent announced on X that “temporary” purchases of Russian oil are to be allowed for Russian oil, already on the water, and there are a few other requirements. As of today, these countries want Russian oil immediately if not sooner. I am sure this list will grow sharply.
🇮🇳 India
🇯🇵 Japan
🇹🇭 Thailand
🇵🇭 The Philippines
🇧🇩 Bangladesh
🇱🇰 Sri Lanka
Pekov stated this morning that Russia will take part in stabilizing the oil markets. What now about selling oil to ‘friendly’ countries, as wss announced less than a week ago. Russia will make the unfriendlies, like India, like Japan, pay a steep price.

‘IRAN’S LEADERSHIP IS HIDING UNDERGROUND, COWERING — THAT’S WHAT RATS DO’ — Hegseth. He said Iran’s ‘so-called not-so-supreme leader’ is wounded, hiding, and that the regime may not even know ‘who’s in charge’
In the meantime, every single Iranian leader from the President down are marching outside for International Al-Quds Day.

A strike by the US-Israeli coalition hit central Tehran during large-scale mass marches marking International Al-Quds Day, an annual event in solidarity with Palestinians, Iranian TV channels reported.
Footage showed the strike occurred very close to demonstrations, and in response, crowds chanted “Death to Israel!” and “Death to America!”
I’m sure Hegseth believes himself. Large Scale mass marches attacked and Hegseth says .. ‘We don’t target civilians. Iran does. We will investigate. We’ll get to the truth’ — Hegseth on the bombing of Iranian girls’ school which killed more than 170.

“If we don’t prepare ourselves on the question of defense, one day someone will invade us.”
— Lula, speaking alongside South Africa’s Ramaphosa in Brasília
He notes that South America has no nuclear weapons, their drones are for agriculture and science, not war. They’ve positioned themselves as a region of peace.
But with the US and Israel bombing Iran, invading Lebanon, and Trump threatening the entire Global South but that may not be enough anymore. Is Lula opening the door to nuclearization? This will pull the CELAC organization right off its pillars as a declared and treatied Zone of Peace.
In my view, the current war and wars, is literally the pigeons kicking over the chessboard with zero regard for the planet, hoping that something will remain that they can loot and again come out on top. They would rule over a dustbowl before they give up their hopes to be the only ruler, hegemon and king of the world. I cannot stress enough the sheer size of the Global change that we find ourselves in or watching. Some of our people are in, literally and some are in extreme economic danger and others are in mortal danger. We have to discuss over the weekend the stitching together of all the wars into one great conflageration.
But there is a world left. Yesterday in China was a farming day, and Xi Jinping went planting with kids.
The permanent mission of China to the United Nations made a clear statement yesterday. “Israel must withdraw from Lebanon.”
Let me ask a question. Would you prefer China keeping a Zone of Peace and Stability where kids can plant trees, or would you prefer China to fall in and fight war as well?
🔹🔹🔹🔹
Netanyahu appeared yesterday after a 5 day silence. Nothing that he said is different from the usual. Two nobable points though:
“We will make it to the return of the Messiah, but this will not happen next Thursday.” – Netanyahu
Netanyahu’s superpower fantasy reveals his true colors: The Israeli prime minister has declared Israel a “regional and global superpower,” all while pushing for a war that Israel cannot sustain for the sake of his political survival. “When we become a regional superpower and in many respects a global superpower, we have the power to push away threats and ensure our future,” he said.
While Netanyahu was threatening Hezbollah live on air, sirens were triggered in Kiryat Shmona, Miskavem, and Kfar Giladi on the screen due to the launch of rockets by Hezbollah.
Israel is indeed trying to pivot to attacking Lebanon mainly, but Hezbollah and Iran are carrying out joint defense actions with help from the factions in Iraq. The destruction in Israel is widespread and will continue. The northern settlers are living in basements and shelters, and fleeing. The Hebrew papers state this: The Hebrew newspaper “Israel Today” – Yoav Lemor: Hezbollah will not be militarily destroyed, just as Hamas was not militarily destroyed and Iran will not be militarily destroyed. Anyone who promises this is a liar or a charlatan.

