ParticipantIn his most recent discussion with the Judge, Scott Ritter reiterated the message Russia has given to the West… if F-16s enter Ukraine, Russia will assume they are carrying nuclear weapons; the West is saying if Ukraine collapses, NATO will send in troops. Scott says Russia is not bluffing … if they send in F-16s or NATO troops … Russia will use Tactical Nuclear Weapons, NOT on Ukraine, but on Romania, Poland, Germany, France, etc. The West doesn’t seem to under Russia is NOT bluffing … perhaps UK and French Ambassadors got the message when they visited the Russian Embassy yesterday?
Lavrov and Maria and Medvedev have repeated this message … Russia is NOT bluffing.

I had read but forgotten about KSA’s wealth being held in US …
and I have not been factoring in the various factions in any entity …

I’m still confused … didn’t KSA move to accept payment for oil in currency other than USD? Won’t KSA become a member of BRICs? Is ‘normalcy with Israel’ basically acknowledgement of Israel as a state? I was under the impression KSA does not recognize ‘Israel’ … is KSA sitting on the fence as Turkey has been and is probably still attempting to do so? And what is a ‘relationship with the US? After the US Gov’t claims and every US Congressperson will say that Israel “is our Ally” … which is a straight up lie – there is no signed agreement, treaty etc.
As I found the article in an Iranian press, considering the headline… I thought there was hope, even if the parties are being forced to do something, or face their citizens …
All of the above is my rant, my frustration … no need for you to use your overextended time and energy to erase my confusion.

I tried to watch the yt you posted above … wherein Cheney is asked to (supposedly extemporaneously) express his views … and he mumbles and hems and haws … and says he thinks it best to ‘read’ the opinion of a friend of his … (doesn’t even give the name) …
Not that there is anything wrong with starting out life climbing poles mind you …
My point is … the man has the intellect of a middle school student …
… and to think he and his sidekick Rummy instituted the ‘forever wars’ policy … and much more of course.
