RT reports US plan to place armed soldiers aboard merchant ship transiting Territorial Sea Hormuz. This would change the legal status of the ship. Iran and the US have different interpretations of the relevant law. In Iran view (imho) effect is that said armed merchant ship is required to get permission from Iran. This is probably not what Iran has in mind. They have similar view with respect to warships.

I’ve noticed the deep passion of many insightful Indians since the Nigerien coup. They were already among my go-to news sources for English media, but there’s something more now! In addition to deep antipathy for Hegemony, and socialist fraternity, and knowledge of Africa, could it be subconscious affinity for this sister flag??
There’s a serious buzz worldwide. Part of it is all see this as a major milestone of Imperial death too, as its reduced capabilities and inability to paper it over with optics and media is exposed, as in the SMO.
Indians, largely friends of Global South, are gleefully in front row, cackling , as they watch the second Empire in living memory bite the dust.