Trump’s visit to China limited by Beijing — SCMP
US President Donald Trump will only visit Beijing during his visit to China from March 31 to April 2. A trip to other cities, including previously discussed Shanghai, will not take place, South China Morning Post reported, citing sources.
The decision is due to the US leader’s busy schedule and heightened security measures amid the escalating situation in the Middle East. They also note that Trump will have a chance to visit Shenzhen (Guangdong Province) during the APEC summit in November.
The sources claim that US officials arrived in the Chinese capital for preparations in early March, and the organization of the visit has entered the final stage.
The current US president will visit China for the first time since 2017, when Trump also only visited Beijing.

This was my favorite:

It is not my favorite because it is cute. It my favorite because I see the perfidy, the false flags and the incredible basket of lies floating from USRael. The drone strike on Oman was most probably a false flag attack. We are in a world where we will see more and more false flags. What Period posts, is to the best of his ability verified. What I post is most certainly verified up to the moment, yet the world is turning very fast.
Yesterday or sometime in the night, the Iranian spokespeople and various leaders of the Iranian war mosaic, made a severe threat and no doubt, they will do it. If the USRael continues to attack civilian areas in Iran, Iran will start attacking civilian areas as well. This is where we stand today and besides the oil and ship war raging, this is first on my watchlist.

The UN Security Council adopts a resolution condemning Iran’s attacks on Gulf countries and Jordan, and considers them a violation of the law and a threat to international peace.
The UN Security Council condemns the attacks by Iran on residential areas and civilian infrastructure in the Gulf and Jordan, and the casualties and damage they have caused.
The Security Council adopts a Gulf-Jordanian draft resolution on Iranian attacks with a majority of 13 votes, while Russia and China abstained.
The adopted document does not mention or condemn the actions of the USA and Israel.
It is worse now than a bad security council or a UN that has lost its way. It is now individual countries that are disappointing the world. The voting members today: The Council is composed of 15 Members:

Today, Trump won the Iran war.
🔹🔹🔹🔹
It is war right across the world – there is very little outside of war.
All resports on Iran setting requirements for peace or for an end to the war are propaganda.
Russia is calling for a P5 leaders summit to address U.S. actions and the state of the world. Lavrov: Russia, working with the global majority, will do everything in its power to make it impossible for the U.S. and Israel to continue their aggression against Iran.
Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) has requested that the Ministry of Defense have the Brazilian Army conduct more training exercises using scenarios of possible foreign invasions.

We have a new Trump reason for going to war. This is now reason number 11 or thereabouts, depending how you count. Trump “My son in law Jared told me if I don’t attack Iran, Iran will attack me. He’s Jewish and shared his bed with Netanyahu, other than that he has no qualifications. But I took America to war on his advice, not any intelligence agency”
🔹🔹🔹🔹
Cargo Ships in the Straight of Hormuz do not move, and if they do, the ending for them is drone, seize and detain, but no transit. A commander of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy commented saying vessels that want to cross the Strait of Hormuz must coordinate with Iran. He noted that the ships Express Rome and Mayuree Naree ignored warnings and relied on what he described as empty guarantees before attempting to transit the strait. Iran twists the knife: IRGC Navy Commander:
We guarantee the security of any tanker that can convince a U.S. destroyer to escort it through the Strait of Hormuz.
We will wait for serious economists to unravel the economic mess. In the meantime, CNBC reports: The International Energy Agency’s 32 member states agreed to release 400 million barrels of oil from emergency reserves to offset supply disruptions caused by the US/Israeli war on Iran. It marks the largest coordinated release of strategic oil stockpiles in the IEA’s history.
There are countries in serious trouble. Bear in mind this is not only oil, but a vast array of commodities.
Thailand orders bureaucrats to use stairs and work from home in energy saving drive. Thai Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul has ordered civil servants to conserve energy amid an energy squeeze brought on by the conflict in the Middle East, a government spokesperson said, with measures including suspending overseas trips and using stairs instead of elevators. “The prime minister ordered that starting from today civil servants will work from home,” spokesperson Lalida Periswiwatana told reporters, adding that exceptions would be made for officials who must serve the public. Southeast Asia’s second-largest economy has around 95 days of energy reserves left, and it has been seeking additional sources of liquefied natural gas from the United States, Australia and South Africa.
Japan not ruling out option of releasing oil reserve on its own. The Japanese government “is not ruling out” the option of releasing its national oil reserves unilaterally rather than as part of a coordinated move, industry minister Ryosei Akazawa said, as the US-Israeli war with Iran spurs concerns about supplies to the resource-scarce Asian country. Japan has also expressed support for a possible coordinated release of oil reserves by members of the International Energy Agency to slow down the rise in crude oil prices. As of the end of December, Japan had oil reserves totaling 254 days of domestic consumption, of which 146 days’ worth were government-owned, 101 days held by the private sector, and the remainder jointly stored with oil-producing countries.
Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) has requested that the Ministry of Defense have the Brazilian Army conduct more training exercises using scenarios of possible foreign invasions. Mexico and Brazil are having talks for further or new economic agreements. To my knowledge, if the current Mexican/US/Canadian agreement is still functional, Mexico is not allowed to negotiate or agree with anyone else.

