I bow to your expertise in the matter Amarynth … my objective in posting the vid was Tucker’s displayed typical exceptionalism in positing that there must be an either or … which is better for Africa – the USA or Russia (or China) – as if Africans cannot possibly govern/uplift/evolve/progress ALONE (if left alone). Any content beyond that … I am as uninformed as most… but then, that is why this site is so important to me … it teaches me so much.
