One Photo – of the Epstein kind hit Indians hard

Enemy Watch

The recent (sudden?) release of photographs from Jeffrey Epstein’s files showing Modi’s Petroleum Minister, Hardeep Singh Puri, seated opposite Epstein has intensified scrutiny of his past contacts with Epstein. Puri’s office maintains that the meetings were professional (?) and that he committed no wrongdoing.

At the same time, US Secretary Rubio’s direct engagement with India’s political leadership and Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani, including his planned visit to the Jamnagar refinery, raises serious questions about Washington’s broader objectives. The immediate agenda includes a US-India trade deal, access to India’s energy market, defence procurement, and pressure on India to reduce its reliance on Russian oil. Washington is also pushing for greater use of Venezuelan crude by Reliance as it seeks to reshape global energy flows.

What does America ultimately want from India? Washington could be using trade concessions, tariff threats, energy policy and access to American markets to pressure Modi’s government into accepting major economic and strategic deals. These could include large-scale purchases of American energy and military equipment, expanded military cooperation, and greater US strategic access in the Indo-Pacific.

The timing of the Epstein files and Rubio’s high-level engagements also raises the possibility that political controversies could become another source of leverage over Modi’s government. The pressure could extend beyond trade and energy to India’s broader foreign policy, strategic autonomy and regional alliances. If Modi’s government resists Washington’s objectives, the pressure could intensify, potentially extending to efforts to influence India’s domestic political direction. The ultimate question is whether America is seeking favourable deals or a much deeper realignment of India’s political and strategic priorities, potentially even extending to regime change.

This looks like a timed release of the photo as at the same time a documentary started doing the rounds.  You may have to follow it because it gets deleted and moved to different spaces. Who is in India? Yup, Marco Rubio.

A groundbreaking documentary with English subtitles exposes the alliance between Narendra Modi and his close associate Gautam Adani. Adani, a close ally of Israel, has gained control over India’s natural and other resources, media, and even water through his symbiotic relationship with Modi. Modi’s government is now reportedly trying to take down the documentary.

Watch it before it disappears!
