I’m definitely curious to see potential explanations. Because I’m not buying that “Trump is crazy” or “Trump is stupid” or “The Americans are so inept they started this war without having all the pieces in place”. Trump is a puppet, the people running things behind the scenes are very intelligent.

I feel like there must be something behind the scenes, because if there is no agreement I’m left thinking that Russia and China are not properly evaluating the existential threat they are facing.