From Asianomics:
Trump’s China visit likely won’t yield breakthrough, aims to maintain stability
A summit between US President Donald Trump and China’s Xi Jinping this month is unlikely to create room for even a limited reset of business and investment ties, five people briefed on preparations told Reuters.
American business leaders at this stage have not secured the CEO delegation some had sought. On the other side, there is no indication Beijing is on track for the investment protections it has sought on behalf of Chinese companies.
Uncertainties, besides clearance for Chinese investment, include the thorny issue of Trump’s tariffs and whether he will be joined by the kind of high-profile business delegation that the leaders of Canada, Britain and Germany recently brought to China on their state visits.

Desperately looking for an off-ramp.
So what is Trump doing now that he has declared his war again Iran as ‘both’? Desperately looking for an off-ramp. The circus continues …. “You said the war is very complete. But your defense secretary says this is just the beginning. So which is it?”
Trump: “You could say both.”

1. Trump is pretending that he is not responsible. It is always the other guy’s fault. 2. Secondly he is pretending that his family does not own a new drone manufacturing facility and are patiently increasing the family coffers building the dynasty. Yesterday’s proceedings .. Oil Up, Oil Down and other commodities too, was a trading opportunity, and it was traded by those in the know. 3. Thirdly he is pretending that this war against Iran was a joke, and don’t be so serious about it.
The fact that the US lost this war, is being hidden: “Planet Labs will delay the release of satellite imagery from the Middle East by 14 days following consultations with the U.S. government.”
WSJ – Some of Trump’s advisers are privately urging him to plan an exit from the Iran War, worried that rising oil prices, declining public support, and potential political backlash could hurt him and Republicans.
They want him to frame the military operation as already successful and begin winding it down before it becomes a prolonged conflict.
Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi on US-Israeli objectives in the war:
They tried to achieve some of their goals, but they failed.
They thought that in a matter of two or three days, they could go for a regime change; they could go for a rapid, clean victory, but they failed. So I believe that’s an option.
Plan A was a failure, and now they are trying other plans, but all of them have failed as well.
I don’t think they have any realistic endgame in mind, because we are seeing some sort of chaos in their sayings and in their actions. They have just started to attack us blindly.
Today, they attacked residential areas, they attacked hospitals, they attacked schools, and they entered into attacking our infrastructure, which is a very dangerous move.
And as a result, you can see the oil prices everywhere in the world.
I don’t see any reasonable goal that they are following. They failed to achieve their goals at the beginning, and now after 10 days, I think they are aimless.
Future event: Trump and Bibi are going to blame one another for the failure of the war.

Vladimir Putin sent a message (http://en.kremlin.ru/events/president/news/79291) to Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei congratulating him on his election as Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
At a time when Iran is confronting armed aggression, your efforts in this high position will undoubtedly require great courage and dedication. I am confident that you will honourably continue your father’s work and unite the Iranian people in the face of an immense ordeal.
For my part, I would like to reaffirm our unwavering support for Tehran and solidarity with our Iranian friends. Russia has been and will remain a reliable partner for the Islamic Republic.

The SMO is proceeding apace. This is the section that does not focus on the front line, but deeper attacks. Stunning is the number of 754 fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles taken down. I’ve never seen it much about 300. — Operational-tactical aviation, attack drones, missile troops, and artillery of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have inflicted damage on energy infrastructure facilities that provide operations for the AFU, preparation and launch sites of long-range attack unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as temporary deployment areas of Ukrainian armed formations and foreign mercenaries in 142 areas.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on Arab hypocrisy:
Many Arab monarchies publicly stated that the situation should not be pushed toward a military solution and that they would not allow their airspace to be used.
But when everything began, despite your repeated calls to the United States and Israel, did you condemn the U.S. and Israeli actions? Did you condemn the bombing of 170 schoolgirls?
I have heard that your countries—I believe even Bahrain—are planning to submit a resolution in the UN Security Council with language along the lines you just mentioned. It would condemn Iran’s aggression without saying a word about the actions of the United States and Israel.
We call for a united front in favor of ending this war. Simply saying that Iran has no right to respond effectively means that you’re encouraging the United States and Israel to continue. It defies logic.

You’ve heard of the SMO? Well, get ready for the Trump LSMO. Copying Russia to a T.
There’s no war!
▪️The US decided to start not a war, but a “large-scale military operation” (LSMO), according to a press release from the White House.
▪️It’s obvious to the naked eye that Trump is once again copying Putin.
▪️The White House also named the goals of the operation:
— Demilitarization of Iran;
— Protection of the US from threats from Iran, including in the future;
— Elimination of the terrorist regime of the ayatollahs;
— Guarantees that Iran will not have nuclear weapons.

This is all paper thin because Russia, sometimes to our frustration, did all the legal homework. Trump of course has not done any of it. Calling a thing so, does not make it so. (And stealing the Russian text shows the level of desperation but more than that, the level of idiocy).
— Demilitarization of Iran; (Iran did not threaten the US with a military attack. In Russia’s case, the Ukraine had been fighting against Russians for years .)
— Protection of the US from threats from Iran, including in the future; (There is no threat, so Trump is trying to get out of the fact that he is making war without approval as the US consitution call for. This is so lame — Protect me from Iran calling me names!)
— Elimination of the terrorist regime of the ayatollahs; (Where is the terrorism? Who did Iran do terrorism against? What did those Ayatollahs actually do?)
— Guarantees that Iran will not have nuclear weapons. (The US already have that guarantee and moreover, it has proven out to be so over years).
These are children with nuclear codes. This level of idiocy should scare everyone.
🔹🔹🔹🔹
A few comments by Mr Lavrov:
Russian FM Lavrov expresses concern over the situation in Palestine:
‘UN resolutions are ignored and neglected. All the resolutions on the establishment of the Palestinian state are forgotten’
No one knows Washington’s ultimate goal — Lavrov
‘They have proudly stated that they have ‘exterminated’ Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei’
‘And then the Secretary of War stated that it wasn’t their goal… the goals are still unknown’
‘I believe that any concerns expressed by Israeli partners and the US should be addressed by political and diplomatic means’ — FM Lavrov
‘There is a need to start an in-depth dialogue about the US vision of the world, about their vision of their own role in this world, and what role they assign to the rest of the world, especially to nuclear powers’ — FM Lavrov
NO proof was found that Iran is building a nuclear bomb — FM Lavrov
‘Denying Iran its lawful right to enrich uranium for peaceful use risks the opposite outcome. This war may spark nuclear ambitions across neighboring states’
Macron orders ‘an INCREASE in the number of NUCLEAR WARHEADS’. ‘We will no longer be disclosing our nuclear arsenal figures’

Dmitry Medvedev Answers Journalists’ Questions
▪️ Has World War III already begun, or has the world not yet entered it and is merely teetering on the edge?
“Formally, no. But if Trump continues his insane course of criminally changing political regimes, it will undoubtedly begin. And the trigger could be any event. Any.”
▪️ Can these events be called a global war of civilizations?
“This is a war by the US and its allies to preserve global dominance. Pigs don’t want to give up their trough.”
▪️ How vulnerable are Americans and Israelis now on their own territory, given the Iranian Ayatollah’s declaration of holy war against America and Israel after the killing of Khamenei?
“I believe their vulnerability has increased significantly. The fact that the Iranians haven’t responded too seriously yet means they don’t have many options. But they know how to wait; they are an ancient civilization.
Trump made a grave mistake. With his decision, he put all Americans under potential threat—even despite the fact that the Iranian regime is disliked in neighboring Arab countries. The main thing is different: the late Ayatollah was the spiritual father of nearly 300 million Shiites. And now he is also a martyr. Draw your own conclusions from there.
And now there is no doubt that Iran will pursue the development of nuclear weapons with triple the energy.”
▪️ Ten years after the Minsk agreements, Merkel admitted that they deliberately drew Russia into them to give Ukraine time to arm itself. Do you get the feeling that Moscow is now being pushed into negotiations for exactly the same purpose?
“Such a danger exists. But negotiations are not the main thing. The main thing is victory in the NWO with the achievement of all the goals set by our Supreme Commander-in-Chief. And such a victory can be achieved without any negotiations at all.”
▪️ What guarantee is there that someday someone in Western capitals won’t decide to solve the problem with rebellious Moscow in exactly the same way?
“There are no magical remedies against the actions of rabid idiots and clinical bastards—nor can there ever be.
There is only one guarantee: the US is afraid of Russia and understands the cost of a nuclear conflict. In the event of one, Hiroshima and Nagasaki would look like child’s play in a sandbox.”
▪️ Do you think Iran has the strength to withstand this confrontation? Can the Iranians cope with the deaths of so many of their country’s leaders? How do you assess Tehran’s initial responses—can hesitation be sensed in them?
“As I already said, Iran, as the heir to the former Persian Empire, is an ancient civilization and culture. They will cope, but the price of revival will be high. It requires a high degree of societal consolidation. And the Americans have provided them with precisely that consolidation.”
▪️ How do you assess the reaction of European countries to the actions of the US and Israel?
“Toadyism and vileness. European vassals, with lust and delight, wipe their faces after receiving a dose of American-Israeli ‘yellow rain’ directly in their eyes.”
▪️ The US and Israel violated the Olympic truce. Four years ago, the IOC recommended suspending Russian athletes from international competitions, including the 2022 Paralympics—and they were expelled from Beijing. Do you think there is a chance the IOC will now take similar measures against American and Israeli athletes?
“I couldn’t care less about that, frankly. The IOC and the Olympic movement need to be disbanded and rebuilt from scratch, remembering the precepts of Pierre de Coubertin.”

Russia reaffirms diplomatic path as situation around Iran deteriorates – Kremlin
Russia continues to maintain contact with the leadership of countries affected by the Iran conflict, including the Gulf states, presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
Other statements:
🔶Russia continues communication with countries affected by the Iran conflict, including Gulf states
🔶Kremlin expressed disappointment that, despite reports of progress in US–Iran talks, the situation deteriorated into direct aggression
🔶President Vladimir Putin will hold an international phone call on Monday related to the developments around Iran
🔶Russia maintains its commitment to a political and diplomatic settlement even after the US strike on Iran
🔶There are currently no contacts with BRICS countries regarding Iran; BRICS membership does not entail mutual defense obligations in the event of aggression
🔶Following the US and Israeli strikes on Iran, Moscow is analyzing the situation and drawing conclusions regarding the negotiation process, while continuing work in Russia’s national interest. (Pekov’s ‘drawing conclusions’ is directly aimed at Russian negotiations with the US – they are drawing conclusions for their own negotiation process.)
On Ukraine:
🔶Security guarantees are on the agenda of Ukraine negotiations, alongside the central territorial issue
🔶Kremlin will not publicly discuss the content of the Ukraine settlement talks
🔶Russia remains open to pursuing its interests through peaceful means
🔶Moscow values US mediation efforts in the Ukraine negotiations and remains open to dialogue with Washington
🔶Russia has its own national interests that it intends to secure
🔶Moscow relies primarily on itself, defending its own interests and will continue to be guided by that principle

Started listening to last night’s Community Intelligence Roundtable. They start off with stuff along the lines of the Dow down 400 points. If markets were efficient, or at least not rigged, I would think it would be more like 30 or 40 times that amount. This is not 1982 when… Read more »
What I’ve seen of the tariff “refunds” is that the tariffs were paid mainly by importers and shippers. Normal Joe Americans by and large won’t see a penny. Fedex has filed a lawsuit for tariff refunds, for example. The only Americans who paid a tariff were those who imported directly… Read more »
Putin today:🟠 Russia is considering stopping gas supplies to European markets now, and not in a month, as the EU wants, and to move to more promising markets🟠 [The Great Satan’s] energy companies will move to those markets where there is more demand, this is dictated solely by business interests… Read more »
The original text got removed for some reason. To mollify any suicidal thoughts I might have had all day, I did come across this analysis: https://xcancel.com/dpratyush06/status/2029262701516734634 “In today’s meeting, Putin said (paraphrased/translated): “Perhaps it would be better for Russia to stop supplying gas to Europe now… move to new markets.… Read more »
Europeans decided themselves to cut off Russian the end of 2026 …my take is RF is saying ‘why should we wait? why not stop/cease to give them oil for next 9 months? why not take our oil elsewhere? meanwhile Europeans might consider to rescind their decision? RF is sayin ‘the… Read more »
I find the blanket term “Europeans” a stretch as it makes it look as if 450 million people unanimously consented to, and thus deserve to suffer from, the policies of elites who were likely schooled in the USA and/or were installed by the CIA and invariably are in the pockets… Read more »
I find the blanket term “Europeans” a stretch … My apologies joey … I note that you have referred to the US … implying the people, rather than the corporations/oligarchs, or elites as some label them … As far as I can remember, it was the US that stood to… Read more »
At the moment, Neo-Caligula and his family and his cronies are pocketing all the money. Until last year I believed that Putin would stand his ground and not allow Europe to be hostage to these cronies. Maybe he didn’t/doesn’t have that obligation, but pre-2025-me would’ve asked if he’s allowing this… Read more »
Moon of Alabama analyzes the USA-Israeli aggression against Iran with respect to America’s efforts to cut off energy supplies to China to blackmail it into a lopsided trade deal with the USA and ultimately maintain America’s unipolar supremacy. “The goal is to obtain proxy control over Iran’s enormous oil and… Read more »
One might ask the great military strategist, his Excellency Elbridge Colby, “What is “Plan B”… I mean China more or less invented war and the sciences of strategy…”Great Plan!…uh sooo, Dude, what happens after 5 weeks?” hehehehe… 😉
what are odds that chodi will propose usa and israel for BRICS membership
I respect Russia’s position, but they have no right to advise Iran for negotiations with a rabid, psychopathic enemy who’s hell-bent on destroying the Iranian nation.
With regard to Russia’s plea for negotiations with US … I hope Iran tells Putin to pound sand.
Potential to change the world…maybe. Yesterday Marandi and Galloway (MOATS). Galloway asked about the bomb. Marandi repeated the stated policy, which included the “existential existence of the State” caveat. imho the war that the imperialist nazis began will result in Iran being attacked with nuclear weapons, and thus Iran’s leadership… Read more »
